The only downside is that the air conditioning is very noisy and the auto stop-start feature wakes you up all night. Additionally, the bathroom needs updating, and guests have to carry their bags to the first floor reception."

GGuest UserNice hotel, perfect location (5 minutes walking to Medina), has their comfortable zone at seaside. Good service. The hotel is not new, some shabby, bathroom needs a repair- but it’s clean and well packed (including bathrobe and slippers). Breakfast is also fine, but not for 5*. I believe that it’s a good choice hotel (not riad) for travelers who prefer good location, clean and comfortable place and not looking for brand new boutique hotel.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel from the outside looks good the service was amazing especially all the staff behind the counter very helpful and very kind. The swimming pool was nice but the shower facilities near the swimming pool smelled horrible. The room I stayed in was decent with working TV and WiFi. If I need a towel refill and room service I requested it at the reception. Breakfast is very nice with a range of foods to pick from and a selection of drinks but no water, if you need water in your room you'd have to pay 20 dirhams for a 1.5L bottle (you can purchase 5l for 12 dirhams outside). Overall I think the hotel is overpriced for its facilities but the customer service from the staff made up for everything else.

LLaurie DaviesA hidden gem nestled in the heart of the old medina. The location is excellent with the main attractions only a small distance away, this hotel is perfectly situated for your trip. The staff were all lovely during my trip, and went the extra mile to ensure that everything with up to standard. The hotel was clean and well kept which was great, however the WiFI didn’t work very well in my room, cutting out regularly which was a little disappointing. All in all an excellent experience!
