Hotel Beach di Hebei, China

Very clean and spacious room with a fantastic view of the sea/beach. Can watch the sun rises over the horizon. Modern bathroom gadgets that include an auto flush WC cistern for each use. Very comfortable bed. Very helpful and kind reception staff. Value for money!

Hotel is close to the beach and staff are helpful but the carpet feels dirty on my feet and there were some yellow spatter marks on the walls in the bathroom. The AC had a hard time getting below 24 so I definitely woke up sweating a few times but they came and looked at it the second day and it was slightly better down to 22. The view and room were nice I appreciated the sofa/ living area but the couch did have several stains. The hotel bar /cafe didn’t have many food options but drinks were pretty good. Breakfast was good and had many options.

Convenient Location, directly above a large shopping mall with a good variety of shopping and food & beverage options. The hotel and mall are directly linked through the 4th floor, though it is closed outside of the mall operating hours. Room was clean and toiletries were nice! Overall a nice and comfortable stay.

這次來阿那亞度假入住瀾汐酒店，原本衹是衝著環境和位置來的，沒想到被超貼心、超負責的服務狠狠圈粉，必須認真寫一條長評好好表揚！ 旅行最後一天準備離開時，我在乘坐園區巴士的過程中不小心把隨身物品落在了車上，當時發現後整個人特別慌亂，東西對我很重要，加上馬上就要返程，一時間又着急又無助。第一時間想到聯繫酒店求助，接待我的正是Carson，他沒有一絲不耐煩，先耐心安撫我的情緒，讓我別著急，然後立刻主動幫我處理。 從聯繫園區巴士調度中心、核對我乘坐的車次和時間，到幫忙追蹤車輛、一遍遍溝通確認、及時同步進展，全程都非常積極主動，全程跟進、毫不推諉。哪怕中間溝通環節比較繁瑣，他也始終認真負責，沒有半點敷衍，一直用穩定又靠譜的態度幫我想辦法、推進事情，讓原本焦慮的我瞬間安心很多。 在Carson的全力幫助和持續跟進下，最終成功幫我找回了丟失的物品，解決了我這次旅行最大的意外。那一刻真的特別感動，出門在外，遇到問題時有人這樣用心幫忙，比任何硬件設施都更讓人覺得温暖。 瀾汐酒店本身位置便利、環境安靜舒適，入住體驗本來就很舒心，再加上Carson這樣專業、負責、暖心、有求必應的優秀工作人員，直接把體驗感拉到滿分。好的酒店不止在於裝修和位置，更在於能讓人感受到被用心對待的服務。

獨自入住的海邊酒店太驚喜！180°海景房推窗即攬整片蔚藍，清晨被海浪聲喚醒，傍晚枕着落日餘暉發呆，獨處時光超治癒。房間乾淨舒適，細節貼心，頂樓無邊泳池與海相連，拍照氛圍感拉滿。服務周到不打擾，單人餐新鮮實惠，周邊交通便捷。小瑕疵不影響整體體驗，是獨自看海、放鬆身心的絕佳選擇～

在諾岸遠近酒店度過了非常愉快完美的假期，整體體驗感直接拉滿！酒店環境優美舒適，裝修風格高級又温馨，空氣清新、安靜治癒，特別適合放鬆度假，房間設施齊全、乾淨整潔，舒適度極高。最讓人印象深刻的是酒店超棒的服務，必須點名表揚小欣，態度温和親切，做事認真負責，不管是諮詢問題、安排入住還是幫忙處理小事，都特別有耐心，全程笑臉相迎，讓人心裏暖暖的。酒店接駁車也十分給力，調度及時，速度很快，極大方便了出行遊玩。從硬件環境到軟性服務都做到了極致，細節滿滿、用心滿滿，是一次無可挑剔的入住體驗，下次來阿那亞還會首選這裏，真心推薦大家入住！

I was very satisfied with my stay. First of all, I would like to thank Kevin for solving the problem with my room. Whether it was the front desk, the restaurant or the overall hotel experience, everything was excellent. The staff at the restaurant were very enthusiastic and the bartender at the bar was handsome and professional. See you next time!

It was a nice hotel. Hotel room was so good. But there was a leak in a tub, so we didn’t chill normally, cuz all the time u should put more water and can’t enjoy normally. We asked to change, master came and changed, but nothing changed in reality. Biggest minus it’s transportation in Aranya, there no taxi inside, no bikes no scooters for rent, only f*cking hotel busses that u should wait to the way back for 7-15minutes, it’s really sh*t! In hotel no amenities, no pool, maybe gym (not sure about this), spa is expensive!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel is conveniently located right by the beach and commercial areas. There are many restaurants and several convenience stores within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and very clean. We tried two of the restaurants inside the hotel — one offering upscale Chinese food and the other seafood buffet, both were excellent. Will definitely choose Shangri-La again if we come back to Qinghuangdao in the future.
