Covenience, comfort,quality service could have been perfect if there is a pool. Check in and check out is quick and smooth. Food is really good. The place is more worth than what you pay. The location is very convenient as there's restaurants, cafe, atms nearby. Walking distance from Mcdonalds.The room is clean and kept tidy with complete, toilettries. I love the sleepers and just like any Seda hotels their service is excellent! And if theres something i want to recommend to the management is to check the slightest trouble with water pressure.

The hotel amenities were good and the property itself is nice. However, our experience was seriously affected by a very hassle and poorly handled check-in process.
During check-in, the staff lost my driverâs license and initially did not take accountability. It was only after they investigated and realized it was their fault that the issue was acknowledged. Despite this, no compensation, apology gesture, or service recovery was provided.
What made the situation worse is that we were travelling with a baby. The lobby was not air-conditioned, causing our baby to sweat excessively, and our baby already had allergies. Despite seeing this, the manager did not even offer to check us in first while they were looking for my license, nor did they show any sense of urgency or concern.
The managerâs customer service was poor and the situation was handled unprofessionally.
Overall, while the amenities are good, the lack of accountability, empathy, and proper customer service greatly impacted our stay.
There's no water on the 4th floor and it took them longer to refill, we called twice. There's no dental kit. It's our second time to check-in at the Hop Inn, Iloilo. I thought there'll be changes, like they will provide dental kits. But it's the same as our first check-in at the hotel. Still, there's no dental kit. The location is awesome - so accessible. When it comes to cleanliness, yes! It's clean. The location is so convenient. But lacking amenities. Like heater/electric kettle, dental kit, refrigerator. Like that. The only thing you can do here is sleep and relax.

I had a wonderful stay at this beachfront hotel. The location is perfect, with beautiful ocean views that made the whole experience very relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from each morning. I also really enjoyed both the outdoor pool and the sky pool â they were clean, well-maintained, and offered a fantastic atmosphere. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and very comfortable, making it easy to fully relax during my stay. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely love to come back.
Designed for comfort and happiness this hotel gives you complete peace and quiet along with exceptional services and breakfast options was really a good choice! The convenience store adjacent to the front door really helps if you would like late night snacks or drinks. You can even select various alcoholic drinks if required so ts really convenient to shop there or across the road you'll see the SM IliIlo shopping mall and food courts! Excellent location tomegaworld festive walk or immigration offices too! I will be back again soon!

My experience at the Henann Garden Resort in Boracay was simply spectacular! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and contagious friendliness from the entire staff. The service is, without a doubt, one of the hotel's highlights â everyone is incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile.
The hotel is extremely clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably tidied up daily. Cleanliness is taken very seriously, which gives guests a huge sense of confidence and tranquility.
The location is also fantastic â right in the heart of Station 2, close to everything, yet with a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The pools are wonderful and very well-kept, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
Breakfast is another highlight: very varied, with delicious options for every taste â from Asian to Western dishes, all fresh and flavorful. It really makes you want to enjoy every morning there.
Without a doubt, an excellent stay! I highly recommend Henann Garden to anyone looking for comfort, a great location, and top-notch service. I will definitely return.

Pinakamatagal na yata 2 mins. 3rd visit na sa Boracay, maganda yung private beach kasi hindi crowded at hindi din sobrang init kahit tanghaling tapat compare sa main beach, same afternoon kasi lumipat na kami sa main beach. RRei JosephWe stayed here for 4D3N, the location is located almost the end of Station 3, not crowded but it has the best sunset view. Swimming pools are clean, buffet breakfast is good. Kudos to Sir Jesse of Sky Lounge, I celebrated my birthday and he spontaneously gave us complimentary drink and flashed my name in the LED screen. The only downside we experienced was the broken elevator. The bath gel smells so nice! We will definitely go back! Superb stay!
You need to walk by foot from the highway, around 10mins walk but locals knew the hotel by âBOCâ and is famous for foam party.
One of the highlights of our stay is the fire dancers who performed. They are so AMAZING and ENGAGING!! We are at awe! Thank you for the service!
GGuest UserOur stay at the Savoy Hotel was amazing. We had a lot of fun by the pool, at the gym, or playing ping pong. We also got a massage at the Lila spa that we really enjoyed. Our room was comfortable, clean, there was a balcony. Our towels were changed every day, garbage was picked up, sheets were changed every other day.
The staff were great, polite, attentive, helpful. They deserve a lot of praise, especially the shuttle bus driver, Chris, who really made our trip even better providing a lot of information about the island and the Philippine tradition.
The food was tasty. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of food. The Newcoast beach is a walking distance from the hotel, and the famous Keyhole is nearby that beach. The dmall and white beach area are just 20 mins away by free shuttle bus.

GGuest UserThe in-room amenities are pretty standard, similar to what you'd find in a 1000+ RMB per night hotel back home â nothing special, nothing bad, just average. The 2300 RMB per night price mainly covers the hotel's private beach, services (kids' club, with daily craft classes and occasional pool parties), and the public facilities (three pools, including a kids' pool).
We stayed for 10 nights, and when we checked out, they provided complimentary transfer to the airport (car + speedboat + car). We only had to pay the government's environmental protection fee and island entry fee ourselves. This service was absolutely excellent! When you check out, you might want to ask if they can offer this service.
If it's your first time staying and you want an airport pick-up, I recommend contacting the hotel directly, as the airport transfer fee through Ctrip for this hotel is very expensive.
The hotel is next door to the Movenpick Resort, and then next to that is the Shangri-La Hotel. You might want to compare prices.

Coastâs best assets are not just the location, timely airport transfer, their Filipino breakfast buffet, but most of allâ-its employees.

Unfortunately, the service standards did not match the quality of the accommodation. Since this was my first time staying with in this hotel, I wanted to share specific instances that affected my experience:
⢠Dining Protocols: During lunch, staff began breaking down the buffet without informing dining guests. As I was still eating, this felt dismissive. A simple âlast callâ announcement would have been appreciated. Similarly, during breakfast, my table was fully cleared while I was away getting dessert, creating confusion. Better training on recognizing when a guest has actually finished dining is needed.
⢠Menu Expectations: I was disappointed to find the lunch menu significantly more limited than what is currently advertised in vlogs and online marketing. Managing these expectations is crucial for guest satisfaction.
⢠Front Desk Efficiency: The check-out process was surprisingly slow. For travelers on a tight schedule, an inefficient check-out can create significant stress regarding flight times. I suggest reviewing your staffing or systems during peak departure hours.
DDarina Muradyantâs a good hotel but a little bit tired. We had big room with 2 comfortable beds. The view was so-so- on the roof, but one day we saw monkeys there - it was fun ! The territory of the hotel is very beautiful- a lot of plants, trees and flowers. The staff is very polite, friendly and helps with any questions. The breakfast is quite good - eggs, pancakes, vegetables, fruits, fresh juice, coffee- in common we had all what we need. We like swimming pool - itâs big and beautiful. The beach of Movenpick is good too, but it was bad weather, so unfortunately we couldnât enjoy it as well. And of course we liked chocolate hour - it was so tasty !
GGuest UserHennan Lagoon Resort is located in Station 2 and a quick walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to DâMall. Friendly staff and a great selection of food at the buffet for breakfast. We stayed in one of the rooms that had direct access to the pool, the room was huge! Definitely would stay here again.
