the hotel room was just ok, considering the room rate is very affordable. the staff is very welcoming, they have a lunch box that is displayed in the lobby, food was excellent and looked so tempting. the only thing they should improve is the cleanliness of the swimming pool. The pool looked so dirty, and I wondered why they don't clean as they are aware there are so many family guests were staying in this property.

Location strategic, Near with my office, staff friendly fast check in even midnight, room comfort clean, the best choice to stay here. Sure with stay here again if I get business trip. They clean everyday, towel and sleeper change everyday. Have deposit 50K

Stayed there for almost a week and had a wonderful experience. I arrived on Sunday morning around 9 and fully aware that the early check-in is subject to availability. So I decided to take stroll around the beach but suprisingly after only 1 hour staff informed that room is ready. Ananda and Irma at the front desk were really helpful as I just had 12hrs bus trip from Soroako. Breakfast was good, not much western option, fried rice was dry on the first day, but the salad was nice. Thumbs up to kind chef Ridho whom I found out was a trainee. Keep up the good work! Thanks also to Dwi for helping me out during checkout to name those excellent staff. Some feedback tho, the elevator was really annoying. If you wanna go down, elevator will often stop by some floor without any passenger. That happens because there we 2 sides of elevator with 2 separate buttons in every floor, people will press both and see which elevator comes first. One morning I had to stop by 11, 8, 5 but no one there. Another one, the hairdyer in my room only work for 1 minute. I had to wait for another few minutes for it to work again. Nevertheless, again, I had a memorable experience. The room was amazing, so was the view. Hope to come back soon.

It was A great moment staying in this hotel, i love the vibes of the hotel. The room are nice, clean and super comfy, the check in process was smooth and reception staff are very humble, welcoming and super helpful. The breakfast also taste goods, there are A lot of variety of food to choose. I would recommend staying at this hotel

The hotel is located in downtown, near to main attractions, supermarket & junk food resto chain. Live music on Friday & Saturday and luckily we got discount on beverages. The breakfast was quite good. The only problems were hot water didn't work in my room and the door lock seems need more maintenance (sometimes It couldn't be open when the beep sign already green also sometimes it just beep eventough no anyone trying to open the door). Health protocols was okay, there were sign on the floor, temperature check, provide handsanitizer.

I had an amazing experience staying at Swissbellin Panakkukang Hotel. Every staff I encountered, from the parking area to check-in to the cleaning staff were lovely and eager to help! Especially a staff I met in the restaurant area. His name is Hasir. He was very hospitable, very helpful and there for every need of mine. Please Swiss-Bellin rewards your staff! Also, the room was beautiful, clean and the ball-room was also perfect for celebrating a party. I would definitely back or send a friend there. Thank you very much.

Stay in maxone Makassar was a good experience. The staffs were friendly, good attitude and responsif. I also got a good deal and I love the atmosphere, cozy green building. Worth the price! For recommendation, replace the feather towel and the foot wipe with a new one.

The location is strategic, but the experience is not optimal because the hotel cleanliness is not good (the 8th floor hall ceiling leaks everywhere, the room smells musty). Amenities, towels and soap, are also very minimal

Solid place in the middle of gritty industrial Makassar, with exceptional service - which was a total surprise. I am recovering from a concussion and am highly sensitive to noise - as such Putra Philips (one of the managers) went out of his way to walk me through multiple rooms in the hotel until I found a room that suitable (there were several sources of noise). He was incredibly personable and patient. Additionally another manager (who's name I unfortunately did not get down), helped me track down a traditional dessert from Makassar and had it delivered to the hotel. I was delighted!

