Excellent service by Chinmoy in housekeeping, overall great service by the staff, starting with security, front desk staff and so on, location is excellent, views are amazing, would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family

My experience at this hotel was fantastic. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Special thanks to the restaurant staff(Prateek, Maringo, Rahu) who endured my breakfast experience was top notch. Would definitely choose this hotel again for future stays.

We were 2 couples travelling together and we had an excellent stay at this hotel. We were pleasantly greeted by Sanjeev Suri (Airport Supervisor) in the airport itself, while waiting for our luggage! Our welcome and transfer to the hotel was super comfortable in spite of having to walk a long way to get to the transfer vehicles. This was due to the airport having to handle G20 meeting participants. Excellent service was provided to us always at the club lounge by Rohit Singh Bisht (Butler) and your other staff. At breakfast, your Sous Chef Regan Barua Chowdhury went the extra mile to prepare vegan pastries and other delicacies for our vegan sister. Server Dhaiaya was at her best in looking after our every need.

The house keepingstaff is very comited to their duties keeping the room very well organized and taking care of all the details, Ankush Sharma is always tracking that everything is done in a proper manner and in case something is missing he makes sure is corrected properly and timely.

I wasn't expecting such good service, the staff at the restaurant were friendly and helpful. Unlike other hotels here they allot a table for you so you don't have to worry about your table getting occupied during busy breakfast hours. The rooms were clean and I had a pleasant stay!

Chef deepak khariya is a very sweet and Co operative as a person. He is an excellent chef. He served us grilled lemon fish and clear veg soup The food was just awesome. Apt portion A humble personality overall.

Lovely hotel perfect for business stay. Room was spacious and had a nice office table. Breakfast spread was also delightful. Really enjoyed my stay!

Had an early flight out and was looking for accommodations near Delhi airport, those in Aerocity are really overpriced so I looked a bit further away. Found this hotel which is about 20 mins away, reasonable price, paid USD90 for a night deluxe double room. The room is clean and well maintained, comfortable, with nice modern décor and Alexa. Everything worked as it should. Unfortunately the customer service was such a let down. When I checked-in the staff mentioned breakfast I let him know that I will be checking out early for my flight, he said they can do a takeaway breakfast box, I was quite impressed and let the staff know the time I will check-out. But when I checked-out and asked about it, the staff had no idea, which just made me wonder why tell guests you can provide something if you are unable to arrange it. Another thing is I needed to get a bit of work done and headed to their café, I was there for over an hour and there was only 1 table apart from mine during this whole time. I left my scarf there, but I had signed the bill to my room so if the staff had bothered, he could have brought it back to me or at least leave it at the reception. I only realised it when I was on the way to the airport, so I called them, they told me they have it but unable to post it back to me. The stay itself was comfortable and good value, unfortunately cannot say I was impressed with the staff and customer service provided.

Our stay was very comfortable, breakfast spread was amazing.. they really have delicious spread. We requested for late check out and staff was so cooperative they allowed us to check out late too . I will recommend this hotel for stay .

The room open space, sensored washrooms and curtains, separate space for bathing, more than sufficient and secure options to keep your belonging, large glass windows, overall decoration with mirrors, complimentary cut/whole fruit (a healthier option to carry if you don't have time to explore lunch) and overall attentiveness of the staffs are phenomenal. The breakfast menu was good however having a healthy mini sandwiches would have been a compact option considering the options were primarily for either English BF or pure North/south indian options.

This property is very beautiful. We had a lovely stay. Rooms are spacious, swimming pool has a beautiful view but it’s extremely crowded when we were there on Sunday. Hotel rooms were totally packed. Breakfast and Dinner was good too. Very nice hospitality. I’ll surely recommend you to stay here. I’ve been to all Taj,Vivanta,ambassador and gateway resort properties properties and had good time. Very fast service. Hospitality is good whether it’s housekeeping,bellboy,swimming pool life guard,chef.

