El hotel muy bien ubicado y con un buffet muy bueno. La animacion y trabajadores muy serviciales. El hotel es algo viejo pero esta muy bien

Just the standard RUI Hotel setup…unable to get a booking in any of the specialty restaurants. Buffet restaurants the same repetitive food. Polite cleaning staff. Reception staff need to be more customer focussed I arrived at 8pm given a keycard and a map and pointed in the direction of the room…no one to help with baggage. Requested late checkout on the RUI app had it confirmed and then I find keycard not working on the day after spending the morning by the pool headed to reception was told I should have requested this at reception…at no point in time did the app state this. I was told that the bell boy had put a note under my door..that’s ok if I could actually get into the room to read it, but there was no note ! Would not say this is a 5* hotel more a 4*.

Un hotel de 4 estrellas que para el país en el que estamos está perfecto. Nosotros solo reservamos con desayuno para poder hacer más actividades pero no sé si ofrece la opción de todo incluido. Personal muy amable y atento, habitaciones con aire acondicionado y minibar. Cruzas la calle y está la playa, relación calidad precio un poco elevada para el tipo de hotel pero recomendable. Desayuno de calidad y variado con tortillas y huevos fritos hechos en directo

Gorgeous location, huge and clean rooms. On the negative side no late check out was possible, although apparently it is not yet the full season. Breakfast is also limited, like one croissant OR one slice of local cake.

Posto storico e rinomato, molto bella la posizione (anche se beach club troppo affollato e poca privacy) ma assolutamente decadente e non degno delle 4 stelle… le camere hanno letti piccoli e sono molto vecchie con frigoriferi rumorosi. Ristorante La Tortue molto buono e con visuale incredibile. La colazione scadente ed il servizio di reception sebbene molto gentile ha difficoltà con i sistemi di prenotazione. Anche la connessione wi-fi va e viene. Lo consiglierei per i ristoranti ma non per dormirci

Whilst it is a lovely resort, food options could be better. Also would be nice if there was a proper mini mart facility since there are no real snack / lunch options aside from existing the resort and the pool bar. Also I’ve never stayed at a hotel when I have pre paid for dinner but had to pay separately for soft drinks (or water)..

Can’t complain! Was a good beautiful hotel with plenty of food and drinks for all guests! Very easy to get there from the airport and everyone speaks English if you don’t speak the native language or similar. Most requests are done via their handy app which is easy to navigate and all inclusive is true to the name! You only pay for anything extra such as treatments in the Spa or items from the shop located on site otherwise everything else is included in the cost of your stay! I would have preferred more options for the 24hr “snack/food option” but this was only used out of hours so not many times for me.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pour deux nuits seulement, et l'expérience fut décevante dès notre arrivée. Avec des températures extérieures avoisinant les 29 degrés, nous avons rapidement constaté que la climatisation dans notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Malheureusement, l'une de mes amies était malade, victime de la tourista (attrapée ailleurs), et a dû rester alitée dans cette chambre étouffante. Lorsque j’ai évoqué le problème avec le personnel, ils se sont contentés de poser leur main sur la climatisation pour m'assurer qu'elle fonctionnait ”normalement”. J'ai essayé d'expliquer qu'à plus de 200 € la nuit, il était inacceptable de ne pas bénéficier de toutes les commodités, mais ils n'ont montré aucune volonté de trouver une solution. J'ai essayé de supporter cette chaleur insoutenable, mais au milieu de la nuit, je n’ai plus pu résister. En allant voir le personnel de nuit, on m’a d’abord dit que l’hôtel était complet avant de finalement me proposer, ”comme par magie”, deux chambres disponibles. La nuit suivante, j’ai pu dormir dans une chambre digne de ce nom, mais j'ai dû rendre les clés dès le matin. Plus tard, ils ont fait appel à un technicien qui a vérifié l'installation et m’a assuré qu’il faisait ”froid” dans la chambre. Pourtant, même après avoir laissé la climatisation fonctionner à 16 degrés pendant 24 heures, la pièce restait étouffante. Cette expérience a clairement mis en évidence le manque de professionnalisme et une mauvaise gestion des problèmes. Aucune solution concrète n’a été proposée, mis à part un éventuel ventilateur… qui n’a jamais été apporté. C’est vraiment triste de vivre une telle expérience pour les derniers jours de notre séjour au Cap-Vert, surtout après avoir choisi cet hôtel en raison de ses nombreux commentaires élogieux. Enfin, les prix des consommations sont exorbitants, comme 7 € pour un simple jus pressé ! En résumé, cet hôtel ne vaut clairement pas son prix et je déconseille vivement.

Tutto bene.l ubicazione non è il massimo ma centro e spiaggia sono facilmente raggiungibili Buona colazione.
