The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. The bell desk is always there taking care of the luggage and open car doors for visitors. The room is nice too. However as always, the bed is on the firmer side to US standard. On You Tube, I always see Chinese hotel has bathroom wall glass switches between semi-translucent and translucent. This hotel has it.

The hotel is located very near to the baiyun international airport and surrounding has many shops its very convenient also the hotel staff is very friendly also the front desk staff hotel is very clean and the food is also good this is convenient for business travelers the renhe metro station is just like 700m-800m away from the hotel i would recommend this hotel specially for business travelers

Menginap di Mercure Guangzhou Beijing Road Pedestrian Street sangat selesa. Pertama, lokasinya sangat strategik, betul-betul di pusat Jalan Pejalan Kaki Beijing Road. Bilik-bilik bersih, dan kakitangan bilik serta cik Momo di kaunter penyambut tetamu sangat peramah. Kemudahan bilik juga sangat baik, bantal selesa dan katil empuk. Secara keseluruhannya, saya pasti akan datang lagi!

We arrived at the hotel before 1300 and the room was not ready. The lady at the counter then offered us a free upgrade and free access to the executive lounge for happy hours. Amazing. The room is a standard hotel room with a king sized bed. The TV only has 10 local channels and none of them is English channel. The bathroom is a big plus and it comes with all basic items (comb, brush, shaver, etc). It has a shower area and a bathtub area. Quite spacious for this kind of standard hotel room. We were at 19/F and the view was also great! Highly recommended!

Great hotel In a super location ! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the pool and fitness & health facilities. The location had a unique atmosphere on the historic island of Shamian ( hope I wrote it correctly) where the atmosphere was historic,clean, nice boutiquish type shops and very peaceful. We had stayed earlier in another part of commercial downtown and this was much better. Our only critiques were that it was impossible to get a nice dim sum here which is amazing since we are in the heart of Cantonese cuisine.

Hotel room is nicely decorated, classy and exudes a warm welcoming feeling. Love the balcony attached to the room which was a perfect relaxation area for drinks and chitchat. Huge toilet with separate compartments for shower, long bath, and wc. Special mention to the housekeeper/s for room 8321 who really did a good job with freshening the room, made sure that towels were changed daily and that everything else were replenished. There are food and restaurants within 20m of the hotel and Paifang Street is just across the road. ONE BIG PROBLEM though was that the room temperature was set dead at 25 degC and cannot be adjusted lower which affected my sleep throughout my stay. I requested the front desk to lower my room temperature which they said they could not. Although it is a central air-conditioning system, the air damper can be adjusted. So, in conclusion, I do like the hotel but personally, should I visit Chaozhou again,I would look for another hotel where the temperature can be adjusted.

停車方便，導航也能直接到酒店，前台辦理入住很快，安排的房間也很滿意，房間沒有廚房，不能煮東西，但是前台推薦了去白蒲市場買海鮮，在附近加工，味道還行，價格也還好，海鮮比較都是比較貴點的，而且還是本地的休漁期，所以也能理解，開車回去酒店也是幾公里，不算麻煩，吃飯了回酒店的沙灘踏浪，也是非常愜意，而且酒店的游泳池很大很漂亮，但是需要收費，所以就沒有遊，不過這酒店也值得來。

Staying at the hotel during the typhoon turned out to be a smart decision. While the entire city was shut down due to the severe weather, the hotel remained operational, with its restaurant open and serving delicious meals. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there, despite the storm outside. The hotel had reinforced gates designed to withstand strong winds, which made me feel incredibly safe. The atmosphere was surprisingly cozy, and I appreciated the staff's efforts to ensure guests were comfortable and well-fed. I definitely plan on returning for another stay in the future!
