Stayed in Room 265 near the elevator area and unfortunately the noise insulation was very poor. The fire door beside the lift slammed loudly throughout the night whenever guests passed by, making it almost impossible to sleep. The hotel should really install soft-closing hinges to reduce the noise for nearby rooms.

Stayed on 8th May 2026 and we were delighted with this hotel. Spotlessly clean, excellent breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is so close to everywhere of interest and we would not hesitate to book in again.

I originally booked with *********** at cost of £158 , as I use this app for train journeys, I looked for the same hotel and it was £118
As you drive into the hotel massive reception room plenty of chairs to chill or have a drink , we where meet with a warm smile from the receptionist, and explained everything
The rooms are big very clean , we eat in the restaurant very average price for decent food , but service charge was high
Only downside is you have to pay parking for your stay

路過住了一晚。87年的酒店，比較老了。不知道為什麼，明明客人不多，前台還是給了我們一個負一樓的房間，視野一般，如果是給樓上房間就好了。酒店有個室內游泳池，沒有窗户，人不多。室外有一片巨大的高爾夫練習場。適合打高爾夫的客人。

I used Hilton's a lot on business in the past & Dover lived up to my high expectations. Booked 3 twin rooms for 3 nights for a reunion. Very happy with our stay & will book again. Friendly, attentive staff. Spotlessly clean rooms & bathrooms. Some of the comfiest beds we've slept in. A few issues with (cold) breakfast (resolved) & a great selection. Some of our party enjoyed the sauna. One downside - the single lift is very small & slow creating a bottleneck.

Good clean hotel in good location. Nice bar area. Hotel has pool with jacuzzi,steam room and sauna which could do with a bit of a refurb. Decent Gym. Overall a good hotel

When I arrived at the hotel, there was a clear sign on the front desk that there wont be any car park space available. They never told us they charge £12.50 for overnight parking. As we were travelling on a motorcycle, we found an unmarked space in a quiet unused corner of the hotel near the rear staff entrance, because the rain was really heavy and we have had to lug our panniers into the building.
I found out later that the hotel charged me £12.50 for overnight parking. They claim that our bike was on their premises and they were entitled to charge us even though we weren’t given a proper car park space.

We had a super trip to the hotel as a couple + a dog. We used the hotel as a base while exploring Kent, and it was perfectly located for that.
The rooms were indeed a bit dated, but this is a non issue for us. Large parking lot on site. The rooms were clean, well equipped and comfortable. The hotel breakfast was good (though coffee could be better), staff was super friendly, and the wellness (gym, spa) facilities were a great bonus. We will for sure stay again if we are in the area.

The hotel itself needs a new lease of life. A lock of paint, change carpets and mordenise the bathrooms and furniture. Our chair had stains. Apart from that wow lovely grounds my goodness, staff friendly and helpful, lovely touches like the water and juice available in the reception lobby nice decorated. Loved the gym and pool area too especially the jacuzzi very nice. The ceiling above the roof needs attention, plenty of parking very good and the beds were super comfortable. The TVs well needs bigger and newer ones. Breakfast very nice thanks.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Although it was a standard room, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. GGuest UserPerfect sized room, lovely set up, the hotel itself is huge and so well presented. Gorgeous swimming pool. Lots of places to sit down and eat if you would like too. There is a gym and a spa also (we didn't use these but we know they are there) there are phones in the rooms so you can order room service if you wish. The staff knocked on our door on the second evening and asked if we would like any refills on teabags coffee or sugar or any fresh towels. So well mannered and polite. Just an over all lovely place to go and its literally beside Brands Hatch where we needed to be. Cannot fault this place..

The hotel was lovely but the spa was dirty and lacking in spa experience facilities. I feel this should be sold as a hotel with a pool.
Disappointing spa experience for a 4* hotel and feel like this hotel has miss advertised the facilities.
The shutter to the spa was down before 6pm on Valentine’s day.
At check in we were told that you will get towels and robes at the spa and last entry to the spa was 8:30pm.
When we arrived at the spa area reception we were only given a towel and told robes are only for guests on a spa package, contradiction to what we were told at checking in at the hotel.
The pool area and changing rooms was very dirty. The pool side showers were out of order and looked like they had been for a while.
The area where the jacuzzi used to be had been boarded up and looked like it’s had been for a long time.
The pool was cold and also dirty.

GGillianStayed one night for a local wedding. Excellent communications before arrival as I was at the wedding at check in time. Everything done over the phone and on arrival at night after the wedding the staff helped carry my luggage which I had left in my car in the grounds. The bed was very comfortable. Shower excellent as was breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. No complaints at all.
