Saya menikmati penginapan yang sangat selesa dan memuaskan di hotel ini. Kakitangan kaunter penerimaan tetamu ramah dan sabar, dan banyak membantu saya, termasuk mencari bagasi saya dengan cepat. It was a nice and pleasant stay. The room is clean and user friendly. Amenities are comprehensive, staffs are helpful. The most important thoughtful part is they provide a service for you to purchase their bedding and pillow through their site. This is a wonderful ideas with trial use before purchase. Love it!

Strategically located at upperhills!! Overall very zen vibes, minimalistic and aesthetically designed interior. Love our room, its so clean and nice. Robots are available to deliver food straight to our rooms too! Service is great too (thanks kitty and koukou), will love to be back again.

The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. The bell desk is always there taking care of the luggage and open car doors for visitors. The room is nice too. However as always, the bed is on the firmer side to US standard. On You Tube, I always see Chinese hotel has bathroom wall glass switches between semi-translucent and translucent. This hotel has it.

Service: My family was warmly greeted by Kevin, the lobby manager. He was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay—truly exceptional service. Hygiene: The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented upon arrival. Environment: The sea view was stunning, even though it was rainy and hazy for a few days. The hotel's cozy atmosphere made the experience still very enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful stay, we'd love to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Foshan Shunde. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with elegant interiors and a very comfortable room that made it easy to relax after a long day out. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. A special mention to Asad from the customer experience team. He went above and beyond to assist us. We had spent more time than expected shopping at Louvre Mall, and Asad kindly helped arrange a late check-out until 2pm, which made a huge difference to our overall experience. Overall, it was a seamless and enjoyable stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Foshan.

The hotel is located in a central location at Beijng Road, very accessible. Very convenient and close to shops, restaurants and the big buddhist temple. The room is big, front desk is manned by courteous staff. We enjoyed our stay here.

設施：行政房配備齊全，有書枱衣帽間，茶台，咖啡機咖啡柑普茶等應有盡有 衞生：非常乾淨，設計得當，新酒店 環境：地段好，環境靚 服務：前台服務好，經理聽到我們在地下車庫找不到近電梯口的車位，馬上話親自落來帶路 唯一美中不足是，今天的早上看了一場大表演。17樓餐廳裏早上十點幾了，客人還排曬長龍等食早餐，又冇位更冇食物，排到有些客人直接摔碟發爛渣，最後我們也沒吃到東西，排到我們都沒了，白粥也不夠一碗，頭一次碰到酒店自助早餐冇東西吃，衹能證明管理層頭一天晚上不看入住率，冇應變措施安排，真的令人大跌眼鏡。

We arrived at the hotel before 1300 and the room was not ready. The lady at the counter then offered us a free upgrade and free access to the executive lounge for happy hours. Amazing. The room is a standard hotel room with a king sized bed. The TV only has 10 local channels and none of them is English channel. The bathroom is a big plus and it comes with all basic items (comb, brush, shaver, etc). It has a shower area and a bathtub area. Quite spacious for this kind of standard hotel room. We were at 19/F and the view was also great! Highly recommended!

Futian Shangri-La is overall a good hotel with comfortable rooms, a great city view, and a strong location for business travel in Shenzhen. The room itself was well maintained, spacious, and offered a pleasant stay experience. One of the highlights was definitely the view, especially from the higher floors. However, the service experience was somewhat inconsistent, as the staff did not come across as particularly attentive or proactive during the stay. While nothing was negative, the level of engagement and hospitality did not fully match the expectations typically associated with the Shangri-La brand. Overall, still a solid hotel option with good facilities and comfortable accommodation.
