I couldn't have asked for a better stay for me and my family (including elderly parents) in Ayodhya. The location is an absolute gem which helped us cover everything on foot (I mean literally everything important - Ram Mandir, Hanuman Gadhi, Sita ki Rasoi, Tulsi Smarak Bhavan, Railway station etc other attractions can be reached by opting for shared rick for ₹10 per person). Yes the property is still under construction as also pointed by other reviewers however you wouldn't feel a thing when you are inside. The owners are pretty candid about their current state and future plans. It is a family owned hotel and thier passion to improve hospitality for the guests and it was visible in their approach. Yes there could be certain housekeeping issues but hey which hotel doesn't have it. What I liked about them was their openess to learn and implement. When I reached the housekeeping staff were going through additional trainings and new uniforms were being introduced. The rooms were spotless and attention to details were visible. Everything was curated and selected with a fine sense of taste in mind. Beds were comfortable, linen was clean and toliteries were provided (i loved the moisturizer 😉) They have big plans for future including a glass top temple view restaurant. I wish them luck and whenever I go back I will be staying with them. Noteable names : Ankit Ji - Property Manager, Pandey Ji - Housekeeping Incharge, Shreyansh and Akshat Ji - Owners. Closing note: If you want a hassle free stay in Ayodhya dtay with The Raghavas. Keep your mind open for minor issues here and there considering they are still new. Give them constructive feedback and not criticize, don't forget what you are paying now may not be the rate when the hotel is ready full-fledged 🙂. Attaching some photos clicked on my phone. I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at Trident Agra. From the moment I arrived, the team was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The swimming pool was excellent, and the surrounding ambience made it even more enjoyable. A heartfelt thank you for the lovely cake we received during our celebration — it was such a thoughtful gesture! I also really appreciated the upgrade to a balcony room; it made our stay even more memorable. It was amazing how quickly and effortlessly our requests were fulfilled — a true testament to the staff’s commitment to guest satisfaction. Special mention to Iqbal, Grison, and Tanushree — your hospitality stood out and made a lasting impression on us. You all were fantastic and made us feel right at home. Another thoughtful touch was being offered a takeaway breakfast both during our stay and at check-out. Though we didn’t end up taking it, it was a very kind and considerate gesture that shows how much the staff goes the extra mile for their guests. Overall, I’m super happy with my stay and sincerely thank the entire Trident Agra team for making it so memorable. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to others and hope to return again soon!

The location is far from the city, and the hotel is under construction, so the dust is dusty. The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are perfect, the gym is high-quality, and it is worth sweating.

We stayed at Radisson Blu Agra for three nights and had a really comfortable experience. The location is excellent and makes it easy to get to the Taj Mahal and other nearby sites. The spa was one of the highlights of our stay. A big shout out to the two ladies working there – it was honestly one of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were both great. The food was fresh, tasty, and there was plenty of variety. Lunch, on the other hand, was disappointing. On the first day there was very little selection, and on the second day it felt like leftovers from the night before. When you’re travelling around India, you want to try new food, not eat something reheated that you already had. The staff were lovely throughout our stay. Jitendra, Manish, Javid and Kushi stood out in the restaurant – all of them were kind, helpful and great at their jobs. Anil, the porter, was also incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. There were a few small things that could be improved. We noticed someone walking around swatting flies near the food, which is fair enough, but he was also on his phone and not clearing up the flies afterwards. We saw this happening near the salad area. The towels by the pool also had some stains, and the gym was very limited considering this is a five-star hotel. It would also be nice to have a proper ashtray outside for guests who smoke. Overall though, we had a lovely stay. The staff were kind, the room was comfortable, and the location is hard to beat. With just a few small changes, this hotel could be even better.

I am giving Good review for the following reasons: Hospitality service especially Dipak vaiya was very helpful and always had the motive to serve. Food from the menu were very delicious. Reception was 24/7 and guards outside were always present. To get a Excellent review, it would have been appreciated: If the hotel keeps its noise down during night time and early morning. It was very noisy at times (not only by other guests but also by hotel staffs). The music, reception telephone rings, etc. Rooms were not clean. We stayed for three nights and there were dusts, hair and stains in bathroom when we occupy the rooms. As a star rated hotel, this was below the standard. Finally, we had to request all the resources like toilet rolls, drinking water, everyday and it should be topped up automatically or just stack them up for at least 48 hours. Even drinks and food in the breakfast buffet were kept very minimum and only served when requested such as bread, water, tea, etc. I also felt that kitchen staff and waiters were very tightly controlled by managers and deliberately instructed to serve only when customers request their service. For example topping up with more food/drinks during the breakfast. We were also served with wrong order and when I questioned if they got our order wrong and the waiter confirmed it was the right food. In our case, they served us Chicken chilly instead of crispy honey chicken. It led me to believe that either the restaurant staff have integrity issue or they are so afraid of their manager/boss for getting our order wrong.

It was really good experience with this hotel. Last week same in Lucknow i visited GINGER. but i will suggest you guys plz don’t go there coz that hotel is like Lodge. Very bad bed. Everything is ******** in GINGER. But this week while returning from delhi to Darbhanga by road. I choose GOLDEN TULIP.AND I AM TEALLY VERY HAPPY. Infact ginger charged me 4500 per night. And Ginger is lower is price. But amenities are awesome. I recommend u all guys visit this hotel once.

This is one of the loveliest and most beautiful hotels I've stayed at in India 🙏. It's funny because I've paid more in other cities and ended up in very mediocre hotels. Here, it was incredibly clean, modern, and cozy! They provided decent toiletries, clean bedding, and towels. The only thing is that the room was quite small, but for a few nights and an active travel schedule, it was perfectly adequate. The staff at reception were incredibly kind, ready to explain everything, offer advice, and were generally very friendly and attentive. Mulayam Singh also helped me out – a truly excellent employee 😉. The rooftop pool is the best way to start your day! And it's absolutely beautiful! And, of course, being within walking distance of the Taj Mahal is the main highlight!

I've stayed a few times here and had very comfortable stays. On this occasion, the hotel was hosting an event, and very loud music was played until 3am. I asked the duty manager to ask them to stop the music, but they refused to do anything about the disturbance. Many people were complaining, but the hotel staff were unable to take a firm stance and turn the music off. I had a flight the following morning at 8am and it impacted my work the next day. Very disappointing handling of the situation by the duty manager.

The hotel is quite strategic and there are lots of places to eat, I recommend it at very low prices on Trip.com
