Bilik ini agak besar dan mempunyai semua kemudahan dan peralatan yang diperlukan. Hotel ini mempunyai persekitaran ***a halaman yang indah. Wanita di kaunter penerimaan tetamu memberikan perkhidmatan yang sangat baik dan sentiasa responsif kepada semua permintaan. Kakitangan perkhidmatan lain di hotel juga sangat mementingkan perkhidmatan. Secara keseluruhan ia adalah penginapan yang menyenangkan. Hanya ada satu cadangan kecil. Saya berharap bahawa peralatan mandian di dalam bilik, seperti gel mandian, syampu, dan lain-lain, mempunyai peralatan yang boleh diperbaiki atau dikunci pada dulang, atau datang dalam botol kecil.

Excellent location, easy access walking distance to old town. Villa rooms are very cute, interesting wooden front door locks. I have a villa room with hot tub, living room, office desk, huge spacious unit. Unfortunately there aren’t no outlet to charge my laptop at the desk. I like to see more USB and USB-C outlets for cellphones camera and iPads.

The resort is nicely built and designed. Enjoyed the stay thoroughly. The breakfast was great wide range of foods, Chinese and western. Fruits were aplenty, complimentary bottled waters are replenished daily. Beds were comfortable but pillows were too soft to my liking. The room itself is a bit dated, front door is not properly aligned and closing it need to push harder. The cleaning person were not thorough enough, while the black marbled floor is clean, the carpet could not be said so as there were stains and foods stuff sticking to the carpet from previous customers.

I’ve only got good things to say about this hotel. I’ve stayed here many times and will continue to do so when I visit Kunming. Location is in a nice and quiet neighborhood in Kunming. But with a good walk you can reach the city center easily. Of course taking a taxi is always an option as well. Breakfast is great, a great variety of options. The hotel is very clean, which is always a big plus. All and all a great place to stay when you plan on visiting Kunming for a couple of days.

Fantastic hotel with equally fantastic service. Situated in the old town of Lijiang the hotel has one of the nicest design and ambience. Feel so at home and a great base to explore Lijiang. Breakfast is great with a wide spread. Best hotel we’ve stayed so far. So wonderful we stayed a total of 8 nights !

Indigo Lijiang Hotel is located just outside the ancient city, offering both convenience and safety for exploring the area. The rooms are impeccably clean and functional, and the gardens, with their meticulously groomed trees, shrubs, and flowers, are a testament to the housekeeping team and the gardeners’ dedication. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly restaurant staff, notably Mike, whose constant smile, helpfulness, and politeness stood out. Special thanks to Cindy, who truly enhanced our stay. She attended to us at check-in and she helped to arrange tickets to the snow mountain and assisted with restaurant reservations. We accidentally left something in our room, Cindy promptly informed us and arranged to send the item to our next hotel. We truly appreciate your kindness, sincerity and warmth, Cindy! We also want to thank Morna who ensured a fast and smooth checkout. Indigo is not just a lovely place to stay; the dedicated team makes it an exceptional experience. We would gladly return!

Relaxation at its finest！  We enjoyed our stay at this Hot Spring hotel that came with wonderful benefits. Upon arrival, the staff is there to greet you and take your luggage to the room. The hotel is massive. Hot Springs is very large and comfortable. Lots of places for children to play and pools for them to enjoy. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Give this a four star on amenities as they did not have a crib suitable for toddlers. younger babies, yes, but not if your baby is climbing or walking, the crib will not fit. The location is good and not far from a lot of the sites of Kunming ! Overall, I would love to stay at this hotel again, and I recommend it to all travelers. 

One of the most special hotels we’ve experienced in our China trip. 小邰 Xiao Tai was super helpful throughout our stay from arranging airport pick up to nearby activities like Naxi family visits, complimentary photoshoots, campfire experience and mountain sunrise trips. He even delivered the afternoon tea set to our room since we arrived late from the airport! We really enjoyed our stay because of him. The room is super clean and has floor heating if it gets cold. The staff provides water, snacks and pot noodles free of charge every day. Breakfast was lovely especially the noodles and chicken hot pot! You can also ask for medicines in case you experience high altitude sickness for free.

The hotels location, facilities and services are great. Hotel located near the South Gate of Dali Ancient Town & it is very convenient to go around for sightseeing & enjoying various local foods. Room is beautiful & well-decorated, compliment by a fabolous outdoor garden. Staffs are very friendly and supportive for our needs. I have a good stay at this hotel and I will surely recommend THE ONE for whoever travel to Dali

整個驚呆了，沒想到寸土寸金的市中心能有這麼漂亮的四合院，整體環境非常不錯，網上下單的時候還有點擔心，結果到店一看比圖片還漂亮，沒有任何問題！服務態度沒得説，東西質量也槓槓的，最主要這價格還這麼划算，以後肯定朋友接待都住這裏了，規格必須到位！

Hotel in great location, excellent spot for access to the Lake and Yunnan Nationalities Village. Room quality is a little dated. Some nice touches upon arrival with fruit in the room. Checkin service was very good. Breakfast options simple and satisfying. Very nice outdoor setting for breakfast adjacent to golf course.

Lokasinya sangat mudah, berhampiran dengan bandar purba, hanya sepuluh minit berjalan kaki, dan terdapat juga Muzium Lijiang di sebelahnya. Ia juga sangat mudah untuk mengambil teksi dari stesen kereta api berkelajuan tinggi. Hotel ini juga mempunyai tempat letak kereta, yang sesuai untuk tempat letak kereta Sarapan pagi yang kaya dan berkhasiat, dengan pelbagai gabungan daging dan sayur-sayuran dan rasa yang lazat selesa. Hotel ini sesuai untuk pelancong.

