Hotel Dengan breakfast di Tasmania, Australia

The hotel is so beautiful and we watched sun rise every day. The view was fantastic. The only issue is one lift is out of order and one lift is extremely slow.

Clean and tidy. Very convenient as we can just park in front of the house. Two supermarkets nearby. With heaters. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Cooking utensils are basic but sufficient. Very value for money.

PROS: Rooms were well-appointed (my family stayed in 2 adjoining rooms)toilet and bath was clean, although a bidet could be a welcome improvement and added toiletries like toothbrush and too to paste.  Location was great (Skybus fr the airport stops right at the hotel; near bus stops); staff was nice fr reception to housekeeping. Lobby has a decent lounge area. CONS: Pool was dated and dark;              Lobby powder room was dated; toilet was smelly (ammoniacal), tiles looked unhygienic

Very nice front desk staff, however, the toilet was very cramped and had no functioning exhaust, the carpets are extremely dirty, you can map visible stains everywhere. For a quick layover or stay it is a good option but for a long term stay, I don’t think I can recommend - specially when you’re looking for comfortable and enjoyable stay to give you best of both worlds.

This hotel was very nice. However on arrival we had to go to a carpark offsite, even though there was a carpark on site. Very inconvenient, with it being a very small entrance we scuffed the car wheels, and the turning in the carpark was very small to drive up the ramps and past other cars. I think it was an old carpark, small dimensions. The housekeeping didn’t come for two days , had to ask in the end. However, we had a lovely time at the bar eating satay and drinking wine.

The experience was quite disappointing. Although the checkout time was 11:00 AM, housekeeping knocked on the door around 9:30 AM asking when we would check out. We clearly informed them it would be 11:00, but they came back again around 10:30 AM to ask the same question, which was unnecessary and disruptive. The WiFi was also unusable. It took a long time just to attempt connecting, and it did not work at all on iPhones. It eventually connected on Android devices but kept dropping out, making it unreliable. Additionally, the soundproofing is very poor — noise from the hallway could be heard clearly inside the room. Overall, this significantly affected the stay.

It’s an amazing experience staying in MACq, especially if you rent an electric car, their valet parking will help you to recharge your car when you finish your day, which makes you really hustle free time handle the parking and refilling gasoline. Also their restaurant is beautiful too, great food and wine with nice hospitality😊 Should be the second-to-none choice in Hobart!

獨行俠第一次來塔斯馬尼亞島遊玩，在這家百年老店入住了兩晚，整體講很滿意！當年從南極探險回來的探險家還入住過這家酒店呢！ 設施：很古老有歷史的建築，但市內的設施還是很標準很適合休息的。 房間很寬敞，床很舒服，迷你吧有免費的茶包和餅乾，也有付費的酒和零食。 衞生：非常乾淨，洗手間提供浴巾毛巾擦手巾，洗漱的沐浴露洗髮水護髮素和潤膚露都有。 服務：前台和熱情，退房時會詢問入住感受，閑聊下去哪裡玩什麼的，感覺服務生都挺隨和的。 唯一需要注意的是房間內的插座都是靠近地毯的，桌子邊沒有插座，所以給手機充電時，我把手機放地毯上了。插座和國內的一樣，不需要轉換插頭。 霍巴特城市也很小，從這家酒店出來去Hobart transit center或者去Skybus車站坐機場大巴也都不遠。

We have stayed at this venue before it was Panorama. The general updates have given it a fresh, light look. The room was clean and comfortable and staff were helpful and pleasant.

The hotel is nice overall, but it may not be very convenient if you are driving. The road in front of the main entrance is restricted. Guests need to enter from the back, which involves stairs, and we had to carry our heavy luggage down, which was not very convenient. On the positive side, the location is excellent — very close to the visitor center and the main shopping area, making it easy to explore on foot. We paid for valet parking at an additional cost of A$39 per day. Valet need time to retrieve our car, so call the front desk in advance to request it. Overall, a well-located hotel with good service, but access can be a bit challenging for drivers.
