Big and clean rooms. Good value. This hotel has no lifts but the reception helped us carry our bags up. So it’s not really a downside. We booked two rooms, the one with the sofa looks quite grand. The other room with three beds could comfortably fit 4 - two super singe beds and one king bed. Shower jets were strong and good. Location is very close to the town centre and we could hear faint music from the bands from our rooms. I suppose because we were there on a Friday night. But the bands stop playing before we went to bed, since it’s after all a small town. Breakfast was delicious and was cooked on the spot when the guest comes down, with individual servings. They have a choice of disposable or reusable towels. They equip each room with disposable towels but feel free to ask for reusable (cotton cloth) towels. Service staff were friendly and very helpful. Great stay overall.

這次在清院的整體入住體驗很好。前台小姐姐幫我們免費升級了房間，很驚喜。温泉每天都會消毒，也另外提供了消毒片，用起來很安心。泡完温泉下來有冰棍可以隨便拿，樓下還一直有熱茶在燉着，小細節真的很加分。樓頂天台可以看到湖泉生態園，風景非常漂亮。這次入住整體感覺很舒服，下次還會再來的！

Great stay! The hotel is very comfortable and enjoyable. The hot spring is the main reason for our stay. We enjoyed the different kids of hot spa very much. Breakfast was good. Hotel is located in a large man made lake community with very fresh air and nice surroundings. Only thing could be improved is that mini-fridge is not working.

There was an issue with our booking as we reserved a family room, but it was already fully occupied when we arrived. However, the staff handled the situation very professionally and thoughtfully. They offered us an additional room free of charge. Since we preferred to stay together, we chose to use the room arranged by the hotel. To make up for the inconvenience, the hotel treated our entire family to complimentary coffee at their café and also refunded the price difference. The hotel has a beautiful view, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. We truly appreciated their care and professionalism.

從前台辦理入住時的熱情周到，到客房服務的響應速度，都體現了希爾頓品牌應有的專業水準。每次通過內線電話提出需求，對方總能在極短的時間內給予迴應，並迅速有效地解決問題，這種快捷高效的溝通讓人倍感安心與尊重。在酒店的公共區域，工作人員也總是面帶微笑，主動問候； 然而，不得不提的是，酒店的硬件設施確實顯現出一些老舊的痕跡。房間內的裝潢和傢俱雖然保養尚可，但能看出投入使用已有些年頭，部分細節之處略顯陳舊，與國內一些新建的奢華酒店相比，在現代感和新穎度上有所欠缺。浴室的某些五金件也稍顯斑駁，地毯的紋理也依稀可見歲月的沉澱。對於習慣了新潮設計的住客來説，可能需要一些時間去適應這種“經典”風格。 但最讓我感到驚喜的，是酒店的早餐，豐富多樣的選擇，從中式的小籠包、粥品到西式的麪包、香腸，種類繁多且品質上乘。尤其值得一提的是，餐廳還融入了許多雲南本地特色食材和風味，讓我在清晨就能品嚐到地道的在地美味。新鮮的水果、精緻的甜點以及醇厚的咖啡，都為一天的旅程注入了滿滿的能量。可以説，早餐的出色表現，很大程度上彌補了硬件設施上的些許遺憾。

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a truly wonderful stay at Dali Spirited Away Panoramic Sea View Guesthouse. The caretaker/manager was extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome from the start. I’m especially thankful for his help in contacting my DiDi driver to retrieve my mobile phone that I accidentally left in the car — his assistance really went above and beyond. The room was great — clean, comfortable, and well maintained — and the panoramic Erhai Lake view was absolutely stunning, making the stay even more special. Waking up to such a beautiful view was a highlight of my trip. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would love to stay here again on my next visit to Dali. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great views and excellent hospitality!

先説特別滿意的地方，窗户望出去風景絕了！完美的風景！ 找不到地方，老闆大半夜還來接我們，跟我們説晚上鞭炮有點吵，可是我們一覺睡到大天亮，沒有感覺到一點噪音，下次來還住這裏，感謝老闆熱情接待🥰 唯一遺憾的就是第二天超級大風，沒怎麼玩兒，逛了一圈月亮灣就趕緊帶寶寶去醫院做霧化了😭

I came here during the off season, so my review reflects that. This was a very affordable stay in a very quiet building. There were lots of restaurants open downstairs and nearby with good prices. The room was comfortable and the view I had of the lake was great. I believe the previous comments about the lift are only relevant to the high season - in January I had no wait at all. The staff were also great and very welcoming.

It was a pleasant stay for us here as we were welcome with tea and Fruits platter once we checked in. The room was clean, with great entertainment system (projector which allows us to stream movie). The sound system was great and we really enjoyed the our time inside the room sipping tea while watching a movie. The hotel is also near a food street nearby (attached pic). Overall, would recommend!

Nice hotel.. but main entrance hard to find. Currently back yard under construction. Hotel is next to the lake and it is comfortable to sit next to the lake at night for a drink. Hotel is also near to old town. There is a singer at night which will stop singing at 10pm but it is comfortable entertainment. Room is nice and comfortable... the owner and staffs are all very friendly and feel welcome during stay. Only issue my friend room air conditioning not functioning and wasn't able to settle same day as too late... poor friend stay on his tatami which he thinks is ok.. overall stay happy stay here.
