I want to congratulate the Chale Island Resort and its team for their impeccable service. Everything was superb. I enjoyed it so much, every day for the past 6 days! Pick up of luggage in a other hotel days before my stay, no problem! Perfect service. Pick up and drop off at the airport, perfectly on time! Service always with a big smile, and always at your service. The room was very clean every day during my stay. Lot's of food or restaurant choice. I enjoyed the wide variety at breakfast. Really an excellent place to rest after an intense safari trip ;-) And what about the views, sunrises, sunsets, you name it, breathtaking... Went diving, so many thanks to my buddy Evans for a great morning of diving around the island... This was the perfect stay to end my adventure in Kenya, a big ASANTE Chale...

Amazing staff and truly exceptional service. Both G. and M. were always present, attentive, and genuinely supportive throughout our stay. They helped with meals and were always available whenever we needed assistance. Their hospitality made a real difference, and we are truly grateful to have met them and spent a few days in what feels like a hidden paradise. The location is beautiful—a peaceful beachfront property in a quiet, uncrowded area with plenty to do nearby. It’s about a 45-minute drive from Diani Airport, so having a car is highly recommended. Make sure to follow the Tiwi Beach exit rather than relying on the GPS coordinates to reach the property. It is also advisable to buy supplies, including drinking water, before arriving at the facility. The penthouse itself has incredible potential and offers stunning views, but unfortunately it is not well maintained and still requires significant work. Basic structural improvements are needed, including proper ceiling finishing, fencing, and treatment of the wooden furniture due to visible infestation. Another issue is that there are many open gaps and spaces around the penthouse structure, which allow insects and even cats to enter the room. This significantly affects comfort and hygiene and should be addressed with proper sealing and screening. Overall, the staff and location are fantastic, but the penthouse urgently needs proper maintenance and finishing to match the beauty of the setting.

I noticed that many reviews mention the hotel not living up to a five-star standard. However, no one seems to complain that the price doesn’t match a five-star level either. In my opinion, this is an excellent hotel for the price. The property is spacious, the rooms are fresh and cleaned daily, and amenities like slippers and bathrobes are provided. The staff is welcoming, and the breakfast offers a great variety. From 4 to 5 PM, there’s a complimentary tea and pastries service, which is a lovely touch. The beach is beautiful, with plenty of loungers equipped with soft cushions. This is definitely a place I would consider returning to.

Pleasant hotel in a good locatopn with very friendly staff. In general, room renovations are slowly overdue. Because of the noise, it is best not to take a room in the basement.

В отеле отдыхают в основном граждане Германии возраста 40-50 +. Еда вкусная , нельзя сказать , что сильно разнообразная , но всего хватало, готовят вкусно : мясо , рыба , много овощей и фруктов. Веселые аниматоры , доброжелательный персонал . Номера простенькие , мебель старая ,но все работало. На территории отеля много обезьян 😅 не оставляйте вещи без присмотра . Вечером всегда проходит анимация , каждый день разная программа-молодцы! Возле бара на пляже часто собирается очередь , но обслуживание довольно быстрое. В целом , отель понравился, также посетили Diani resort ( до него по пляжу 15-20 минут пешком )Кстати Вы можете посещать отели одной сети , в том числе пользоваться услугами бара /ресторана . На ресепшене любезно разрешили остаться в отеле и пользоваться услугами все включено после выезда из номера, так как трансфер был около 14-00. Ставлю все пятерки за отношение персонала

Wonderful hotel - great location and also the facilities are great. The only issue is when the hotel is full - there are insufficient Beach towels. it doesn't help that most people take more than expected ie 3/4 more per person rather than one per person. We had to wait the whole day to get a clean towel. ( speaking to other guests - they collected their towels @ 7.30am or the night before...) . Would recommend that management bring in a CARD system for beach towels so that everyone has an equal allocation( when it is not full you can revert to the current system. ) Guest relations ( Marcia) is amazing and recommend speaking to her about anything local. She can advise you and help whenever possible. the biggest positive is the FOOD - it was amazing and the freshest of the cooking was visibly seen. the bar was quick to respond to drinks orders. the only issue is the amount of paperwork they need as most guests are on All- inclusive yet it was requested that the room number be given every time you ordered a drink. Perhaps management can review this? let the staff see the BANDS to decide which needs food orders or not

Ottima struttura con tante ville indipendenti nel giardino intorno alla piscina . Direttamente sulla spiaggia ampia e di sabbia bianchissima. Camera master molto bella al primo piano con grande bagno terrazza . Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Everything was great with this hotel, from the view to the service. The beach is very beautiful and clean. There are quite a few of beach boys on the beach waiting to sell things to you. However if you tell them politely you’re not interested, they’ll leave you alone. It’s very close to Ukunda airport, only 10min drive. One major thing this resort needs to improve is the foods. The foods are no where close to a 5 star resort standard. They’re normal than normal. Limited varieties. This was the most disappointing part. However because of the superb view and services, I was able to enjoy the trip! Will definitely go back and hope the foods are good by then.

Большая красивая территория, на территории несколько бунгал, очень чисто и безопасно, отель стоит на одном из самых красивых пляжей в мире, весь персонал очень доброжелательный, два бассейна, ресторан с личным поваром и свежими продуктами, все продумано до мелочей. Из минусов было только одно - слабый вайфай в некоторых местах апартаментов, персонал пытался оперативно это решить, думаю они исправят этот момент. Спасибо большое за прекрасный отдых и мы обязательно вернемся! Еще там отличный СПА и тренажерный зал со всем необходимым оборудованиеи.
