Stayed 3 nights, hotel is very clean, gentleman behind the reception desk was a supper star, he checked me in 5am in the morning, all the staff very nice and polite, jilani was a nice bloke, this will be my second home in madina in future In’sha’Allah.
Highly recommended to all my family and friends and colleagues. Breakfast was delicious and a lot of choices for all communities around the world.
Thank you very much all the team of ELAF AL TAQWA to make me feel so SPECIAL ♥️

Hi, thank you for such a nice hospitality by team Madinah Aram Hotel. The staff was really cooperative & polite regarding everything. Also the rooms are spacious with good facilities in nearby areas. In comparison to the hotel around Nabawi Mosque, this hotel has newer Interior design. Room spacious. Water pressure and hot water just nice. Staff friendly. Room and lobby and corridor are clean. Breakfast was good. More middle east type breakfast. Taste is great. Walking distance to mosque is about 15 minutes average. Surrounding hotel has many hostel. Definitely will be my options if hotels around Nabawi Mosque is expensive.

Proses daftar masuk yang paling teruk, kakitangan kasar dan tidak membantu. Bilik tidak siap pada masanya. Tempat letak kereta tidak percuma. Tempahan adalah untuk katil king tetapi untuk 3 katil single di setiap bilik. Meja penyambut tetamu adalah besar tetapi terdapat 2 atau 3 orang yang sangat lambat dan slot orang beratur untuk mendaftar masuk. Hotel ini tidak disyorkan sama sekali. Satu-satunya bahagian yang baik ialah lokasinya.

My stay at Sofitel Madinah was overall wonderful, thanks to its prime location next to the Prophet’s Mosque, luxurious and clean rooms, and serene, elegant atmosphere. Dining options were excellent, and the staff were attentive and professional. A special thanks to Feras Almulla, who provided wonderful, attentive service and made my stay even more enjoyable.
The only downside for a five-star hotel is the absence of a jacuzzi, sauna, or steam room, which I expected for this level of luxury. Despite that, Sofitel Madinah remains a top choice for comfort, convenience, and a memorable stay in the holy city.

Excellent, clean hotel with a good location. The only disadvantages are that some of the room service staff are uncooperative and take time to serve even after requesting. The strange thing is that one of them lies and claims that we refuse the service. Most of the things we ask for, we say they are not available, and the coffee capsules are delayed from the restaurant, unfortunately.

Location is perfect. Short walk to the Mosque and easy to organise walking to all the shops.
Staff are exceptional, always looking to enhance your experience.
Breakfast was good with a good selection but did lack variety day in day out. Staff here are very good and are always willing to help. Downside would be the coffee machines that never seemed to be working correctly.
We had a couple of maintenance issues, but staff were sent promptly and most were rectified in a good time.
A tip would ask for your room to face the mall, the otherside had a lot of traffic noise which was constant.

AAnonymous UserI booked this room for my parents who were performing their Umrah during Ramadan. They really enjoyed their 5-night stay at this hotel.
One of the biggest advantages is its proximity to Al-Nabawi Mosque, which is incredibly convenient for attending prayers, especially during Ramadan.
The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. My parents felt very much at ease throughout their entire stay.
They truly appreciated their experience, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Medina for Umrah or a spiritual visit.

The check in was smooth, very responsive CS for asking several things and booking code for nusuk matters, only by WhatsApp. The room is small and no window but we could get some rest here. There is a small restaurant near and affordable. Unfortunately, we left our plastic consists of our shoes at the lobby while catching pick up taxi to Makkah. My mistake but there was no good news about it. At the same day as we arrived at Makkah, directly contact the CS but no one saw it and they did not want to check the cctv. DDakanpuqiliThe room was spacious and well-equipped, and the hygiene was excellent. We had a delightful view overlooking the Malaya Concert Hall. The staff were incredibly friendly. On the night we checked in, our taxi driver couldn't find the hotel, and the handsome guy at the front desk even used his own car to help us find the taxi driver – we were so grateful! The canyon swimming pool was also a nice highlight.

GGuest UserThe hotel was magnificent, very close to Masjid Nabawi. The room was very spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the staff were very kind and attentive. The Boustane Al Safia museum is right next to the hotel, with restaurants for all tastes. I highly recommend it and will gladly return.

The location is excellentjust a short walking distance to Masjid Nabawi, which made it very convenient for prayers, especially during peak times.The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with some offering beautiful views of the Haram. Housekeeping was generally good, and the atmosphere in the hotel felt calm and suitable for a spiritual trip. Many guests also highlight cleanliness and comfort as strong points. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist when needed. Breakfast had a good variety, and the service in the dining area was efficient.

GGuest UserWe had originally booked another hotel but upon arrival there we immediately canceled our reservation and were looking for another hotel in the area ASAP, something clean, close to Masjid Nabawi and fairly priced. We knew the name and brand; however, we saw two Intercontinental hotels and went with the one we felt had a slight edge or advantage.
The hotel was built many years ago and we were informed that it is in the planning process of a renovation so we knew ahead of time what to expect. It has signature blue carpet and a 1950’s/1960’s vibe that I personally adored (almost out of a James Bond movie with Sean Connery). Everyday we stayed at the hotel, it grew on us. The view outside was heavenly mashAla. Remember you can open the window haha some people I imagine think they can’t. It such an experience and you have to do it. Most importantly, however, the sweatheart staff and how accommodating they were, you forget you’re staying at the Intercontinental and imagine you’re at your friends house. Again, We had an amazing window view and could see in the direction of Uhud. All The cafe’s are right outside of the hotel, the mosque is literally right outside the hotel and down the walking path, maybe a 5 minute walk. Plenty of pigeons to feed, affordable Ubers/ Taxi right outside, you can walk to Uhud you can walk to Quba, you can do it all. And the best part, the check-in/help desk are right in front of you when you walk in to the lobby.
Side note: if you enjoy peoppe watching , you get a great view from your hotel room to the outside.
They have a coffee bar in the Lobby with free dates and Arabic coffee (world class) and this hotel served the best Breakfast and room service food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 51 countries, aged 44. It was even at par or better maybe than the Jabal Omar in Mecca we stayed at. You absolutely cannot lose out by staying at this hotel. If you have any issues pick up your room phone and dial any one of the prompts and someone will alleviate any issues you have.
The hotel executive management were world class and again treated me like a friend/family. Based off our repertoire I’d come back to this hotel because Sister Khadijah and staff were so amazing mashAla.

The suite was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Thank you to the hotel team for the thoughtful gesture — it made our stay even more memorable.

AarsheelFor what the hotels worth, it’s a really good one. The beds are super comfy, the toilets are clean and the staff are helpful. Shuttle bus is provided for all 5 prayers to the Masjid. Used uber sometimes if I had other plans, and it’s affordable. Probably the only negative thing I experienced is that the wifi can be a bit unstable inside the room. Other than that, totally worth it.
