all is good. Very useful workplase in each standard room. Unfortunatelly reseptionists cannot make me receipt or anything else document which confirms my staying here

The hotel staff was the best thing about the hotel. They were lovely and kind people, especially the reception team. Many people knew turkish and that helped us a lot. The rooms were nice with good views and the breakfast was good too. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is very close to the airport and ver comfortable. The reception team was very helpful and some of them knew turkish, which helped us a lot. It is a good idea to stay at remis if you are look to stay close to the airport.

We have had a wonderful time and opportunity to stay at Espinas Palace Hotel, one of the most luxurious and elegant hotels in Tehran. The hotel is located in the north of the city, with a stunning view of the mountains and the skyline. The lobby is magnificent, with a grand staircase and a beautiful chandelier. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they made me feel welcome and pampered. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a king-sized bed, a sofa, a desk, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom was modern and clean, with a bathtub, a shower, and toiletries. The room also had a balcony, where I could enjoy the fresh air and the scenery. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable. The hotel has several restaurants and cafes, where we could taste different cuisines and beverages. we especially liked the Laton Restaurant, which serves international and modern Iranian dishes. The food was delicious and well-presented, and the service was attentive and professional. The Sunset Cafe was also a great place to relax and have a snack or a drink. The cafe has an outdoor seating area, where we could watch the sunset over the city. The hotel also has a fitness centre , a spa, a swimming pool, and a business centre. we used the fitness center every morning, which had modern equipment and trainers. The spa was very relaxing and soothing, with a variety of treatments and massages. The swimming pool was large and clean, with sun loungers and towels. The business center was well-equipped and convenient, with computers, printers, and scanners. It's great hotel I strongly recommend it specifically for those who have transit in Tehran Imam Khomeini Airport.

Very bad service the AC was not working the light was out couple of times the the bath tub was clogged They never answer the phone at the reception over all bad experience but very clean hotel

Very nice hotel, but the customer service from front desk not so good. Great rooms, fantastic breakfast and location was ok for me because I was going to the embassy of Mexico, but might not be so convenient for other popular places in Tehran.

Very good hotel. One bedroom apartment is so good. The best breakfast I've ever had.

Very nice hotel, but the customer service from front desk not so good. Great rooms, fantastic breakfast and location was ok for me because I was going to the embassy of Mexico, but might not be so convenient for other popular places in Tehran.

This hotel is a good place to stay for a couple of nights. Staff very friendly.

This is an extension of my stay in Tehran. Good service and they find we a taxi to the airport in the wee hours but in the end there are some miscommunications such as there is only one towel provided from the usual two since the last housekeeping and the staff blame me for stealing it.
