We had a nice stay at Center Hotel Xi’an. You simply cannot beat the location, and the view of the tower from our window was the highlight of the room! Unfortunately, the noise level from the street is a major downside. The windows offer no soundproofing at all, and you can hear every sound from the road below as if the windows were wide open. The hotel really needs to install double glazing to fix this issue, as it would make a world of difference!

A beautifully presented central hotel inside the Xi’an walls, which offers some really nice amenities such as afternoon tea, costumed photo shoots and sweet dessert supper. The staff were really attentive and friendly. They were happy to help us investigate an initial air con smell in the room and arranged to have it cleaned which appeared to solve the issue quickly. The room had a great view looking at the Xi’an walls and was controllable using a smart interface. The bed was clean, large and comfortable.

The reception desk was super welcoming. There were two girls on the desk, and I stood at the desk for at least like 10 seconds before they before I was standing there even though I said ”Ni Hao”. They look so miserable and couldn't even smile. The hotel must treat them so terribly. The room wall was full black scratch marks every where. The hotel looks only 50% like the photo. The cleaner did the bare minimum, my sink was dirty and didn't even clean it. Don't believe about the gym or amenities. The only thing I like about the hotel is the location and the neighborhood. It feel very authentic and cozy neighborhood with lively students and nice fast local eateries. There is a cozy Cafe near by.

We had an amazing stay at the Elegant Hotel, Our room was large and spacious with a mini Bar fridge in our room. The reception area & restaurant are stunning and the view from the Restaurant balcony is breathtaking. We arrived around 9pm checked in and then had the evening beef noodles which was just what we needed after a long day of traveling. The breakfast is also very good. The location of the hotel is great right next to the south wall and in walking distance of the bell tower. The staff are very friendly and helpful Ranking our stay 5/5.

We had 3 great nights at this hidden gem of a hotel. The rooms are quiet, spacious, have good facilities and comfortable beds. The breakfast was varied, regularly refilled and most of all tasty !, as an added bonus, the hotel put on a free hot light meal/snack in the evening, that is a great idea and very welcome. All the staff were helpful, smiling and always available to assist us when we had a question. Location is great too, 10 mins from metro and next to the city walls amd other sights. The only small improvement we could suggest is that a bit more hotel info is left in the room for guest to read through, but that didnt detract from ourenjoyment at all. We fully recommend using this hotel.

The hotel is very good and conveniently located near many attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The room was comfortable and the overall environment was pleasant. What made the stay even better was the excellent service from the staff. In particular, Jason provided outstanding support and service throughout my stay. He was very helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist whenever needed. His professionalism and warm attitude truly made a great impression. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Ketika kami tiba, terdapat 2 tin minuman alu-aluan, jus oren dan jus plum, kepakaran Xi'an. Kakitangan memberikan perkhidmatan yang baik dan membawa kami memanggil teksi untuk pergi ke Makam Qin Shi Huang. Tambah-tambah bila balik nanti ada cenderahati untuk anda juga. Keseluruhan bilik bersih, boleh digunakan, sesuai dengan harga.

As it is in Wanda plaza building, located in the heart of old Yan'an city, it is very convenient in terms of shopping and lunch/ dinner. The view from the room was excellent as we selected ”Qingliangshan” view room. The entrance and lobby of the hotel is located actually on the 2nd floor it was a bit effort to take our suits cases but it was not a big deal. We stayed there for a night. A nightmare happened around 10:00pm. There was a big noise like construction from somewhere when we wanted to sleep. I claimed to the hotel but the noise continues until 11:10pm as construction work was ongoing at the Wanda plaza within same building. It was insane the hotel allowed construction work after 9:00pm and even we complained the hotel was unable to stop it for more than an hour. It was extremely bad experience there.

This hotel was by far the highlight of our trip to Xi’an. The interior blends Tang-inspired aesthetics with a modern minimalist design, creating a space that feels both refined and incredibly comfortable. The communal areas on the ground floor and the tea space on the fourth floor are perfect for unwinding. Each day, guests are offered a complimentary coffee as well as drinks at the bar across the street, which is a thoughtful touch. The front desk staff are also exceptionally professional — noticeably above the standard we’ve experienced at many other hotels.

Booked this hotel after read all the comments given by different travellers. They very accommodating of our requests. The hotel staffs were efficient, helpful and friendly throughout our 5 nights stay. Hotel very centralised, near metro, malls and all the eateries. Breakfast spread very decent and good enough for us at least. Overall, we are very happy and satisfied. Definitely will back to this hotel for our next visit.