The staff were very friendly and their services were superb. We misplaced a painting bought during our trip. The duty manager and staff patiently looked through the tapes to help us to find it. We are immensely grateful for their help and patience.

Super perfect, super nice, super comfortable, super good service. All their staffs are super friendly, efficient, attentive, very informative n everything so perfect. Once we checked in, we don't feel like going out. Too comfortable and like your own home. Thank you 周爱国and all the Boxin staffs. The location of this hotel is very good, can be easily located. It’s just next to the Zhongyi market, where you may find the price there is more reasonable if compare with those stores in Center area. The design of the hotel is nice, can feel the efforts they put in to design that. The owner is friendly, help us to carry those heavy luggages to level 2, and offer us Chinese tea at the classic Chinese tea table. This is a great experience staying in this hotel. I would love to recommend this to people visiting this nice place.

房間還是蠻不錯的，露天陽台靠湖特別近，走下去一口就到啦，離碼頭也很近，可以去遊船，晴天特別美，村子比較遠，但是很安靜 設施比較一般吧，洗手間沒有掛衣服的不太合理 整體還是不錯的，餐廳拍照特別出片 衞生：還行 環境：非常好

We had such an amazing experience! This hotel is great, it really shocked us with the amazing service, hygeine, and the absolutely stunning view! You get free drinks such as water, fizzy drinks, tea and coffee, and even yoghurt. Every morning there is a breakfast buffet on the top floor that offers both dishes from China and other countries such as England. The service is also really good, they will give you anything you need. Also, the view from the window is jaw-dropping! Definitely recommend coming!

I cannot recommend Sunyata Homestay in Dali enough! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this was more than just a place to stay—it was an experience of genuine warmth and care. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, providing a serene escape after long days of exploring. The afternoon tea and breakfast they served were nothing short of extraordinary. I’ve stayed in multiple 4-5 star hotels across China over the past month, but the gourmet food here easily surpassed them all. Every bite was thoughtfully prepared, leaving me in awe of the flavors and quality. The location of Sunyata Homestay is also perfect. It’s just far enough from the bustling crowds to remain peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to Dali Ancient City that it’s only a few steps away from great eateries and the heart of the ancient town. The balance is ideal for anyone seeking convenience without sacrificing tranquility. A special shout-out to the young lady working in the coffee shop up front—her coffee is unparalleled! My husband, who is a daily coffee drinker and rarely impressed, couldn’t stop raving about her brews. It was, hands down, the best coffee we had during our travels. The staff here deserve every bit of praise. They were attentive, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. However, what truly sets Sunyata apart is the incredible owner. My father had a bad accident in Dali on a rainy day, and I can honestly say I don’t know what I would have done without his support. Despite my limited Mandarin, he spent an entire day accompanying me to the hospital, ensuring we were well cared for and understood. The next day, he went out of his way to pick up the CT scans for us. His kindness and compassion left me speechless. The owner’s dedication to his guests is reflected in his amazing team, all of whom go above and beyond. Without his help, I would have had to cut my trip to China short. Instead, he turned a difficult situation into one where we felt supported and cared for like family. Sunyata Homestay is truly one of a kind, and I will forever be grateful for their hospitality. This is not just a place to stay; it’s a haven of comfort, care, and culinary delights. Thank you, Sunyata, for everything!

*Thankful for the free room upgrade to a bigger room than I booked. Hotel is bright, clean and comfortable, with very good service from all their staffs, who also helped with our lugguges during check in and check out when its raining. Breakfast spread is limited but they have the tastiest and nicest Mi Xian served.

觀景台沒的説，房間空間巨大，可以看到蒼山，往前走一兩公里就到洱海，位置非常好狗狗也很可愛，早餐還行。就是老闆娘不太愛説話跟搭理人，不熱情，而且沒有電動車租用，周圍沒有吃的，打車也不方便，吃個飯半夜走了好幾公里真的是累慘了，花園空間很大，而且廁所衞生間是跟卧室沒有隔開的（沒有門）挺尷尬的，花園很多地方缺少打理，有點可惜，大理也挺卷的。

酒店裝修設計感十足，拍照很出片。 隨便拍就能拍出人生大片。 酒店的地理位置也非常不錯，就在大理古城南門～ 面朝洱海，背靠蒼山。 去哪個景區都很方便房間很乾凈，整個房間特別大，還有整面的落地窗，衞生間和淋浴間都是獨立的單間！ 酒店還有免費的健身房，讀書區，洗衣房和晾曬區。

Was really happy with this place. We stayed in a deluxe room which included multiple living rooms and a HUGE rooftop terrace, which was amazing for reading, having coffee, etc. The service was excellent, rooms were very clean and comfortable. Only a couple of negatives: very limited English from the staff and it's a bit far from renmin road (about 20-25 minute walk). Overall: 10/10 would stay again!

大理之行，我訂了洱海朗悦客棧，當我們自駕遠途來到了客棧，先被客棧的小院美到了，大堂的服務員態度非常好，為我們安排好客房，貼心的告訴我們大堂的水果，餐廳冰箱的飲料都24小時提供，這讓我們感到了家的温暖，來到客房，房間是那麼的乾淨整潔，在房間裏能夠看到洱海，非常的愜意。當晚上我們遊玩回來，服務員會告知你今天餐廳有綠豆湯或者銀耳羹，真的是太貼心了。最重要的還有電梯。

環境還不錯，也很安靜，周圍有蠻多吃的東西。住的第二天有客人一大早就在樓下嚷嚷，管家去勸説了，還有就是有的民宿是不主動搞衞生的，這家外出回去後發現阿姨已經打掃好衞生了，都很負責。唯一不怎麼好的可能就是就是早餐品種很少 也不好吃了吧…
