I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made a big difference during my trip. One small moment that really stayed with me: the housekeeping staff noticed that I brought my laptop with and kindly gave me a relaxing eye mask so I could rest my eyes after work. It was such a thoughtful gesture. The room was cleaned everyday and the towels were replaced regularly, everything was always fresh and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a wide choice of food, and the location is perfect — very convenient for exploring the city. I traveled to Wuhan solo, and this hotel made the trip feel incredibly comfortable and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home and made my stay in Wuhan one of my best travel experiences! 整體來説，入住有好有差。 酒店前台服務既專業又貼心，34樓高空大堂視野一絕，辦理入住流程熱情細緻，態度温和有禮，會主動告知我早餐、泳池、最佳觀景區域的位置，還告訴我觀賞長江日落的最佳時段。有任何諮詢都耐心一一回應，全程服務能力在線。尤其是禮賓Garbo還有Zoe姐姐，專業能力超強，全程細心講解，還給我分享自己拍的風景照。行李員Wensen非常禮貌熱情，接過行李送至房間。離店後特意在房間內寫了一封信留給她們。 城景豪華大床房空間十分寬敞，佈局規整通透，大面積玻璃窗視野開闊，傍晚能觀賞城市藍調暮色，樓宇燈光錯落有致，氛圍感十足。客房打掃得一塵不染，地面、衞浴邊角都處理的十分到位，床品柔軟蓬鬆，枕頭軟硬適中，房間隔音效果優秀，外界車流、走廊噪音基本聽不到，休息質量很好。衞浴乾濕分離，配套洗護品質在線，備品擺放充足，迷你吧飲品零食全部免費，細節配置特別用心。 自助早餐品類豐富全面，中式熱菜、現煮粉面、西式甜點、鮮果飲品樣樣俱全，本地特色小吃也有提供，食材新鮮，補菜速度也很快。用餐環境整體上安靜整潔沒有吵鬧聲，全程有服務員巡迴清理餐桌、不會出現菜品斷供的情況，靠窗座位光線柔和，邊吃邊看城景，用餐氛圍鬆弛愜意。 大堂吧環境雅緻，燈光柔和不刺眼，沙發座椅舒適度高，適合小坐休憩或商務洽談。服務生Jane會主動上前詢問飲品需求，推薦了本地特色茶飲，尤其是午後來上一杯茯苓酸棗仁茶，有着安神助眠的效果，對我來説幫助很大。大堂的雲朵燈與玫瑰兔，黑白濾鏡下更顯藝術氣息，大堂吧採用開放式設計，與前台和休息區自然銜接，既保持了通透感又不失私密性。 説完好的地方就該説説不足之處了。 自助早餐服務人員分寸把握不到位，在我用餐吃完的情況下，準備刷會手機娛樂之後接着用餐，工作人員未上前詢問便直接收走空盤。我原本以為會更換乾淨新餐盤，全程沒有工作人員補充，後續再取餐衹能重新拿餐具，打斷了用餐節奏，觀感很不舒服。尤其是次日用餐，服務明顯有個對比性，Xanthe會詢問，是的，會詢問需求而不是像某服務員一句話不説就過來撤盤子。兩次早餐的體驗完全不一樣。 基礎入住禮遇未統一落實，從入住進房，直至次日辦理退房，全程沒有配送歡迎果盤也沒有給到對應餐飲券，而且從早上就詢問了是否有果盤，前台服務員表示有馬上下單。一直到退房都沒看見果盤，甚至推託表示其他部門沒有配送導致的。對比同價位其他房型住客的配套禮遇，我不接受這種明顯區別對待的態度。服務存在明顯差異，細節服務不夠規範。拉低整體入住感受，需加強規範服務，優化工作人員服務理念。 雖然有一些小遺憾，但我依然願意給出高分，是因為前台和禮賓團隊展現出的專業與温度。離店後我特意留下一封手寫信，裏面寫道：“從進門到店，每一處服務都讓人覺得安心。”特別是那句“此心安處便為鄉，今宵暫歇忘風霜”，是我對這次入住最真實的評價。希望酒店能看到這封信，保持住這份讓旅客安心的服務水準，同時也儘快補齊管理上的短板。 作為消費者來説，好的地方需保持，差的地方需完善，這是基礎觀念。能把服務細節打磨到位後，做到環境設施與服務質量同步在線，相信整改完善細節服務後，酒店才能真正展現五星酒店該有的完整品質，給到旅客無短板、舒心順暢的入住體驗，定能收穫更多客人的喜愛與認可。也會成為來宜昌住宿的首選推薦。

Room spacious n clean. Excellent customer service. Special thanks to one of the staff who helped to order food to send to our room as we do not have China phone number.. Convenient to do shopping as beside the hotel is a big shopping mall.

We had a great time at the hotel, very kind staff, they can speak a little english, from repection to lobby bar, check in and out both went smoothly. The room was comfy and clean, good view to the city even if it was only on 46. floor. The breakfast was very good and the lobby bar has a great vibe to have sone drinks and hang out. Highly recommend!

Great sized rooms, amazing stay in experience. Friendly reception team, they were kind to offer a partial river view for one of the rooms (subject to availability). Umbrella on request, 24/7 free (self) laundry service, and free late night food service in the included benefits of my booking. The location is convenient, easy to walk to the Art Museum and other local interesting sites. The area is busy though, so just keep this in mind depending on the season you book. For general flower viewing, visit Wuhan in the first half of March. Thank you!

前台 Lzz 服務很好很熱情，酒店的位置在漢口火車站附近，旁邊交通地鐵吃飯的地方都有，酒店還配有洗衣房健身房，出差或者旅遊住這裏都很方便，整體入住體驗很贊！

One of the best value for money hotels there are, anywhere, with excellent features such as a massage chair, unique pool and gym, and overall luxury aesthetic. The location cannot be better, as it was in the heart of Wuhan. Only minor complaints are that the hotel lobby bar is expensive, with a over 50yuan orange juice, and that some of the amenities in the toilet were a little bit old fashioned for my taste, and they might need to be updated some time.

來荊州旅遊選這家真的太對了！位置在沙北核心，去古城、大賽巷都超方便，自駕停車也方便。房間寬敞安靜，床品超舒服，浴缸還貼心貼了一次性膜，泡澡超安心。早餐太讚了，荊州早堂麪、熱乾麪都地道，種類超全。服務細節拉滿，前台熱情，機器人送外賣超方便，泳池乾淨人少，。下次來荊州還住這，強烈推薦！
