Hotel Dengan Breakfast di Osaka Prefecture, Japan

The East Building is just across the street from the West Building, but it's more expensive than the West Building, even though the West Building is newer and has a large public bath. So, if you're staying at this hotel, definitely choose the West Building first. There was no room cleaning during my entire stay. I stayed for five consecutive days and not once was my room cleaned, which is a bit unacceptable. The location is pretty good. Again, choose the West Building; it also has a Lawson convenience store downstairs.

This boutique hotel stands out amongst the older architecture in the vicinity. A nice boutique hotel with well maintained facilities. Room was big and spacious, with four huge beds for family of four. Quaintly designed, with a homely feeling. Location is fairly good, although off the grid of downtown Osaka, but fairly easy to get to by way of Metro, with nearest station just a 3 min walk away. Service is impeccable, rooms made up every two days with refresh of towels, water and toothbrushes daily. Very comfortable stay.

Staying at Nipponbashi Crystal Hotel Namba was a comfortable and convenient experience, especially for exploring Osaka. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with cozy rooms that have everything you need for a short or long stay. Its location is a big plus—just a short walk to Nipponbashi Station, Dotonbori, Kuromon Market, and plenty of restaurants and shops. Overall, it’s a great value option in Namba for travelers who want easy access to the city while enjoying a quiet and relaxing place to rest.

Very perfect location with many transport options and different lines available. It’s within walking distance to Dotonbori and Namba. There are plenty of eateries nearby, and the hotel is opposite McDonald’s and a 24-hour AEON hypermarket. The room is enough for two people and has everything we need. It’s not very big, but more than sufficient. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Osaka! Perfect 10/10.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's very convenient to get there from the airport by train or bus. Both check-in and check-out are self-service. The staff were friendly and helpful, storing our luggage for us. There are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options within walking distance. The room was well-equipped with amenities and a decent size. Overall, it offers great value for money.

Rooms are really small but!!! For the price you pay, it's really worth it. Shin-imamiya station just right across the road, it's super convenient. There's a konbini just right downstairs too. The rooms aren't much to scream about, but they provide a good rest. Toilets are small, but expected of Japan. It was a good experience nevertheless given the superb location. Front desk staff are friendly and spoke relatively good English, providing us with directions and good recommendations on places to eat in the vicinity. Osaka tower is just a short walk away! They've even got a luggage weighing scale at the lobby for you to weigh in the bags before heading to the airport.

Great price, and tons of restaurants nearby! It's super close to the subway, and there's a convenience store right outside the door. Parking is easy too, not too many cars. Plus, free coffee in the lobby! I'd definitely stay here again!

I'll start with the morning, which is the food. It's delicious and varied; in my experience, the main dishes are repeated every 3-4 days. The location is absolutely perfect, with all the shops within walking distance, including a family market nearby. The metro is 5-10 minutes away, as are any other services. The train station is about a 40-minute drive away. There's also a dispenser (coffee, tea, toothbrushes, etc.) on the ground floor near the elevator.

The location of the hotel is pretty convenient. 5–6 minutes walk to Hommachi St., which you can easily use to travel to Kyoto, Kobe, etc.  The check-in and check-out were really fast, and we had an upgrade, which was worth the price. I had read the previous reviews about the rudeness of the staff, which is not actually due to this, but it’s the language barrier that could make a tired traveller a little less patient.  If you wish to ask something more specific, please don’t be afraid to use the Google Translate app to help you with the communication. The staff have been really helpful to all of our enquiries. Some remarks were about the hotel lobby being on the 15th floor, but they have a dedicated entrance for taxis or cars to reach the hotel.  Bonus: if you exit through KoKuMiN Osaka Metro Yodoyabashi Station (Exit 4) on your right is a local grocery store that sells local produce and other fruits/food products. It's cheaper to go here to buy your drinks and fruits, etc.

The room was incredibly small; there was no space to move around once a suitcase was opened. The 'double bed' was actually two single beds pushed together. Check-out is at 10 AM, and extending it to 2 PM costs an additional 2000 yen. The location is convenient, making it very easy to get to Shinsaibashi. Luggage storage is free. The front desk service was mediocre – no extra words or smiles.
