Buena vista desde la habitación. Mejoraría la estancia si mejoran las almohadas de la cama.

este hotel esta situado en un malecón, esta cerca de la calle costero. Tiene dos secciones A y B de elevedores, asegurate de tomar la correcta a tu cuarto, se ve muy viejos. Tienen alberca en ultimo piso y toallas, pero al ser pequeño, se sobrecarga de gente que no es disfrutable. de este hotel hasta el mercado de artesanias y Gran Cafe de Parroquia (original) es en 3 y media cuadras, si tienes buena condición atletica para caminar a pie y con este calor, mejor usen taxi. El buffet trae con pocas opciones para desayunar pero esto es mas que suficiente para quitar hambre. Sugiero tamalitos jarochitos, saben bien., si quieren nadar en el mar, vayan a Playa Vista del Mar sobre la calle costero hacia la dirección del acuario, ya que es la más cercana, hay otras playas, pero este es mejor. Nos hospedamos en 3° píso, la mitad del cuarto esta caliente y la otra mitad esta fresco con el aire acondicionado a ras del piso, pudieron haber puesto ventiladores de palas en el techo junto con esta maquina para una eficiente enfriamiento cubriendo toda la área de la habotación, el lavabo goteaba sin cesar, y esto se ve que no le han dado una revisada antes de la llegada de huespedes. Las camas dobles y almohadas, son excelente para descansar si no fuera por el calor como se explico

El personal del hotel es bastante amable y servicial. Las instalaciones necesitan urgentemente una renovación. La habitación es espaciosa, pero las camas son muy viejas. El colchón hacía mucho ruido y se movían los resortes. Sólo tienen sábanas delgadas, no tiene duvet. Las toallas son viejas. Por afuera, el hotel parece estar bien, pero por dentro todo es antiguo y está en mal estado. Lo único bueno es el personal de recepción y limpieza que son bastante amables.

El desayuno buffet excelente y la Atencion de Ana de primera, sin duda volveré.

I came to this Hotel thinking that it might've been a little more upscale.It's an Older no frills Hotel that I very much grew to like along with The City of Veracruz they both to ne have a rustic charm about them.I think I was originally shown Room 102 which was a small room with I think a King Size Bed,Small Bathroom with a Shower + an Electronic Safe for valuables. However a Lady from The Front Desk was unable to fix my Electric Key Room Card no matter how many times she tried to fix it with some kind of Electronic Gizmo I think it was maybe a Code Reader so I was moved to Room 207 on The Next Floor up.The Staff at Howard Johnson there The Front Desk & Restaurant were friendly & happy to help if require any information price of a Local Bus,Ice for a Cooler etc. I can't comment about didn't eat at The restaurant as I ate my Meals off The Resort but it's there for an additional surcharge if you want Breakfast,Dinner etc they also have a Karaoke Night down in The Restaurant one or two days during The Week.I believe the General Manager was Angel who I'm glad was there because my own Espanol is pretty basic & limited so that Lady was a valuable help if I didn't have my phone with English to Spanish Translation App in me.The thing that I really like about the Hotel was the good Central Location I think it was in Boca Del Rio & the cool place to chill in The late Afternoon & Evening the Sixth Floor Roof where the Small Swimming Pool is located & the Amazing 360 Eagle Views & photos you can take of The Entire City & Seaport Bay ..truly priceless.I'd say to anyone staying at this City who wants a Cheaper Good Hotel that is in a decent Location then maybe give this a try I don't think you would be disappointed.Who knows if I ever do revisit Veracruz I would sure consider this Hotel as a Solid Choice to stay I enjoyed my 8 Day stay from Friday October 28-November 5 2022.. Todo bien, pero el lavabo está muy descuidado y tapado por basura, le hace falta mantenimiento.

We are an English speaking family of 4 and Veracruz is very Spanish so we were worried that arriving at the hotel at midnight might have been a problem. Well rest assure, it was not!! We were greeted with English-speaking, kind hearted staff members! We ordered room service often, and dined in their restaurants often as well. Great food and friendly staff ALWAYS!! The location was perfect and it had a great beach right in front of the hotel. Just note you must buy an umbrella spot from the local. Lol The rooms were muggy but that is my only complaint. All in all the staff, food, service, and location were spot on!! I highly recommend this hotel if visiting Veracruz, Mexico 🇲🇽 Thank you!

La verdad es que nosotros buscábamos algo económico y con buena ubicación, y aunque las instalaciones no eran perfectas, la verdad es que no están nada mal, la limpieza también es buena, tienen aire acondicionado y la cama es cómoda, yo suelo tener insomnio cuando no duermo en mi cama y dormí excelente en el hotel. Hice mi check in a las 15:20 y mi check out a las 13:00.

5 star service and prime location near everything. Breakfast Buffett is really good and staff is amazing. Parking is free and hotel is safe. Had a couples massage and wow it was great & super relaxing. Definitely staying here again when I come back to town.

Hotel bien ubicado, desayuno bufet aceptable, buena atención por parte de las personas de recepción y de los encargados del desayuno.

Reserve en esta app una habitación con una cama extra grande , y al llegar al hotel mi reserva decía que eran 2 camas matrimoniales , obviamente no sabia lo que pasaba o el por que del error , le comente al recepcionista que si podría hacer algo para cambiar eso ya que yo no quería dos camas y afortunadamente y como dijo el muchacho de la recepción que como era domingo no había mucha demanda de habitaciones si no no me hubiera ayudado con el cambio de habitación y eso que ya estaba pagado , espero que nunca vuelva a suceder ya que por esos detalles uno cambia de app y hasta de hotel ..