Easy check in & out. Friendly & helpful staff - both FO & concierge. We use hotel rental car for a trip to Maros, Bantimurung, very professional service. Will stay again 🙏

One of the hotels in Makassar city, and can be your choice for office meetings or weddings because it has a very spacious ballroom. Very good and friendly service. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very comfortable and clean. for those who like to take pictures, in this hotel there are very many places to take good and cool pictures as the name implies, if the weather is good you can still see the sunset. One more thing to ensure is your safety from COVID-19 with their temperature check, hand sanitizers everywhere, and every staff wearing masks, face shields, and even hand gloves. I was stayed at best western hotel in Makassar two weeks ago. And it was delightful. The room was clean and comfortable. Their staff was helpful and friendly. And it was just make me feel like I'm importent person. It wasn't just staff and the bedroom that I suprisingly amaze 'bout this hotel, but the facility was also complete. They have swimming pool, gym center, restaurant with tasty and delicious food, and the most important thing was the wifi. It was smooth for work. After all, it was the best experience I ever had.

I was happy because i can stay at Horison Ultima Makassar, the place is near from the city, i had a nice room, but i think the air conditioner must be repaired. Staff has good hospitality, good job for reservation staff because so easy to have a continue room for the next day & pool attendant they was helpfully. Thank you for hk attendant, i forgot the name (he is fat) but he was so kindly to clean my room. Thank you horison ultima makassar, i will stay to you again.

We received a warm welcome being a repeat guest from security, doorman and reception who made check in very easy. We were upgraded to a junior suite so thank you to Nur for doing this as we had many family visiting during our stay so the extra space was appreciated. The rooms were comfortable furnished adn very spacious with a large bathroom and walk through dressing area. We had a personalised note in each room with a little surprise making it a perfect way to start our stay. breakfast was good with a large selection buffet, egg station and freshly cooked waffles or pankcakes, however a limited selection of hot dishes especially for westerners. The hotel is in a good location and within a short distance from shopping malls, many restaurants and warungs , Thank you to Delfi whose bright personality made each day a little bit brighter and has exception customer experience skills. We are already plannig our next stay there soon and look forward to seeing everyone again

first visit to this country. servis good. the location good near all facilities like mosque, shop, restaurant. but the cleanliness poor. the floor in room likely dusty. toilet pump poor. no water heater in toilet. all so far so good. Nothing Is More Important Than Excellent Service The location of this hotel is perfect! Because it is in the same area as Panakkukang Mall, that doesn't mean it's more comfortable. Hotel guests will wait more than 10 minutes just for the lift, and there are four, but only two are operating; one is for hotel staff only. So if you're planning to go out to eat or take a walk at the hotel, prepare yourself in advance: the lift will likely be complete, and you could wait for two rounds, which is very uncomfortable, especially if you are with parents and children. I was handled by a very stingy receptionist who said, ”I'm sorry” for any lack of information that was not provided regarding the complimentary lunch provided. I called twice before arriving at the hotel and asked when lunch would be served. They only said it would be from 12 to 5 pm, and there was never any information that the buffet would close at three the rest takeaway to the room. Misinformation makes consumers like being framed. The receptionist just said: it should have been conveyed; I said yes, I understand that it should be the responsibility of the hotel team, not me. Then he said that it was the general rule here. I was in shock; how could he possibly say that to me. You can't force hotel guests to understand the internal regulations while I was staying at this hotel for the first time. It didn't stop there; this receptionist, I asked the bellboy for help, but he didn't even ask where I put my stuff, and a moment later, he was serving guests behind me without closing my service and check-in process properly. He never even smiled at me throughout the service, which is taught in all tourism schools worldwide and is fundamental in the hotel business: everyone knows about it. I stayed with my nephew, and I asked for extra soap the next day. Unfortunately, the hotel will not add bath soap that they already provide in a small bottle that is only enough for one adult bath. I don't expect to stay with adequate toiletries or big soap bottles, I mean, because I think it's still a reasonable thing to ask for in other hotels wherever you survive, even in 1 or 2-star hotels. Don't expect you to get peace and comfort at dinner and breakfast because it's very crowded. Regardless of the hotel being fully booked, that is the task of hotel management; they should be able to manage the breakfast process by providing a little strategy regarding meal times or queues in restaurants because, as far as I know Makassar is still in the setting of level 2 restrictions during the pandemic, and that doesn't apply at this hotel at breakfast. This hotel has lovely photo spots and is good to visit. Unfortunately, all are given a prohibition line.
