Finally got to Wudang Mountain for some much-needed relaxation! This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The hotel's ambiance is fantastic, especially the large terrace – the view is breathtaking. On a clear day, seeing the distant mountains and sea of clouds instantly brings a sense of peace. The room itself is designed in a new Chinese style, with thoughtful details, and the bathroom looks very high-quality; it was a really comfortable stay. Beyond the beautiful scenery, the overall experience was top-notch! In the afternoon, there's complimentary Shenshi tea, perfect for sitting down, sipping tea, and chatting – so pleasant. Breakfast was also delicious, with a rich variety of fresh options that left me feeling energized. You can also catch the sunset over at Nanyan Palace. The biggest surprise was the free Tai Chi class! Practicing Tai Chi with the instructor on the terrace in the evening, with the sky above and mountain breeze, was incredibly therapeutic. The instructor was very professional and responsible, correcting postures hand-in-hand and patiently guiding us, so even beginners could quickly pick it up. The service throughout was superb, making us feel completely at home. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Wudang Mountain!

The Marco Polo Wuhan Hotel is ideally situated on Yanjiang Avenue in Jiang'an District, directly opposite Hankou Beach and right next to the renowned Li Huangpi Road. I booked a room on the 27th floor, offering panoramic views of both sides of the Yangtze River, stretching as far as the Second Yangtze River Bridge. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't cooperative during my two-day stay; the river was shrouded in mist, making it impossible to capture clear and stunning photos. The hotel's facilities and services are impeccable. The breakfast spread is extensive, and the dishes prepared in both the Chinese and Western restaurants are excellent and refined. We were particularly delighted with the Western restaurant's waiter-recommended double set menu, which offered a great variety of dishes and exceptional value for money. I had a really unpleasant experience at this hotel, largely due to their faulty UnionPay system. On the first day of Chinese New Year, during check-in, I was incorrectly charged – something that has never happened in all my years of staying at hotels. It took two full days to resolve, and throughout the process, the staff repeatedly blamed UnionPay, denying any hotel responsibility. The compensation they offered was a fruit platter, which I promptly refused. In the family room I stayed in, there were several noticeable dents on the floor near the bathroom entrance. I don't understand why they weren't repaired; instead, they were simply covered with a carpet. It was quite startling if you weren't expecting to step into one. Additionally, the bathroom lacked an exhaust fan, so any odors after using the toilet would spread throughout the entire room. Thankfully, there was a window I could open to air it out. Regarding the air conditioning, it was incredibly noisy and very slow to heat up. On the first day of my stay (Chinese New Year), the room was a chilly 22 degrees. Even after setting it to 26 degrees, it didn't reach that temperature until my check-out on the fifth day. The hotel's ground-level parking lot is tiny and often full. The underground parking spaces are also very small and difficult to navigate. Unfortunately, our MPV got scratched in the dimly lit underground lot at night. As for breakfast, for the first two days of our stay, I assume there were fewer guests, so the breakfast offerings were quite perfunctory. It only improved when more guests arrived in the following days. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory stay!

Stayed for two nights and it was quite frustrating, so I definitely have to write a review! 1. The bath mat wasn't changed; in the morning, some setting powder spilled on it, and when I returned in the evening, it was still there. I understand not changing it if it's clean, but I don't understand why a dirty one wasn't replaced. 2. The toothbrush was put back in the cup while still wet, with the bristles pressed against the bottom of the mirror frame. There was still film not fully peeled off under the mirror, clearly indicating no cleaning had been done, and the toothbrush was directly soiled. The storage was too rigid. 3. I wanted to pack coffee at breakfast. I asked the chef and then a waiter, only to find out the takeaway cups were at the front desk. Everyone I asked just told me to ask someone else. Why did I have to ask so many people just to find a takeaway cup? Is there no staff training? And is it reasonable to have to carry a ceramic cup out of the restaurant just to pack it? 4. In the morning, I'm not sure if they were hotel staff (they all wore unified gray suits and left after getting their drinks), but two people were in the restaurant packing drinks using three or four personal portable cups, while guests were waiting right next to them. I understand first-come, first-served, but wouldn't it be more reasonable to do this after 10 AM when the meal service closes? If they weren't staff, then disregard this point. 5. When ordering takeout at night, they called to confirm guest information. However, their system query was incorrect. After half an hour of reconfirmation, they found the correct info and just hung up directly. While I don't expect them to be overly deferential, there was no phone etiquette whatsoever. However, the front desk staff who checked me in were super nice. They even called me before check-in to inform me that the hotel pool was under maintenance and offered to change my hotel if needed. My initial impression was truly excellent.

This well-known hotel next to the Provincial Museum was a must-visit for me. There was a slight hiccup during check-in, but Manager Yao handled it promptly and thoughtfully, which I really appreciated. Since my child was taking a key exam, they arranged a quiet room for us. The room was spacious, and the TV had a large screen with separate 'cable TV' and 'internet TV' buttons on the remote, which was very user-friendly. You could scan a QR code in the room to book laundry service. The laundry room on the 6th floor was clean and bright, and right outside the door was an outdoor drying area. Our clothes were drying outside, and when it started raining, I rushed back to retrieve them, only to find that an attendant had already brought them inside and hung them up. I was very grateful for that. The buffet is on the 2nd floor. The breakfast spread was extensive. I tried the Wuhan hot dry noodles, beef noodles, and wontons, all of which were authentic and delicious. My child, who usually has a poor appetite, raved about the plain congee and the preserved egg and lean pork congee. The Western options like bacon, bread, and blueberry jam were also excellent and offered a rich flavor. I even saw several foreign tourists while eating, making it feel quite international. It was raining when we checked out, and the staff thoughtfully allowed our car to pull up directly and even helped with our luggage. It was a really heartwarming gesture!

Location: Situated in the heart of Hankou, this hotel boasts a large, traditional Chinese garden, encircled by ancient trees. It offers a tranquil escape from the city's hustle and bustle, with a rich historical ambiance, providing a peaceful and comfortable stay. Rooms: The guest rooms are spacious and clean, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows with garden views. Excellent soundproofing ensures a quiet environment, and the bedding is very comfortable, perfect for both work and relaxation. Facilities: Well-equipped with conference rooms and a restaurant. Breakfast includes local specialties. Parking is convenient, and the garden grounds are well-maintained. Service: The service is professional and appropriate, with prompt responses. The staff are warm and attentive, offering a 'state guest' level of service. Overall, this is an outstanding garden-style hotel in Wuhan with excellent comprehensive facilities, highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

The room was very good and very clean. Service attitude is also very good. Hotel parking, access is very convenient, next time you come to business trip, you will still choose this hotel as always.

Now let's talk about the room—it was incredibly spacious! Honestly, getting such a large room at this price point completely exceeded my expectations. There was no problem spreading my suitcase out and walking around; the space was ample, and it felt very comfortable and not at all cramped. Of course, I must objectively say that the hotel's facilities are a bit dated, showing some signs of wear and tear. However, the room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding and bathroom were also impeccably tidy. Overall, I didn't experience any discomfort or inconvenience, and it didn't affect my rest at all. In short, it's great value for money. With such attentive service from Xiaolin and such a spacious and clean room, I would definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in the area.