We quite enjoyed our stay, although I exhausted the knowledge of my spanish quite early, much to the annoyance of the staff as no one on staff speaks english. They were as patient as could be, especially the gentleman that received orders for the kitchen, and what fantastic meals they were. Easily digestible, for the most part, and well made. Sometimes I dream of the torta... anyway the pool is quite worn, the hot tub to... or rather just ”tub”. Despite the slight disrepair, the staff, night guard included, are most warm and helpful. I would certainly go back in the future should the occasion arise, but ye be warned: Hotel Los Andes is a wonderful place, but navigating the town on your lonesome can prove to be dangerous. Please rely on the desk staff for transportation if you cannot manage to find your own. Uber is also an option, although according to our driver Uber has yet to be made legal in the area. If you are attempting a trip from the hotel to the airport I shall also warn you that many, if not all of your prospective drivers may cancel before pick-up (Uber). Anyway, Hotel Los Andes is in need of some repair, but it functions in every area that counts at 110% in whole due to its dedicated staff. I certainly recommend it.

MUY BONITO Y ELEGANTE HOTEL ZAR Gran comodidad espacio limpieza higiene .. gracias a Dios en las visitas iniciando desde Recepción, excelente atención ,experiencia. Cocina, buena calidad muy sano y en Gral. al Personal en cada turno por su hospitalidad atención buen estado de ánimo educación amabilidad humildad.perseverancia y sobre todo x su sagrado y valioso respeto al cliente . Me hospede en el hotel del 30 de diciembre 2020 al 3 de enero 2021, es un hotel cuyas instalaciones quizás en algún momento fueron 5 estrellas, ahora dista mucho de esa calificación, les hace falta mantenimiento en ciertas zonas, por ejemplo, pintura en el exterior y en los acabados, la alberca es espectacular, muy linda, grande, y limpia, sin duda una alberca maravillosa. La habitación estaba bien, cumplía con lo que prometía, dos camas matrimoniales cómodas, una pantalla grande con Sky (que nos habría encantado fuera smart para poder ver Netflix en el día lluvioso que nos tocó estar) y el baño estaba amplio, agua con excelente presión de agua, agua caliente más no hirviendo. El restaurante se veía muy bonito y elegante, a pesar de que le hace falta mucho mantenimiento en sus acabados, lastima que la comida del lugar sea pésima, incluso en la cena de fin de año, nos tocó lascas de cerdo en diferentes salsas que parecían más bien cartón con salsa, unas ensaladas mal elaboradas que sólo te provocan decepción de ver un platillo apetitoso y con mal sabor, lo único rescatable fueron los postres, porque incluso para el brindis nos dieron un lambrusco en copa flauta, en resumen, el hotel, estéticamente se ve bien, con sus detalles, pero se ve muy bien, su personal es muy atento y servicial, tienen un excelente trato al huésped, la alberca es maravillosa, lo único pésimo del lugar es su comida, y los restaurantes no brindan servicio a domicilio al hotel por su lejanía.

Desde el check in el personal es muy amable y atento el chico de la recepción me mostró algunos cuartos y escogimos uno muy cómodo, siempre estuvieron pendientes de nuestras necesidades. La habitación es muy amplia y bonita con todos los servicios lo cual facilitó nuestra estancia ahí, agradable y acojedor y con una excelente ubicación cerca del malecón y a unas cuadras del centro de la cuidad. Restaurant muy bonito con su característico olor a café por las mañanas muchas gracias a todo el personal del restaurant que nos atendieron de maravilla en especial a la señora Petra reyes encargada del lugar que fue una excelente anfitrión. Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel yo me dedico a la hotelería en la riviera maya y este hotel no le pide nada a ningún hotel dentro del top en la riviera maya felicidades a todas las personas que hieron de nuestra experiencia algo inolvidable

Best hotel in Coatzacoalcos Mexico. The staff is awesome and very friendly. The best! They also are very attentive to your hotel concerns that you may have. From the front desk to the restaurant staff, the bar and laundry services, all are excellent. I stayed around 5 weeks at this location, and I must say that my stay was perfect. The food was good, the pool, room service, the laundry is always on time, and so many things to mention. The location is very convenient to Walmart, the beaches, the malls, groceries and anything that you need outside of the hotel is just a minute or two away either with a short walk or an Uber. Excellent staff, excellent hotel and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who may be thinking about making a booking here. To the staff, Odette, Leticia, Angel, Karla, Fernanda, Yera and all the many others I have met, thanks for the best hotel services. Awesome hotel in Coatzacoalcos Mexico! Awesome staff!

Muy recomendable el hotel, tiene una muy buena ubicación, cerca de la playa y lugares para visitar, está la plaza comercial Fórum a un lado dando opciones de comida y compras de artículos básicos lo cual es un plus, las habitaciones no son muy grandes, pero cumplen con lo necesario además de estar están limpias, muy buena opción ya sea para ir en familia o para temas de negocios o trabajo.

La habitación, sencillamente muy buena. Todo perfecto. El exterior del hotel, el lobby, el restaurante, la recepción, son feos, igual que Coatzacoalcos, pero la habitación es una maravilla. Hospédense a ojos cerrados.
