Hotel Boutique di Shaanxi, China

I am absolutely thrilled with this hotel. If there were a 6-star rating, I would gladly give it to them! Location: Super central—just 20 meters from Exit 6 of the Zhonglou Subway Station. You can see the Bell Tower directly from the hotel entrance, and it’s also very close to the Muslim Food Street. Service & Amenities: The rooms are beautiful and luxurious, yet the price is incredibly budget-friendly. To be honest, I didn't expect much when booking because I only needed a place close to the station for convenience. However, they provide complimentary free-flow bottled water that you can grab on the go. They also offer a free laundry service, and the staff even went above and beyond to collect my washed and dried clothes and deliver them straight to my room. The breakfast selection is diverse, featuring both local dishes and Western options, which is perfect for travelers. If I ever have the chance to return to Xi'an, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

The room was very cosy, more importantly, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were soft. Hot water shower is perfect. Free laundry meaning free use of the washer dryer . Free toothbrush, comb, sewing kit, nail file, shower cap, moisturiser, shsmpoo, liquid soap, hair conditioner, hair dryer. Good quality stuff too so you dont gave to bring your from home unless you want to. The staff was very attentive and accommodating even when I had tons of questions. The hotel offered free Chinese costume photoshoot. The staff dont speak English so everything was communicated via Google Translator. On the paper they gave, it said that I needed to do my own make up but when I went down, I learned it was free. Free make up, free hair stuff, free costume, free photography, free editing. First 3 photos. After that, in my limited Mandarin, I think its 10 photos for a bit less than RMB9600. The ones they gave free they uploaded to Wechat so you need to upload Wechat before you arrive in China. Wechat is similar to WhatsApp. The photos uploaded to Wechat is of low resolution so if you decide to print a large photo when you get home, know that it wont be clear. Also the hotel has free bracelet making where they give you a bunch of Chinese looking beads for you to make your own bracelet. Please put aside 2 hours for these activities If you turn right of the hotel you will reach the main touristy area. If you walk straight and then turn left after the temple, you will walk through the happening night life area of restaurants and pubs and coffee bars. My room faces the ancient city wall. Like directly at it so I was silently screaming with excitement. Even the morning museum announcements at 7am didnt upset me because im looking directly at history. It might get noisy at night on weekends because the bars are nearby. I could hear one couple screaming at each other past 1am yet that didnt upset me because hey, we are travellers experiencing different cultures.

Perkhidmatan yang mesra (semua kakitangan kaunter ramah..) keburukan 1. Sedikit bau rokok datang dari kipas ekzos bilik mandi. (Ia sama dengan hotel lain..)

Fantastic stay. I only wish we had booked longer. The staff truly made it exceptional. They were warm, attentive and always going the extra mile. The hotel’s design is stylish and welcoming and the location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of a vibrant area with great nightlife just outside. Despite that it still feels calm and relaxing inside. The beds were incredibly comfortable (slept amazingly) and the buffet plus all the thoughtful extras were a great touch. The hotel coffee is good and having Luckin Coffee connected to the building was a bonus since it’s my personal favorite. Next time I’m in Xi’an I won’t even look anywhere else.

A really lovely stay. I stayed for three nights and although the english was very limited for a western hotel chain, the staff were always friendly and helped me when I had questions. The room was really spacious and the price amazing for including breakfast. Shower was great. The breakfast is Chinese style just to bear in mind and it’s in a nice location next to the East Gate. If I ever return to Xi’an I would stay here again

The hotel is very good and conveniently located near many attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The room was comfortable and the overall environment was pleasant. What made the stay even better was the excellent service from the staff. In particular, Jason provided outstanding support and service throughout my stay. He was very helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist whenever needed. His professionalism and warm attitude truly made a great impression. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Perkara pertama apabila tiba kami diberitahu kami mendapat naik taraf percuma - bilik yang lebih besar dan pemandangan tembok bandar (yang MENAKJUBKAN). Jadi itu adalah permulaan yang baik! Kakitangan membantu, sarapan pagi sangat bagus (Bahasa Cina, tetapi anak perempuan saya yang pemilih menemui perkara yang dia suka) dan lokasinya juga sangat baik (hentian kereta api bawah tanah membawa anda terus ke stesen kereta api, banyak pusat membeli-belah dan tembok bandar selatan di sana). Kami juga mendapat hadiah tempatan yang menarik apabila pergi! Secara keseluruhannya saya pasti akan kembali!

The location of the hotel is very centralised. Room was clean & spacious. However, the hotel staff were not so friendly & helpful. Daily breakfast was very routine, needs to be improved.

This was one of the best hotels I stayed at in China. The location is great, within the city walls. The rooms are equipped with everything you could need. It has a casual hostel feel, but with all the features of a hotel. The rooms are clean, and the staff go above and beyond to help you enjoy the city. The tourist map they give you is very useful. The breakfast is nice and includes hot food. You also get a complimentary drink at the bar opposite. I would recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Xi'an.

Booked this hotel after read all the comments given by different travellers. They very accommodating of our requests. The hotel staffs were efficient, helpful and friendly throughout our 5 nights stay. Hotel very centralised, near metro, malls and all the eateries. Breakfast spread very decent and good enough for us at least. Overall, we are very happy and satisfied. Definitely will back to this hotel for our next visit.
