Banyan Tree Sanya, a hidden gem nestled in Luhuitou Bay. At night, I enjoyed a private soak in the courtyard's hot spring, accompanied by starlight, the gentle sway of palm trees, and the sound of the ocean. The warm water washed away the day's fatigue, and the evening breeze soothed my mind. No need to dwell on worldly worries; just gaze at the stars, listen to the waves, and find a rare sense of tranquility.

My first time staying in a rainforest was a truly unique experience. The air was incredibly fresh and it was so peaceful. Having a hot spring right in the room was amazing! Despite being in the forest, there wasn't a single mosquito or bug inside, and there was a lovely, subtle essential oil scent. Breakfast was also a special experience; you cross a small bridge to a restaurant surrounded by the rainforest. I even had black chicken soup, which was incredibly delicious!

This is my third time visiting Mission Hills this year, and Manager Mary not only had our room ready for us in advance but also upgraded our room type. Staying here is always as comforting as ever; the hot springs and pools are both great fun! I'll definitely come again next time!

The hotel environment is fantastic, and the rooms are great and meticulously clean. The service is also excellent, offering great value for money overall. Our butler, Xiao Zhao, provided very thoughtful service, making it a highly recommended stay. The hotel offers a wide range of children's activities, which our kids thoroughly enjoyed. They also had a blast at the pool. The staff at the kids' club, Ali, was warm and enthusiastic, and the water quality was very clean. Overall, it's quite good with comprehensive facilities. The hotel's greenery is also excellent. From the balcony of our room, we overlooked the sprawling, winding network of pools, with the azure sea and verdant mountains visible in the distance. The exclusive beach features the iconic St. Regis archway, facing the open ocean. It’s quiet and uncrowded, perfect for capturing atmospheric ocean photos, truly escaping the city hustle and ideal for unwinding and relaxing. **Pool Facilities: The epitome of a luxurious vacation ambiance.** The most stunning feature is the iconic transparent infinity pool, with its clear blue water complemented by pink sun umbrellas, complete with children's play facilities and fountains. The water quality is excellent and consistently heated. The resort also has several meandering river-style leisure pools, perfect for a stroll or a dip. Soaking in the water with the sea breeze blowing, all fatigue melts away, providing ultimate comfort. **Room Amenities: Light luxury and comfort with superb views.** We were upgraded to a spacious room with a light luxury and elegant design. Marble floors paired with soft furnishings, and floor-to-ceiling windows leading directly to the scenic balcony, offering views of the gardens and the sea as soon as you open them. The room is fully equipped, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. It was quiet and undisturbed during our rest, maximizing comfort. **Attentive Service: Impeccable details, heartwarming surprises.** I must particularly commend the butler and all the staff. They were responsive throughout our stay, and their service was perfectly balanced. What touched our family most was that the hotel thoughtfully noticed a family member's birthday and prepared a special birthday gift upon our departure. This delicate and thoughtful gesture was especially heartwarming. There was no excessive intrusion, yet help was always available when needed. This hotel truly embodies the warmth and professionalism expected of a high-end establishment. **Overall Experience** Whether it's the gardens, pools, sea view amenities, or the warm and meticulous service, the St. Regis Yalong Bay is impeccable. The quiet and secluded environment is particularly suited for a slow-paced vacation and peaceful relaxation. Traveling with the kids during the summer vacation, we checked into the Pullman's pool room on the first day. It was super convenient to access the pool right from our room. The room itself felt a bit dated, and the air conditioning unit outside our door was quite noisy. However, the hotel's complimentary photo shoot was a nice touch; the kids got a lot of great pictures. The photographer was really nice, and the post-production lady was excellent too. Overall, we had a very enjoyable first stop.

This hotel isn't as old or dirty as some online reviews suggest. While the decor might not be the most modern, our stay was fantastic. We had just come from the Grand Hyatt Sanya Haitang Bay, and there were two main reasons we chose the Coral Hotel: 1. **Relaxed Itinerary:** We wanted to fully enjoy the beauty of Wuzhizhou Island. On the afternoon of our check-in, we could easily walk to popular spots like the fruit stands and the 'Kiss Love Happy' photo op, and enjoy a sunset that you can't see from Haitang Bay. 2. **Super Fast Island Transfers:** There's absolutely no walking required for transfers. I roughly estimated that the walk from security to the ferry on the main island is about 700 meters. Here, the hotel's electric carts pick you up and drop you off the whole way, with staff helping with luggage. It's incredibly convenient, and the fast-track channel means no waiting in line! Best of all, we got skip-the-line access for the round-the-island electric car (though only for the first stop), which still saved a lot of time! The hotel's electric carts take you from the hotel entrance to the pier, even though it's only about 350 meters. 3. **Regarding Food (as mentioned online):** The hotel offers 24-hour in-room dining (something few hotels do!). The prices are flexible; the dinner buffet is 288 RMB per person, and room service items range from 68 to 98 RMB, which is comparable to star-rated hotels in Haitang Bay. Overall, our one-night stay was very satisfying. The hotel's service and unique location were excellent. They even upgraded us to a 180-degree ocean view suite for free when we checked in. We woke up to ocean views and popular photo spots right downstairs! The room's proximity to the sea is unmatched by any 'first-line' ocean view hotel in Haitang Bay – this is truly beachfront. **Service:** The day before check-in, the hotel's Guest Relations Manager, Manager He, added me on WeChat to coordinate our arrival. She also pre-booked a shuttle bus to pick us up directly from the Grand Hyatt and take us to the pier. As soon as we got off, we seamlessly switched to the electric cart for the fast-track channel. Manager He's attitude was excellent and a major highlight of the hotel's service! When I suddenly realized my ID was left in the room while on the ferry departing the island, Manager He quickly arranged for hotel staff to deliver it specially to the Houhai Village pier! They even put it in a waterproof bag with an information card, which was incredibly professional and responsible! Highly recommended!

The villa is beautiful and the pool water is very clean. The hotel is right next to the beach, so you can walk over and dip your toes in the water. The rooms are large and plentiful, and I got a bit disoriented when I first checked in. Unlike other standalone villa hotels I've stayed at, this one doesn't have a butler service; you need to call the front desk for any requests. It also felt like the hotel was understaffed. We checked in during peak hours, and the front desk staff looked very tired and overwhelmed. They didn't even guide guests queuing up in an orderly fashion. The experience in this regard was quite poor compared to the Hilton we stayed at two days ago. If you're staying in a villa, you'll need to bring your own mosquito repellent. Because the rooms are so large and there's a lot of greenery, even electric mosquito coils were largely ineffective. I didn't see any mosquito traps or similar facilities outside either. We were almost carried away by Sanya's mosquitoes!

The hotel is nestled at the foot of Qixianling Mountain, boasting a superb environment. The main building is ideal for wheelchair users, and the receptionist was very helpful, upgrading my room. The room even had its own hot spring, which was very convenient and comfortable. The restaurant manager was very welcoming and greeted us proactively; the food was also of good quality. A truly wonderful trip, I would definitely stay here again.

You can ask the hotel to turn on the circulation system. Hygiene: The hygiene is generally good. There are mosquito coils and repellent in the room, as there tend to be more mosquitoes. Environment: The overall environment is very private and has a resort-like feel. There are many trees, and it's quite tranquil. The overall decor is very exquisite. Service: The overall service level is decent. The first day's service was the best, but in the subsequent two days, the wait time for the buggy was quite long.
