Covenience, comfort,quality service could have been perfect if there is a pool. Check in and check out is quick and smooth. Food is really good. The place is more worth than what you pay. The location is very convenient as there's restaurants, cafe, atms nearby. Walking distance from Mcdonalds.The room is clean and kept tidy with complete, toilettries. I love the sleepers and just like any Seda hotels their service is excellent! And if theres something i want to recommend to the management is to check the slightest trouble with water pressure.

The hotel is old but very clean, they love cleaning our room😂 Its very alive during night time but the noise is tolerable, comfortable bed, and a lot of restaurant and coffee area nearby. It is also walking distance to SM, Sam 21, nice place

Great location! very close to a big mall (SM City) which made everything very convenient. The breakfast was honestly one of the best I’ve tried, and I travel internationally a lot. The bed was comfortable, which made resting easy. On the downside, the air-conditioning can be quite loud and at times disrupted my sleep. It can also get noisy on some nights due to live band performances from restaurants next to the hotel, and the ground floor can feel crowded during events. That said, the staff were amazing, very helpful with parking, and the bellboys were attentive and efficient with luggage handling. I also appreciated the 1:00 PM late check-out, which was a nice bonus.

I was so annoyed with the remote control being faulty during our entire stay. I need to get near the sensor, just to keep it functioning. Imagine the hassle of standing up, every now and then just to change channels. For 54k for 2nights, its not worth it. Its really frustrating. Also prior to stay, I specifically requested for rooms near each other since we had kids and seniors with us. But lo & behold, rooms were 1 building away from each other. I kindly asked for assistance, but the front desk officer who I was talking to showed no empathy, the worst part? it seemed she was blaming me, telling me I was the one who booked it. Yeah, right. But it was my first time in the property, how would I know the room 341 was far from room 415. I assumed it was just a floor / elevator away. It feels like she wasn't even willing to help after all and just put all the blame to the client. One more thing, prior to our stay at Mandarin, we stayed at another property at Station 2, the front desk was a lot different!! They're not as accommodating, something was off, it feels like you're not welcome (I am pertaining to the front desk / manager who was processing the check-in) What I only liked about them was their staff who welcomes you when you arrive (the ones handing over wet towels and welcome drinks) they greet you warmly & very welcoming. Also, the request for a birthday greeting was also granted, thankful for that. But thats it, never coming back.

There's no water on the 4th floor and it took them longer to refill, we called twice. There's no dental kit. It's our second time to check-in at the Hop Inn, Iloilo. I thought there'll be changes, like they will provide dental kits. But it's the same as our first check-in at the hotel. Still, there's no dental kit. The location is awesome - so accessible. When it comes to cleanliness, yes! It's clean. The location is so convenient. But lacking amenities. Like heater/electric kettle, dental kit, refrigerator. Like that. The only thing you can do here is sleep and relax.

Hannah Hotel is a great place to stay! The room is spacious and clean, although some lights weren’t working, such as the one outside our balcony. The location is excellent—close to everything, including the HOHO bus stop, good restaurants, and convenience stores. It’s also very quiet at night since it’s away from the busy nightlife. The beach is about a 5-minute walk, and being in Station 1 makes it less crowded compared to other areas, which is perfect for a more relaxing stay. There are a few areas for improvement. The air conditioner is quite loud at night. The breakfast was disappointing—the portions seemed limited, and the food quality didn’t meet hotel standards. Our corned beef was even served cold. The Wi-Fi was also not working in the rooms, which can be a problem if you need to work; it only works in public areas downstairs. Housekeeping could be improved as well, as basic items like soap, shampoo, and tissue were not consistently refilled—we had to request them multiple times. On a positive note, we loved the friendly community cats and dogs around the area, as well as the free water stations available. The pool is also nice and warm, making it enjoyable even at night. Overall, despite some issues, the staff were very accommodating, informative, and provided a smooth airport transfer. I would still recommend this place for its cozy atmosphere and great location.

Hennan Lagoon Resort is located in Station 2 and a quick walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to D’Mall. Friendly staff and a great selection of food at the buffet for breakfast. We stayed in one of the rooms that had direct access to the pool, the room was huge! Definitely would stay here again.

We loved our stay at Henann Palm Beach in Boracay! The beachfront location on White Beach is unbeatable — soft white sand and stunning sunsets right in front of the hotel. The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable, with a relaxing tropical vibe. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean is a highlight and perfect for cooling off after time in the sun. Breakfast offers a great variety, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. If you’re looking for a stylish, well-located resort with amazing service and views, Henann Palm Beach is a fantastic choice.

Everything is nice the staff was nice even the guards are well manners salute sir! I have no problem giving it a full marks it deserve it

My experience at the Henann Garden Resort in Boracay was simply spectacular! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and contagious friendliness from the entire staff. The service is, without a doubt, one of the hotel's highlights – everyone is incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. The hotel is extremely clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably tidied up daily. Cleanliness is taken very seriously, which gives guests a huge sense of confidence and tranquility. The location is also fantastic – right in the heart of Station 2, close to everything, yet with a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The pools are wonderful and very well-kept, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Breakfast is another highlight: very varied, with delicious options for every taste – from Asian to Western dishes, all fresh and flavorful. It really makes you want to enjoy every morning there. Without a doubt, an excellent stay! I highly recommend Henann Garden to anyone looking for comfort, a great location, and top-notch service. I will definitely return.
