Hotel Beach di Hainan, China

Our stay was for 3 days and 2 nights, and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, they helped us with our luggage, and at the front desk we were welcomed by Jack, who helped us change rooms and made sure we were as comfortable as possible. His English is really good too. The rooms are very spacious, with a beautiful view of the bay and a bathtub right on the balcony 🫶👀. The buffet-style food is quite varied, with plenty of Chinese and Western options. The pool is super clean, and the water is very warm. This is our second time staying here, and honestly, it just keeps getting better each time 🙌

We had a very comfortable stay at the Hilton Wenchang. The room was spacious and the bed was excellent. The complimentary shuttle service from the train station was especially convenient—it made arriving at the hotel an absolute breeze. A special thank you to Gill for her outstanding assistance. From arranging the shuttle bus to providing helpful recommendations about Wenchang and hotel activities—such as the sunrise viewing and fireworks show—she ensured our stay was seamless and thoroughly enjoyable.

A perfect trip to Sanya must be given a full five-star review by Pullman Sanya Bay! The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the center of Sanya Bay, with convenient transportation. The overall design combines Chinese and Southeast Asian styles. It features a tropical garden, a huge swimming pool and a private beach, every corner exuding a vacation atmosphere. The room has a wide sea view and is fully equipped, making it extremely comfortable to stay in. Special praise for the butler, Xiao Yang! Warm and cheerful, with considerate service, she took the initiative to plan our itinerary, recommend delicious food for us, and even prepared a little surprise with great care. Any questions are replied to immediately. No matter how big or small the matter is, everything is arranged without any problem. It's really like being as considerate as a friend. It's such a plus! The price is very reasonable. The facilities, environment and service are all top-notch. The cost performance is definitely among the best in Sanya Bay. Highly recommended!

From checking-in to the end of our trip, this hotel was an absolute dream. All along, the staff has been very accommodating and responsive. The room was clean and refurnished everyday. The hotel features a coffee shop and a restaurant with sea views, both offering delicious options. Overall, the price-quality ratio is off the top, it is one of the best hotels I've stayed in in China and would never hesitate to stay here again !

A special thank you to Dyana, our butler, whose professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made our experience truly seamless. Dyana went above and beyond to ensure every need was met, making us feel valued and exceptionally cared for throughout our stay. They showered us with gifts.  We would also like to recognize Helen at the signature restaurant, Ossiano. Her exceptional service, welcoming attitude, and deep knowledge of the menu elevated our dining experience to another level. She made every meal memorable with her kindness and attentiveness. The combination of luxury, outstanding service, and unforgettable dining makes Atlantis Sanya a destination we would highly recommend to anyone seeking a premium resort experience. We look forward to returning again soon.

The view is unbelievable. I booked two rooms and both were sparkling clean. The night we arrived, it was raining. I took a nap on the swing bed over the water, listening to the drizzling rain. It felt magical. The other room for my parents was on a higher floor, very spacious, with gorgeous sea views, and you could even see the fireworks right from the room. The service was amazing as well. They arranged airport drop off for my family and even made us refreshing drinks on the way out :)

I stayed at InterContinental Haikou Seaview for a day and had a great experience overall. The location is excellent, with close proximity to the seaside and nearby malls, making it very convenient for both relaxation and shopping. The room offered an amazing ocean view, which was definitely a highlight of the stay. The lobby has a very luxurious vibe and creates a strong first impression upon arrival. Check-in was smooth and efficient. Special thanks to Jade at the front desk, who ensured everything was in order and provided great service. Overall, a short but enjoyable stay, and I would definitely consider returning in the future.

This hotel is very beautiful. I had a pleasant stay . Hotel staff was very kind. Momo was amazing. She’s super kind, the amenities they look exactly as the pictures, the beach is so beautiful. Upon arrival, we were well taken care of. They upgraded my room to an Oceanview room and we were given welcome fruit. The park is very beautiful too. It’s so peaceful. It’s further from the city center but the food at the restaurant is very good and the prices aren’t bad It’s affordable. My son had a great time at the swimming pool. I had a lovely time and I recommend anyone who’s looking for a place to just regroup and be away from the busy city life to book here. This hotel gives soft life feel and it is luxurious it is just amazing. I will definitely come back!!🥰🥰🫶🏽🫶🏽✨

There is no reception at the bottom of the building. The office that let us in also hires out electric scooters. There is a large golf cart that takes took us to the building that we were staying in. Loved the apartment as soon as we entered. Loved the views, facilities everything. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, air condition. They supplied everything and also washing liquid. The only downside was that my daughter received alot of bites around her ankle. We think it may be the base of the bed as she was wearing long pyjamas. She was the only one who got bitten it at that point of the trip. But otherwise, the place was beautiful and clean.
