La habitacion estupenda con unas vistas increibles pero a las 9:30 de la mañana del domingo el servicio de limpieza comenzo su labor haciendo un ruido que no dejaba descansar , aspirador, voces, movimientos de carros por el pasillo… un desastre que nos mantuvo despiertos todo el rato. Al salir el recepcionista ni si quiera se despidio y cuando quisimos ir a tomar un cafe la cafeteria estaba cerrada.

El hotel no está muy bien ubicado, no tiene estacionamiento propio y es muy difícil estacion**** cerca. El hotel esta bonito y tiene todo lo necesario para un estancia agradable pero si es muy complicado estacion**** cerca. The hotel is not very well located, it does not have its own parking lot and it is very difficult to park nearby. The hotel is beautiful and has everything you need for a pleasant stay but it is very difficult to park nearby.

Me encanta este hotel, pero está un poco lejos del centro de la ciudad y los autobuses pasan cada hora. Sin embargo, está cerca de la estación de AVE y del único centro comercial de esta ciudad, por lo que también me parece muy accesible. El desayuno es un poco caro, me costó 13 euros por día, pero hay muchos platos y variedad de comida.

La ubicación es excelente. El diseño del hotel y las vistas de la terraza son espectaculares. El personal muy amable. Las camas muy comodas y buenas almohadas. La habitación es pequeña, pero comoda y calentita. Quisiera destacar la limpieza, es de 10. El desayuno es completo y rico. Fue una gran estancia:) Gracias a todo el personal!

El hotel está alejado del centro y dependes siempre del taxi. El personal se ve algo inexperto y aunque le pone empeño se nota la falta de experiencia. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y nada ruidosas. La piscina es muy agradable y en general es un hotel que aunque no está en el centro merece la pena visitar.

Locate 20 minutes car from Toledo city, much cheaper than hotels in Toledo so if you have car is a choice. Free parking nearby and they have a small parking on the ground floor that may be available. Some coffe bars and restaurant on the area. The room is clean veeery big and with a big bathtube. Compliment water provided. Check-in until 23h30 but I think they have 24 hours front desk.

Great stay. I highly recommend this hotel,especially city-view room. It’s far from old town, but we could use by bus(1.4€)、by taxi(12€ from Renfe station). Receptionist were great and kind, they arranged us a taxi.

Nice location. Pretty hotel. Good service with helpful reception staff. Could be improved with better cleaning in the room and a fresher smell. Prices become indecent around summer, same as every big city in Spain. However it’s certainly not worth the price paid.

酒店很好找，就是開車直接去停車場就好千萬不要在老城裡亂擠，道路又險又窄。酒店各方面都還好，有浴缸可以緩解疲勞。 特雷多這個城市充滿歷史氣息，非常有魅力。如果説哪個城市可以安度餘生，我選佛羅倫薩和特雷多。