The inside room is in excellent condition, but the outside hall is experiencing excessive heat, likely due to poor air circulation. It might be worth checking the ventilation system to improve airflow and temperature

Hotel staff was rude, impolite and not helpful in many situations. Due to wedding in hotel it was chaotic and loud. Staff was only catering to wedding not others. Breakfast wasnt good and there weren’t many options. There was no functioning bar and when asked they refused to even give us wine glasses. It was the limit when they asked us to pay for one ice box. This is not the hotel anyone should stay in.

Stayed at this property for several nights for business. This was the only property in Greater Faridabad area close to my work location. Am really finding it difficult to find any positive in this hotel except that the room was spacious and the a/c was working fine. Now let me get to the the Not so Good: 1. Bed linen was very dirty and run down. Everything was blackish white. Bed sheets, pillow covers, quilt cover and everything was run down and covered with pilling. Let’s not talk about towels am sure you all get the picture!! 2. WiFi speeds were pathetic. One couldn’t browse basic websites. Numerous complaints led to nothing. 3. The bathroom doesn’t have any shower mat so be very careful as the tiled floor gets very slippery when wet. 4. They only give face towels on request but I’d recommend that you get your own for obvious reason!! 5. In room dining rates are very high as if that’s the only way they make money. A pathetic coffee costs Rs 200/-. Food is terrible so it’ll be better to step out and eat. 6. Maintenance and housekeeping don’t have any sense about not making noise when room is occupied. There is regular corridor rug cleaning at 11.00pm and they only stop when you complain. 7. Breakfast is terrible. The restaurant is full of fruit flies and mosquitos. Tables, chairs are filthy. Menu is limited to 4 items plus tea, coffee and 1 juice. 8. TV channels don’t work. As per the hotel the TV is smart TV and you need to use your own account to sign in if you want to watch Netflix, Disney Hotstar, etc. 9. Car parking is not of the hotel. One has to park the car in the open market parking. Come this hotel if you only need a room with a/c to sleep and have no more expectations otherwise save your money and find another. It’s pretty clear that the establishment is not looking at offering any positive experience!!

It’s amazing stay. Service and food quality was excellent. We had all three meals there all was fantastic with good taste. In the breakfast and dinner ended with Rajasthani Fock musical bad. There is food ***eger Mr Sartaj, he is very kind and good service provider. Our all stayed in Welcomeharitage Ramgarh was remember able because of Mr Sartaj. Thanks Welcome heritage team.

I stayed in this property for 3 nights while on a business tour. It is located at a convenient place with quite a few eateries around. The ambience is good, the service is fast and rooms are spacious. The food is tasty. However, following need some improvement: 1. I was staying in the room on the first floor. However, the loud music from ground floor/music was clearly heard at this floor and disturbs the sleep. A soundproof barrier might help. 2. There are only a couple of hangers in the almira. More hangers will solve the problem. 3. The room in which I was staying was having a balcony where pigeons were flying and making a noise. A pigeon net would solve the issue. 4. In the buffet breakfast, there was a choice between 1 juice and 1 shake. More options of juices and shakes will be helpful.

Excellent pool, good service. Wifi does not reach cottages and the area has very little mobile coverage. Should place a shower next to the pool so rinsing before and after is easier. It's evident that the owners of the resort are interested in investing properly in the place. Just a little bit more is needed to take it to the next level. For example, working ac remotes, extra towels, a place to easily dry swimwear.

Hotel staff are very helpful,4th floor out side pool area very beautiful.People can enjoy their candle light dinner. Hotel has very near to Nada Sahib Gurudwara. Swimming pool location is the biggest postive sin of this hotel.Housekeping staff are very helpful.

Stay with family in room no 103. Excellent service. Nice and cooperative staff behaviour. From rely stn kalka only 700 mtrs straight left side of the road. Every things available near the hotel. Both sides of the road market for all items available. Ac proper working in the room. Ro water also provided. L love the hotel very much. On night they arranged a auto for us to station. Nearby cloth merchant shop i purchased some clothes for me and my family. Comparatively low price than other places. Also near by hotel tea and fruit juice available in right price.
