The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. The bell desk is always there taking care of the luggage and open car doors for visitors. The room is nice too. However as always, the bed is on the firmer side to US standard. On You Tube, I always see Chinese hotel has bathroom wall glass switches between semi-translucent and translucent. This hotel has it.

Hotel ini terletak agak dekat dengan lapangan terbang dengan banyak restoran di kawasan ini. Bilik-biliknya bersih dan berbaloi dengan harga yang rendah. Gimnasiumnya agak bagus tetapi tidak dapat digunakan kerana banyak nyamuk dari jalur hijau di luar. Apabila isu ini dilaporkan kepada pengurus yang bertugas, sikapnya tidak cukup positif, hanya mengatakan ia adalah kebiasaan di wilayah Guangdong yang tidak dapat dielakkan, sebaliknya bertindak balas dengan niat dan ekspresi untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut. Selain itu, hotel ini secara keseluruhannya sangat bagus.

Semuanya bagus, kemudahan baharu dan semua adalah rumah pintar. Hotel ini terletak di Beijing Road yang mahal, jadi tiada tempat letak kereta. Saya tidak perasan ini semasa membuat tempahan, dan hanya mencari tempat letak kereta melalui navigasi apabila tiba. Tempat letak kereta di sebelah berharga 120/hari. Walaupun begitu, ia berbaloi kerana hotel ini baru dan sangat mudah untuk bersiar-siar di Beijing Road!

We arrived at the hotel before 1300 and the room was not ready. The lady at the counter then offered us a free upgrade and free access to the executive lounge for happy hours. Amazing. The room is a standard hotel room with a king sized bed. The TV only has 10 local channels and none of them is English channel. The bathroom is a big plus and it comes with all basic items (comb, brush, shaver, etc). It has a shower area and a bathtub area. Quite spacious for this kind of standard hotel room. We were at 19/F and the view was also great! Highly recommended!

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, excellent staff especially Peter who helped us to secure our late check out due to our flight time and also upgraded our room to river view, and it was indeed the highlight of my guangzhou trip.I agree with some viewers saying that river view is the best option when u book this hotel. I will definitely choose this hotel over and over again whenever I visit guangzhou.

Hotel room is nicely decorated, classy and exudes a warm welcoming feeling. Love the balcony attached to the room which was a perfect relaxation area for drinks and chitchat. Huge toilet with separate compartments for shower, long bath, and wc. Special mention to the housekeeper/s for room 8321 who really did a good job with freshening the room, made sure that towels were changed daily and that everything else were replenished. There are food and restaurants within 20m of the hotel and Paifang Street is just across the road. ONE BIG PROBLEM though was that the room temperature was set dead at 25 degC and cannot be adjusted lower which affected my sleep throughout my stay. I requested the front desk to lower my room temperature which they said they could not. Although it is a central air-conditioning system, the air damper can be adjusted. So, in conclusion, I do like the hotel but personally, should I visit Chaozhou again,I would look for another hotel where the temperature can be adjusted.

This is my second time staying at Kande Hotel. I typically stay for about 14 days each trip, so I have had plenty of time to really settle in and appreciate the experience. The location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of Dongguan and close to everything you might need. What surprised me, though, is how quiet the rooms are despite being in the city center. There is no traffic noise or street disturbance, which makes a real difference when you are traveling for work and need to rest. The staff are excellent. They are friendly and professional, but what stands out is that they actually remember my preferences from my previous stay. Those small touches go a long way when you are there for an extended period. I also appreciate the pillow menu. I personally cannot sleep without a memory foam pillow, so having that option is a real plus. They also have a robot delivery service for food and parcels. It sounds like a small thing, but it is surprisingly convenient and adds a nice modern touch. The view from the room is beautiful, and breakfast is another highlight. There is always a good variety, but my go to is the 烧鹅濑粉. It is honestly the best I have ever had. Looking forward to my next stay.
