Hotel location is super strategic with the metro station accessible right infront of the hotel, there's also a lot of food choices and places to visit around the hotel. The traffic can get super noisy on the weekends, we underestimated how noisy it can get due to the constant honking but luckily it was only on Saturday night, the others days are fine. The room corridor once you entered the room is too dark, even the toilet and shower is too dark, given how small the shower room is, the darkness makes it feel even more compact and uncomfortable. The mirror area is also not bright enough and there's no small makeup mirror. The afternoon tea selection is a bit sad while the breakfast option is limited as it's more suited for local taste. Overall the stay was good but not exceptional.

Would totally recommend Lan Feng to anyone coming to Xi’an. It’s steps from a whole row of cafes and about 800m to Huimin Jie (the Muslim Quarters). The service from the hotel staff is top notch and very personalized - they even insisted on carrying our heavy suitcases. When I fell and injured my back, one of the hotel staff (Kiki) accompanied us to a nearby hospital and stayed with us throughout the whole process. She guided us on what we had to do and even bought us food because I had yet to eat breakfast. Their breakfast is also worth it to top us - just make sure you have a huge appetite.

Never expected this hotel to be so great with a location near the line 4 & 6 metro plus surrounded by many good eatery shops with commoner prices. The room is clean, spacious and neat. The reception staff is friendly and willing to assist when asked while the public amenities are aplenty.

Excellent location, close to City Wall Entrance, Bell Tower, Drum Tower, eateries everywhere, can’t fault the location. I booked a room with excellent view however the window can’t cancel out the traffic noise. So it is okay if you could sleep through the noisy traffic, I was given a pair of earplugs but can’t sleep with them on anyway . Ashtray with bin are available outside the lift area so cigarette smell lingers, it should not be allowed to smoke indoor. My partner didn’t enjoy the cold cooked fried egg, sausages nor the cold bacon. Fried eggs should be cooked to order. English tea bags were not available until I asked. Tables on the balcony were not cleared so it was messy. We certainly enjoyed the smart toilet and a lady even ironed my partner’s t-shirts for free. The staff at the reception were sympathetic especially someone was clearing up Chinese New Year decorations at 3:30 in the morning, disturbed sleep again. The girl was very kind and offered me a souvenir.

We highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect, it is right next to the East gate city wall. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Although there English is little, however communicating through google translate was great. They helped organised taxis to where we wanted to go. The rooms are great and they have a laundry and gym. The hotel is very good and conveniently located near many attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The room was comfortable and the overall environment was pleasant. What made the stay even better was the excellent service from the staff. In particular, Jason provided outstanding support and service throughout my stay. He was very helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist whenever needed. His professionalism and warm attitude truly made a great impression. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Penginapan ini terletak di lokasi yang baik di tengah-tengah Xi'an, berhampiran dengan tembok bandar Xi'an dan berhampiran MRT Yongningmen, hanya 3 minit berjalan kaki. Ketika kami tiba, terdapat 2 tin minuman alu-aluan, jus oren dan jus plum, kepakaran Xi'an. Kakitangan memberikan perkhidmatan yang baik dan membawa kami memanggil teksi untuk pergi ke Makam Qin Shi Huang. Tambah-tambah bila balik nanti ada cenderahati untuk anda juga. Keseluruhan bilik bersih, boleh digunakan, sesuai dengan harga.

As it is in Wanda plaza building, located in the heart of old Yan'an city, it is very convenient in terms of shopping and lunch/ dinner. The view from the room was excellent as we selected ”Qingliangshan” view room. The entrance and lobby of the hotel is located actually on the 2nd floor it was a bit effort to take our suits cases but it was not a big deal. We stayed there for a night. A nightmare happened around 10:00pm. There was a big noise like construction from somewhere when we wanted to sleep. I claimed to the hotel but the noise continues until 11:10pm as construction work was ongoing at the Wanda plaza within same building. It was insane the hotel allowed construction work after 9:00pm and even we complained the hotel was unable to stop it for more than an hour. It was extremely bad experience there.

This hotel was by far the highlight of our trip to Xi’an. The interior blends Tang-inspired aesthetics with a modern minimalist design, creating a space that feels both refined and incredibly comfortable. The communal areas on the ground floor and the tea space on the fourth floor are perfect for unwinding. Each day, guests are offered a complimentary coffee as well as drinks at the bar across the street, which is a thoughtful touch. The front desk staff are also exceptionally professional — noticeably above the standard we’ve experienced at many other hotels.

Hotel is literally next to the entrance of the subway/train station and bell tower. If u need a night snack, there are many stalls and restaurants around the hotel, like the chang an da pai dang. Do note that this is a busy location, so you can hear just abit of traffic noise if you are sensitive to it.. for us, no issue and slept soundly. Special thanks for the staff, they are so helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious, and all amenities were working. Highly recommended. Thanks to all the staff!!
