Luxury Hotel , everything more than perfect. Cleaning the room two times a day. Breakfast good with many varieties. Room big accessory for bath room makes this hotel different. Kids loves the afternoon tea set which serve for them in room for free. Location for this hotel in the heart of Guangzhou in same building with the top brands mall (tai Kou Hui) .. We enjoyed swimming, food , comfortable bed.

The hotel is situated in an exceptional location, at the core of Tianhe District, surrounded by numerous large shopping malls that cater to your shopping and dining needs. It boasts convenient transportation, being in close proximity to Line 1&3 of the subway system. The rooms are well-maintained, clean, and peaceful, as they do not overlook the bustling streets. On the fifth floor, you’ll find a gym and self-service laundry facilities equipped with washing machines and dryers, adding to the convenience of your stay. The lobby also provides complimentary self-service coffee and milk tea for guests to enjoy. Mr. Huang, a member of the staff, is known for his outstanding service. It is indeed a great choice for accommodation. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near both Line 1 and Line 3, very close to Guangzhou East Station, making it highly accessible. Right next door, you’ll find the Tai Gu Hui shopping mall, which houses a variety of delightful food options. 酒店位置很好，天河区市中心，附近很多大型商场，可以逛吃购物，交通也方便，离地铁3号线很近，房间卫生不错，也不靠马路不吵，5楼有健身房和自助洗衣机烘干机，很方便，大堂还有免费的自助咖啡奶茶可以喝，工作人员黄先生服务态度很好，不错的选择。

This place is very nice and has everything you need in the hotel. The hot springs were very very nice and had a lot of pools including private pools which was so nice! The dinner buffet was delicious and had a lot of food. The breakfast buffet was also very good with a lot to chose from including western options. Very nice sweet short get away Sonu sign and the manager was very nice and hospitable, they also upgraded our room as a treat as it was a friends birthday.

It's already been more than five times that I have stayed at this hotel. Super clean, corridors smell fresh green tea, bathrooms have a double sink, floors are heated, fitted with shower and bathtub. Breakfast is satisfactory. There are not too many varieties, but the ones they have are all delicious. The breakfast area has a terrace for coffee and smoking, chairs, and tables. The staff is friendly. Especially Bella and Teller were so excellent. I definitely will stay again and will suggest friends.

The location is very strategic where it is situated near Guangzhou East Railway Station, just across Jinan Laso it offers easy access to anywhere. The service was great, with staffs being able to speak in English and friendly, probably because it was the Canton Fair Week so they put the English-speaking staffs in the counter. One of my favorite perks was the complimentary coffee available in the cafe next to the lobby, they mentioned about complimentary milk for the night as well, but when I asked for it in the reception, they said it is already in the room although it was not the case. Also, I must mention that the room's interior felt a bit dated. While it was clean and comfortable, it could use some modernization to match the overall charm of the hotel. In summary, if you’re looking for a hotel with a great location for its value, then it is a good choice to consider.

First time stay at this hotel. Front desk staffs and housekeeping service are beyond our expectation. Very Good! The dim sum at Xiang Yun xuan is very nice! Is a must try restaurant! Definitely will come back again!

Excellent night stay at this hotel located in a calm garden just a few minutes walk from the metro and the main Beijing pedestrian street (ca. 10-15mn). Room in the Baiyun building was a nice blend of traditional décor and modern amenities and in good condition. Staff were very kind and welcoming.

I went to Pattra with my wife and my 2 children. The hotel emplacement is just amazing, the view on the mountains is extra from the balcony. We came late the first night, although the dinner buffet was about to close, the restaurant staff managed to provide various meals and desert before closing. The next day afternoon my children spent the whole time in the afternoon in the swimming pool, till 10 PM. The breakfast and the dinner buffet are really diversified and my children were able to find their favorite meals. The staff is really friendly and ready to assist despite the language barrier. We will definitely book another weekend soon in Pattra.

I recently visited the Hillview Golf Resort in Dongguan, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the food was decent, and the staff members were incredibly kind and friendly. The swimming pool was refreshing and well-maintained, adding to the enjoyment of the visit. My family and I had a wonderful time, and we are already planning to return for more weekends here soon. Considering the quality of service and overall experience, I find the pricing quite reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend this resort to my friends for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.
