Dear Zuri Hotel Team, I would like to share my wonderful experience during my stay at Zuri Hotel on December 8, 2025. The location was excellent (5/5), making it very convenient and enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding (5/5), and the overall service exceeded my expectations (5/5). The amenities were also top-notch (5/5), providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. Most especially, all the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and professional, which truly made the experience even more memorable. The food was absolutely delicious and added great value to our stay. Thank you for the excellent service and warm hospitality. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Zuri Hotel to others. I stayed there for 5 nights, it was amazing. Although my partner said the mattress was quite hard. Service was helpful they assisted right away when we needed one. Location was kinda far from the downtown (D'mall) and we had to take the hotel's car to be at the front gate otherwise we had to walk, and who knew how many minutes it'd take since that was a pretty distance from lobby and main road. Then we took the TukTuk (not sure what they called in there 😳) and it was always 150 Peso no matters which station you're going to.

Absolutely perfect location, right on the beach !! They have a dive company as well who are absolutely lovely (rowell&harry&arjay) my boyfriend did his open water dive for cheap in just 2 days with PADI whilst o tagged along to do fun dives !  The hotel was clean and the service was good they had a restaurant there which was cheap and had plenty of options. The laundry service was perfect we paid 600 pesos for 4 kilos of washing and it was washed/dried and folded it within a few hours!!

This seems to be the best hotel in the area. They have an excellent coffee bar on the top floor that faces a view of the church. The staff is accommodating and even provided us an umbrella for the heavy downpour. On our checkout, they verified the room was not damaged and called for us a trike to get us to the airport. Very happy to stay here.

A major highlight is the breakfast buffet served at Sea Salt Cafe. It is massive and offers a wide variety of delicious options, spanning Filipino, American, and other international cuisines. The quality and variety of the food alone make the stay worthwhile. Final Verdict Henann Prime Beach Resort delivers an outstanding experience characterized by its superior location, exceptional cleanliness, and the high standard of service expected from the Henann group. It represents excellent value for money considering its placement in the most desirable area of the island. If you are looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and comfortable retreat right on the sands of Station 1, this resort is simply one of the best choices available.

I stayed overnight at Injap Tower Hotel and overall had a smooth and convenient experience. The location is perfect, right in front of SM Mall and close to everything you might need. Check-in was fast, and my room was clean with a lovely view overlooking SM Mall and even the sunset. The only downside was the air conditioning. It was a bit noisy and felt a little run down, even turning off a few times during the night. I was too tired to report it since I had an early appointment the next morning. And also the wifi was slow. Aside from that, the stay was comfortable and hassle free. Check out was also quick and efficient. A convenient choice for a short stay.

We arrived at the hotel at 12nn expecting to have to wait 2-3 more hours before we can check-in. But as we processed our arrival with the receptionist, we were already given our key cards to check-in. This added great convenience to our stay (do not expect that this would always be the case but it is good to note they allow early check-in if available). The room we booked was very comfortable, I have nothing to complain about. We requested to be put on a corner room which was obliged. All the staff was exceptionally accommodating and approachable. The hotel was conveniently located at a walking distance to Festive Walk Mall and all must-visit spots of Megaworld. Overall, we had a great stay! I will definitely be booking again should I be back to visit Iloilo.

My stay was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the ideal location, which made it easy to access local attractions. The culinary experience was a highlight—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Combined with the beautiful property and attentive staff, it made for a truly memorable and delightful visit. I will definitely be returning.

They were nice, respectful, and helpful while we were still checked in but once we checked out, that hospitality completely disappeared. We got stranded in Boracay and had to check out right in the middle of a typhoon. Unfortunately, the staff refused to even lend my boyfriend an umbrella for a few minutes so we could safely get to our transport. To make things worse, I wasn’t feeling well and had started to develop a fever. Let’s be honest, Hennan is not a budget hotel. You expect a certain level of service and compassion, even after you checked out especially in extreme weather conditions. It was disappointing and frustrating to feel like the care and courtesy we received only applied while we were still paying guests. After checkout, it felt like we didn’t matter at all. For the price you pay, I expected better treatment at the very least, a bit of kindness and understanding during such a difficult situation. Sadly, this experience left me feeling robbed and deeply disappointed.

My wife and I stayed there last month after coming from Boracay. We loved it. The guards at the door were super nice. They always opened the doors for us and helped my wife to the car with our things. I was also able to chitchat with them. It was. Perfect location and great parking right in front. You can go anywhere from there easily in Iloilo. The first night was a bad thunder storm and the power went out but the generators came on. The AC was the coldest hotel room of any 30 provinces i have ever been too even Shangri-la Mactan and Sheraton Mactan. Everything was perfect. The only thing was on the day before we checked on we handed in our laundry with the hotel laundry bag and our own personal yellow paper bag at 9am. The next day at 9am came and we asked for our laundry. Theh only gave us a small bag. We said there was more but she said that was all. We persisted and she counted our laundry but she realized it wasnt all there so we said check the cameras and look for a yellow bag. Come to find out the bag wasnt marked for our room on the outside so housekeeping did not know it was included in our room's laundry. The problem was solved but they really insisted that that was all 6kgs worth in one bag which wasn't but all good. We will stay there again. Perfect everything nonetheless.
