GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, really close to Huaqiangbei Electronics Market, making it super convenient for getting around! The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable that I slept like a log. The front desk staff were very welcoming. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in town!

XXiaobudianerererererMy first time in Guangzhou was fantastic! I'll definitely be staying here again next time I visit. The staff were all so kind and welcoming. As soon as my taxi pulled up, someone was there to help with my luggage. The room was huge and super clean, and the extensive use of red cave stone was really beautiful. The bedding and linens were high-thread-count and very comfortable. Plus, having a mall right downstairs made shopping incredibly convenient. They were also very prompt and professional in helping resolve any issues. My trip was too rushed this time to try the dining or the cakes, but next time I'd love to stay a whole day without even leaving the hotel!

The hotel team was very kind and attentive from the beginning. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, and they also prepared a lovely birthday greeting, which made our trip feel even more special.
The staff helped us every time we had any questions, and everything went smoothly during our stay. We really appreciated their hospitality and care.
One of the highlights of the hotel is the beautiful garden with peacocks. It creates such a peaceful and unique atmosphere, and we really enjoyed spending time there.
Overall, it was a great experience, and we would be happy to stay here again. Thank you to the Yingbin Hotel team for making our visit so pleasant and memorable.

LlooilyThis isn't my first time staying at this hotel, and their service consistently surpasses that of others. First off, the rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are large and well-appointed. I truly appreciate how seriously they take every request; in fact, all my requests have been met without issue. When I asked for a late checkout, they accommodated me with a room on a higher floor, away from any noise. I've also commended their housekeeping service before; they are incredibly trustworthy and remarkably quiet when cleaning other rooms – a significant detail, unlike many other hotels. Their cleaning standards are, simply put, top-notch.
And let's not forget the doorman. Every time you arrive, he spots you from a distance and immediately comes to help with your bags, always with a warm smile and a friendly, eager attitude.
Now, about the front desk – their service this time was even more impressive than I anticipated. Even though my room already had a luggage scale, I requested another one. They provided it and told me to keep it until my departure, so I wouldn't feel rushed. On another occasion, I felt a bit dizzy because I hadn't eaten. I immediately went downstairs, and they promptly checked me for any injuries. They brought me coffee and sweets in case my blood sugar had dropped and even called the manager, who personally came to my room to check on me.
This hotel truly feels like a fairytale. Their attentiveness is incredible; even without knowing a guest personally, they treat everyone with such care, making you feel like the most important person in the room. They even thoughtfully provided me with non-slip slippers out of concern for my safety, despite the floors not being slippery at all. Without a doubt, I will choose this hotel every time I visit Guangzhou. A huge thank you to all the staff; I hope they continue to maintain this exceptional level of service.

__MAVERICK_I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The property is clean, modern, and very comfortable. My room was spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The bed was especially cozy, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and welcoming.
What truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service, especially from Amy at the front desk. She was incredibly hospitable, friendly, and professional. Amy made check-in smooth and was always happy to help with any questions. Her warm attitude made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. I will definitely return!

HHaska7Castle hotel is a beautiful and well maintained environment. The facilities are perfect for families, with a play room, heated swimming pool, and outdoor playground. There is also a ”sand pit” for children, but it looks like an old unused sand trap from the golf course. Nevertheless, my son enjoyed digging in it. The room was a double floor with a mezzanine balcony inside and an outdoor balcony overlooking the scenic golf court. We booked a family room for children and were assigned the ”Spiderman” room, which wasn't my favorite decor, but my son enjoyed it. Some of the room facilities such as stickers and decor needed refreshing and was old and worn (i.e. spiderman wall stickers with tears, remote for downstairs t.v. didn't work great, rubber padding around t.v. was in need of refreshing, behind the screen in the upstairs hadn't been dusted in a long time). However, the majority of the room was attractive and comfortable. The rest of the hotel was elegant and felt upscale. There were some vegetarian choices in the ”a la carte” menu of the restaurant and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. We were unable to order room service from the phone app in English so we needed to order at the front desk. The staff were incredibly helpful, some spoke English, and everyone was courteous and helped us to have a great time. The executive lounge was open from 2:00 or 3:00 onwards and offered nice snacks. My son loved visiting there in the afternoons and loading up on snacks. Overall, a great experience and we will be back.

GGuest UserThis garden-style hotel boasts excellent greenery and fresh air. The rooms are spacious, and the small balcony offers a lovely view of lush foliage, which is very pleasant. The room's cleanliness is also impeccable. However, the front desk lady, while seemingly experienced, wasn't very logical in her service. She didn't mention the complimentary double afternoon tea, and I had to call and ask about it myself. In contrast, the bellhop who helped with our luggage was much more professional, guiding us to the breakfast area and the swimming pool along the way. The complimentary afternoon tea was fantastic! Breakfast was also very rich and varied. Our whole family had a wonderful time at the hotel.

SstevenandjuneSeriously, I've found the ultimate hotel for family vacations, and it deserves a five-star recommendation! I especially want to rave about the poolside room. The room design is perfect for water lovers; you can step right into the pool from your balcony, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the water without even leaving your room. There's also a private water slide connecting to the hot spring area downstairs, plus a super fun foam pool. My kids spent half the day there, so we didn't even need to plan any extra activities. The breakfast selection was much more extensive than expected, with freshly cooked noodles, baked bread, hot porridge and dishes, fresh fruits and vegetables, fries, and Chinese donuts. Both Chinese and Western options were covered, so everyone, adults and kids alike, could find something they loved. The facilities are new, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The family-friendly amenities are especially thoughtful. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I bring my family!

The surrounding area is packed with office buildings and commercial centers, which is great for business meetings.
The room layout is well-designed, featuring a spacious desk and stable, fast internet, so working for long periods isn't tiring. The hotel offers great privacy and a quiet environment, ensuring a good night's rest. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were quick and efficient, saving me a lot of time.
The 24-hour gym and meeting rooms fully cater to various business travel needs. The cleanliness, service, and facilities are all excellent, making it a superb choice for business travelers.

GGuest UserThis hotel's location is excellent, right next to Qinghui Garden, Jinbang Street, and Huagai Road Food Street. It's my go-to hotel every time I visit Shunde. The hotel itself has a charming, antique feel and a serene atmosphere, perfectly embodying the Xiangyunsha silk aesthetic. Their service philosophy is also outstanding. This trip, I was traveling with my husband and child, and the staff at check-in very thoughtfully noticed it was my husband's birthday. To our surprise, we received a complimentary birthday cake from the hotel that day. This thoughtful gesture truly touched my family. Wishing the hotel great success and a steady stream of guests!
