Our experience during our stay was truly delightful. Ramada Plaza Thraki stands out as a genuine five-star establishment when measured against other accommodations in the city. The staff's friendliness left a lasting impression, and the rooms, known for their generous size and luxurious comfort, provided a memorable stay. The awe-inspiring sea view from the room balcony left us in awe. While the breakfast was enjoyable, there is room for improvement. The hotel's location is particularly convenient for those traveling by car. All things considered, it is a fantastic choice for lodging, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The lobby was big and could see the water on one side. It had orange juice and some other juice along with biscuits on the table. The lift was small and there were two floors below level 1 which was slightly inconvenient. The room was not huge, but it had a good table and lighting and an amazing view of Greece. The shower was decent and the sink and basin was big. There was hot and cold water refills on all floors. The breakfast and dinner place was on the top level and had an amazing view of Kavala. The breakfast itself was decent.

Liked · The lady at the reception/front desk was very polite, professional and extremely helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and places to see, both in Komalini & Xanthi. Disliked · The Breakfast served, for all 3 days we were there, left a lot to be desired! Mgmnt decided to provide the lowest priced food items available - Greece is known for the olives and feta cheese and other kinds of cheese. The olives, feta cheese and other cheeses were terrible and totally tasteless! Even to yogurt was useless! the rest of the breakfast food was also very-very cheap - even the coffee was very weak and tasteless! They served the very same cheap and low quality food items at every Breakfast time we were there! They did not decide to offer/serve anything of some kind of quality, Even for the New Years Day Breakfast ! ...SAME CHEAP AND LOW-QUALITY FOODS AS THE PREVIOUS DAYS ! Kind of 'satisfactory' for a One Star Hotel (!), .... but Utterly Disappointing for a Three (3) star Hotel ! The bathroom seemed to have been neglected for a long time - the Cokie around the bathtub was very dirty. When we tried to use the ceiling exhaust fan, it did not work - and there in no window to open either... so no way for any moisture or smells to escape...! When we asked them about it, they said there was a problem with the system so they have de-activated all the bathromm exchaust fans in the property...(!) There was no hot water to take a shower in the afternoon or evening ! When we asked them about it, they told us to ”let the hot water run and it would eventually get hot” ... we let the hot water run for over 10 to 15 minutes, but it never got hot, it barely got warm at all! When In the morning -when the hotel management decided to turn the water-heaters on, we guess- and one of us finally managed to take a shower, the bathroom walls and mirror were dripping with moisture since there was no ceiling fun working (or a window to open) for the moisture to escape The experience in this hotel was Unbelievable! It was such a mistake to book The Achillio Hotel for 3 days - such a waste! Maybe this was not a very busy time for them... it was days in December 2023, and the first and 2nd day of the New Year 2024. We do understand that this was niot the very high/Busy Summer Turist season in Greece. But that is definitely not an excuse for such an obvious dereliction of service quality on their part! During this trip, We traveled throughout Greece, stayed in several Tree Star Hotels, and had great experiences and breakfasts served! The Achillio Hotel was the only place that left such 'bad taste in our mouths'.... Very- Very Disappointing - We will definitely not go back to The Achillio Hotel, and we will make sure not to recommend it to our several friends and colleagues who fly to Greece for their vacations..

Hotel Z was fantastic. 10 minutes walk to Old Town, which is amazing!! The rooms are clean and with large balconies. The services the hotel offer are even better. The most amazing breakfast and the Pool Bar menu is plentiful. The pool is large and there are a huge number of sun lounges. However, the best part of our stay was the service. It was definitely 5 star. I would highly recommend Hotel Z Palace, Xanthi.

Tatili geç plandığımız için çok az alternatif arasında burayı seçtik. Resepsiyonda çalışanlar ve diğer görevliler ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Denize yürüyerek 5-6 dakikada ulaşılabiliyor, daha uzak plajlara da araba ile 5 dakikada ulaşabildik. Şehir merkezine de yakın, 10 dakikada araba ile gidilir. Biz akşam taksi ile gittik, 6-7 Euro tuttu. Kahvaltısı fena değildi. Bahçesi geniş, otopark sorunu olacağını düşünmüyorum. Çocuklar için park da var. Çocuklu aileler için uygun bir otel. Market yürüyerek 2-3 dakika mesafede. Kötü tarafı kaldığımız oda eskiydi, aile odasında kaldık bir yatak ve bir çekyat vardı. Çekyat pek rahat değildi. Bir gece konakladığımız için sorun olmadı. Fiyat ve kaldığımız odayı düşününce bence fiyat biraz yüksek, ama genel olarak geçen seneye göre konaklama fiyatları da yükselmiş gibi.

Bütçeniz müsaitse paranıza kıyın ve kalın. Pişman olmayacaksınız. Biz ön bölümde alt katta denize ve havuza sıfır konumdaki odada kaldık. Havuz Eylülün 24 ünde bile çok iyiydi. Deniz de öyle. Odanızdan çıkıp birkaç adımda denizdesiniz. Havuz da zaten odanızın önünde. Güneşlenmek için herşey mevcut. Odaları çok iyi ve her şey var. Klima çok iyi soğutuyor. Banyo gayet geniş ve her türlü ihtiyacımız düşünülmüş. Wifi deniz kenarında bile gayet hızlı ve iyi çalışıyor. Kahvaltı büfesi muhteşem ötesi diyebilirim. Yok yok yani o kadar. Pişi bile vardı. Havuz kenarında kahvaltı keyfi çok iyiydi. Spor salonunda her türlü spor aleti mevcut. Otelin konumu çok iyi. Restoran bölgelerine de yürüme mesafesinde. En güzeli de gün batımının odanızın önünden bile seyredilebilmesi. Biz bu oteli beğendik

The hotel in Kavala may not be classified as a 5-star establishment, but it met my expectations for the city. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, although it had a slightly musty odor. The bathroom was also generously sized and well-maintained. Breakfast offered a decent variety, although certain items like strawberries were not promptly restocked when they ran out. The mornings tended to be busy, and parking could be challenging when the hotel was full, possibly due to sharing spaces with local residents. Despite these minor inconveniences, I believe it's the best choice among Kavala's accommodations. The staff were friendly, although not overly attentive, and the room rates didn't quite match the service level. It was also peculiar that while they provided tea, coffee, and cream in the rooms, guests had to pay for drinking water to prepare them.

Παρα πολύ εξυπηρετικοι, ειμαι δικαιουχος κοινωνικού τουρισμο, δεχτηκαν να με εξυπηρετησουν για την περίοδο του Πάσχα χωρίς καμία αντίρρηση , ενώ το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πλήρες και μαλιστα καταφεραν να μου προσθέσουν άλλο ένα δωμάτιο την τελευταία στιγμή για να εξυπηρετηθεί όλη η οικογένεια. Καθημερινή καθαριότητα και αντικατάσταση πετσετων, κοντά στην πόλη, διπλα σε super market. Tους ζήτησα να μου βρουν ανοικτο εστιατόριο για το Μ. Σάββατο έσπευσαν να με εξυπηρετησουν και σε αυτό. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.
