What an incredible stay! We absolutely loved EVERYTHING about Zuri. Starting from the staff - everybody was super nice, helpful and smiley. They even had a thermometer for us to buy when we needed one! The transport was waiting for us at the airport (paid 300php/person one way). The room and bathroom was really spacious and spotless. There’s plenty of space for the clothes and stuff in the bathroom. The room also has a fridge, kettle with coffee/tea choices as well as bathroom alimentaries. The resort area is amazing. The resort is places by the hill a bit away from the town, facing the sea and Coron island. It has 3 pools + 1 kiddie pool, a pool bar, cafe, restaurant, shop, ATM and more. It’s surrounded by greens. You can truly rest there. The breakfasts there were exceptional! Lots of choice, different food both western and Asian. There was also barbecue in the evenings, very tasty as well. We loved it! The only minor downsides: - you can’t really control the AC, there’s no remote, you can have it set to fan or cool and set the power 1-10 - there is no reception in the room - there are not many power outlets in the room

The place is excellent, next to the mall, and great for just 2–3 days. The service is excellent, but the room needs better cleaning as there are some insects in the place.

Absolute Paradise I cannot recommend Astoria Palawan enough! My husband and I recently stayed in one of the Villas, and it was the perfect home away from home. The space, the privacy, and the gorgeous views made our trip truly special. One of the highlights was the boat trip to the sand bar—a slice of heaven in the middle of the water. The team that took us out ensured we were safe and comfortable the entire time, making the experience completely worry-free and magical. The food was consistently excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets, which offered a fantastic variety of delicious dishes to suit every taste. For evening relaxation, we loved having drinks at The Dome—the atmosphere is unmatched. What truly sets this resort apart is the staff. Every single person we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I want to send a huge thank you to Segundo at the Canopy reception for his warm and efficient service. A special shout-out to Jacqklyn at The Dome for her wonderful evening service and making our nights out special, and to Mark at the Habitat Restaurant for his attentive care during our meals. We are also incredibly grateful to the team who safely took us to the sandbar—your professionalism was reassuring. Finally, a massive thank you to Agustin at the waterpark for his energy and helpfulness; he made the waterpark experience so much fun for us no. We stayed with Hue only for two nights but we enjoyed it. The hotel seemed to be new, the service was great and very friendly. We booked all our tours and transfer to El Nido through the hotel. They arranged everything

From check-in to check-out, the staff provided excellent customer service — always warm, attentive, and eager to help with a smile. They truly made me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. The room was immaculate, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy, the linens fresh, and everything—from the bathroom to the minibar—was spotless. I also appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was, perfect for unwinding after exploring the beautiful sights of Palawan. One of the highlights of my stay was the morning breakfast buffet. It offered a great variety of local and international dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. From tropical fruits and made-to-order eggs to Filipino favorites and good coffee, it was the perfect way to start each day. The dining staff were equally wonderful—friendly, efficient, and attentive. Considering the high level of comfort, cleanliness, and service, the affordability of this hotel is truly impressive. ”My stay at LaLaguna Villas was absolutely incredible! The room was incredible, the view was incredible ,but what truly made my experience unforgettable was the incredible service from the staff. Incredible especially the gym, which was top-notch. Everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. They know how to do good work despite only have been in operation for a month. It's not far from the beautiful and lively Lio beach or a quick ride to the town centre. Though situated in a slightly remote location surrounded by construction sites and dirt roads, their reception is spotless! Not a speck of dust on their floor (and while there's the occasional footprint from the damp earth, it gets cleaned pretty quickly). First time entering the room had such a homey charm and welcoming feeling you just feel happy. And yes, they are replicating a more outdoor adventure feel so do expect some bugs and in the semi-outdoor bathroom (just keep the door closed to avoid them from the bedroom). The amenities are sparkly new, its a fresh vibe and their breakfast is excellent together with lovely staff. Just beware the water needs routine pumping (though this might change later once things are in motion) so there's a small window of 20 minutes where there's no water, usually around the 5pm mark. And there's still a smell of sewage in the bathroom. But really, it was so lovely to stay here. Highly recommend them!

The view from the window overlooking the bay is breathtaking—definitely avoid rooms with a different view! The staff is fantastic, especially the reception team: incredibly friendly, always ready to help, and full of great recommendations for restaurants and activities. Big thanks to them for that! The restaurant service is good, but the food was underwhelming—breakfasts were quite basic. Only a few dishes on the menu were tasty; the rest need improvement. They should really revamp their offerings. The rooms are spotless, and housekeeping does an excellent job. The pool looks beautiful and well-maintained, but there’s an issue with unpleasant odors from the port, which sometimes makes swimming less appealing. The gym is poorly equipped—it could use more machines or at least an Olympic bar.
