Pelayanan biasa aja sib hehe.. nginap disini kemarin karena merayakan anniv 1 tahunn... vibesnya agak bali gitu, so farr okeeyy

Perkhidmatan hotel memang adil, tiada apa yang perlu diperkatakan. Lokasi 6/10. Ia bersebelahan dengan pusat membeli-belah tetapi sekali lagi tiada apa-apa untuk dibeli/dilihat. Cuba cari jus, pilihan yang sangat terhad. Dikelilingi oleh kedai yang kebanyakannya menjual makanan segera dan pasar mini. Lokasi yang baik untuk penduduk tempatan, saya rasa. Kemudahan sangat asas. Berus gigi, syampu, pencuci tangan dan badan, 2 tuala mandi, tikar mandi dan pengering rambut, itu sahaja. Kemudahan membuat kopi/teh dan peti sejuk mini. Tiada air minuman botol kecuali balang air di mana anda boleh mengisi semula dari dispenser di koridor. Saya alah dengan air paip tersebut walaupun dengan penapis air jenama super. (belajar daripada pengalaman buruk saya di Jakarta). Nasib baik kedai runcit di sebelah hotel, jadi saya boleh mendapatkan air mineral. TV? Sangat menarik...... Saya tidak menjangkakan rangkaian hotel berjenama sebegini tanpa TV pintar. Tidak dapat menyambungkan komputer riba saya kerana satu-satunya cara untuk menyambungkan TV melalui VGA atau HDMI. Pilihan sarapan pagi agak adil, saya rasa hampir sama dengan hotel jenama tempatan lain di Pekanbaru. Tiada apa yang mengagumkan. Secara keseluruhan, terdapat beberapa hotel jenama tempatan dengan lokasi yang baik dan harga yang lebih rendah serta standard yang sama yang boleh anda pilih.

Good environment with nice breakfast. The rooftop lounge is good for hangouts with full city view. Room is spacious. One thing to be improved would be the soundproof feature for the room is not available, with audible noises from your neighbour and the bell ringing sound. Otherwise, the bed is comfortable, as well as, water pressure & temperature are just nice.

The hotel located near the SKA Mall and Living World around 15 mins walking. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The check in process was fast and they allowed early check in. The room was spotless, had a nice view (need to request for higher floor), good water pressure, the AC was cool enough and the bed was so comfy. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and decent. The only down side was the check out process took so long. Hope they will improve the check out process and make it fast and convenient. Overall, a good stay.

The hotel is very old no security measurement. All level can access no need access card. Breakfast is below standard don’t expect much. The spa is great. Good for relex.

Comfortable hotel about 30 minutes from the airport, located near a park and government buildings. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Iman, the petite morning-shift concierge staff (unfortunately I didn’t get his name), and the housekeeping staff who assisted with the extra bed and recommended great places to visit. Check-in by Mr. Agung was smooth. Breakfast was good. Overall, this was my first stay at The Premiere Pekanbaru, and it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

I stayed at Hotel Dafam Pekanbaru in a Superior Room, and overall the stay was quite comfortable. The room provided was originally a twin bed, which was then combined into one large bed to accommodate my request for a king-size bed. The room size felt just right—not too small and not too spacious. I was able to perform prayers comfortably inside the room, and there was still a sofa available for relaxing, which made the room feel practical and cozy. I stayed in a non-smoking room, so the atmosphere was clean and pleasant. Breakfast was fairly varied, featuring local traditional snacks from Pekanbaru as well as lontong sayur, a well-known local dish. Everything tasted good and offered a nice introduction to local flavors. Another great advantage is that the hotel is located near a mosque, making it very convenient to attend congregational prayers. Overall, Hotel Dafam Pekanbaru is a good choice for a comfortable stay with convenient facilities and easy access to nearby worship places.

The location is just super convenient, bridged with mall. Walking distance to Alfromart & Indomart, opposite Novotel which was full that we resorted to Fox Harris. But no regret. There was surprise fox performance during breakfast, and free cake decorating for kids during breakfast too.
