Hotel Dengan Breakfast di Styria, Austria

This is our family's favorite hotel in Graz. We have been here for a couple of times. Very close to the Stad Park and to the city center. The environment is quiet. The facility is new and clean, and staff are helpful and friendly.

Sehr gut: Frühstück ( sogar Kaffee halbwegs trinkbar, was unüblich ist in meisten Hotels ) / Rezeption Lage: eingeklemmt zwischen Bahn ( es fährt selten ein Zug und es gibt 3 scheiben Gläser ) und stark befahrener Straße, Anfahrt auch mit Straßenbahn Linie 4 möglich, diese fährt nicht ”dauernd”, d.h. ggfs. ein paar Minuten richtung jakumini gehen, dann gibts auch die 5er zur auswahl Messe ganz nah, ggü. auch Spar, McDonalds usw. Zimmer: Türen dämlich - die muss man superlaut zuwerfen, anders gehts nicht es gibt keine Badezimmertür - auch etwas unüblich - vermute Platzsparkonzept, empfehle Zimmer zur ruhigeren Bahnseite Wenn man öffentlich unterwegs ist -zu bestimmten Zeiten kann man sicher superflott zum Hauptbahnhof fahren, denk aber nur 1x stündlich

I recently stayed at [Hotel Name], and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The customer service was absolutely terrible—staff were rude, abrupt, and completely unhelpful when dealing with issues. Rather than resolving concerns professionally, they argued with guests, even when they were clearly in the wrong. Additionally, the hotel’s website is misleading. It states that parking is free, but upon arrival, I was charged €10 per night without any prior notice. The parking spaces are also far too small, making it difficult to park properly, especially if you arrive late at night. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. A hotel stay should be stress-free, but the lack of communication, poor service, and hidden fees made this an unpleasant experience.

The staff at this hotel is very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the location is not far from the old town area. It's a great choice for staying in Graz! In addition, the breakfast ingredients are carefully selected and worth trying!

Bei der Ankunft war ein Zimmer fertig, das 2. (daneben) noch nicht. Als wir abends ins Hotel zurück kamen war das Zimmer vergeben. Der Rezeptionist unfreundlich und dann bekamen unsere Freunde ein sehr kleines Zimmer als Ersatz (war wahrscheinlich als Einbettzimmer gedacht). Die Wege zu den Zimmern im Nebenhaus alles andere als 4 Sterne gerecht.

Great hotel just 4 minutes from main train station in Graz. Brand new, very comfy stylish room, great size and amazing bed. Very nice gym with the view. Unfortunately we had dirty cups in the room during checking. Ladies at reception desk are the most helpful and friendly

Next to Main train station and 1.5 kms from old town. Very nice and sunny room with private bathroom. Spotless kitchen with microwave, kettle and fridge. Very nice staff. Sadly there were no lockers inside the dorm, everything else was amazing!!!

My stay at the Wiesler Hotel went beyond my expectations. I booked the tiny room because I am not fussy about having a big room. When I entered the room I was disappointed because the bed was above ground level and that it's a no no for lumbago sufferers, such as I. The size was actually quite decent, certainly no 'tiny' at all, and so was the bathroom but the bed put me off. I walked down to the reception desk, and I asked for an upgrade. I told the senior gentleman at the desk (could he be the general manager or even the owner?) that I did no like the bed without footboard. He was most understanding and he issued 2 keys for me to check and to choose from the Comfort bedroom and the Grand bedroom. I chose the former -the bed had a proper footboard, legs and headboard. He offered me to stay at the Grand for the same price of the Comfort, I was very pleased by the kind offer but I said that I was happy to go for the Comfort. As he insisted I accepted the Grand bedroom, which has the size of a one-bed apartment. The location is spot on: it's right in the city centre with views to the river Mur in front. I had the buffet breakfast in my last day too and I highly recommend it if you enjoy a good quality and varied breakfast. I've tried the local red wine too at the bar in the lounge, which was excellent and at a surprising low price- after all this is Austria! The decoration of the rooms aren't the typical you find in a 4 stars hotel with history and the curious eye has seen in the lobby's beautiful colour lithographs that the hotel has changed its style a few times over the last century. But it won't put me off to stay back tat the Weisler next time I am in Graz.

Located right in front of the central station. There are many marts nearby. Major tourist attractions are within 10 minutes' walk. The sauna facilities are small and inefficient.

Einfache und unkomplizierte Buchung. Sehr sauberes und relativ neues Hotel. Sehr kompetente, nette und zuvorkommende Angestellte. Frühstücksbuffet- einfach alles da was das Herz begehrt, das Auge erspäht und der Frühstücksmagen verlangt. Wirklich sehr weiterzuempfehlen. Wir werden bei anderen Österreichischen Städtetrips, bei der Buchung wieder harry´s home Hotels einplanen.
