Definitely not a 5* but can’t fault it too much, the hotel was clean, staff were all friendly and welcoming - especially bar/ waiting on staff. Animation team were absolutely brilliant with us the whole time we were there. Always very cheerful and fun doing pool activities and getting involved with the guests. Only 1 problem with the staff was the guy who took our luggage of us, seemingly can’t of give him a good enough tip for then on he was rude towards us spoke to everyone else but not to us even when spoken too. Which was a shame because tips shouldn’t determine how you should treat someone. Bed & pillows were very comfy, the room was a good size plenty of space. We had a view facing the beach which was a nice view especially watching the sunrise in the morning - only problem was the noise at night time was very noisy especially on weekends could do with some better doors to block the noise the out. The handle to our balcony door was broken. Food was good, lots of different choices but was same throughout all week apart from Saturday, got a little sick of eating the same things. Puddings were great. Good location for the hotel, beach right opposite the hotel, lots of shops and restaurants close by within walking distance everyone even in the shops were welcoming and friendly. Pool area was good a nice big pool and big selection of sun lounges ( you have to go early to get a decent sun lounger) chilled music played throughout the day in pool area which was nice and relaxing. Lots of shade for when you get too warm in the sun. Although we didn’t have housekeeping in our room they were more than happy to help when we needed. Very friendly always got a good morning and good afternoon of them.

Beautiful hotel. lovely garden and outdoor pool. Spa facilities was amazing. Indoor pool warm and relaxing. Delicious food every day with lots of variation. Friendly staff especially the waiters. Close to beach, supermarket, bar and restaurants. Would definitely recommend it and return.

To be honest, when I first arrived at the hotel on the Saturday night, I was somewhat disappointed. I was the last person to be dropped off and all the hotels I’d seen en route were a lot more fancy. I was in room 403, which overlooked the pool and had a sea view, which was amazing. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable and did face a bar that played loud music, however, I always travel with ear plugs so I was able to get a decent nights sleep. The food wasn’t labelled so I didn’t know what I was eating for most of the time but that didn’t stop me from enjoying it! I was all inclusive and the drinks on provided were in the smallest of cups, which felt a bit of a con. The pool areas were a really good size however, many of the loungers were broken, but I was always able to find one that wasn’t damaged. The hotel is a bit shabby and could do with some TLC however I actually enjoyed my time here. It wasn’t too busy and the staff were friendly and helpful. After reading the reviews, I expected to not enjoy my stay however it was the opposite. The El Bar, next to the water slides was a nice place to hang out on the evening and as was the separate bar area on the ground floor. I’d stay here again if I was ever in the area.

I visited hotel el mouradi menzah i passed 5 days with my friend it was amazing holidays room near the beach and everything its okay will be good but i wanna speak about sweet animation team always show and activity in the pool and outside pool with big smile i wanna give big thanks specially for kaloutcha and DJ imed

Back from this hotel Was lovely and quiet with it being Ramadan Hotel rooms bit out dated but who goes on holiday to spend all there time in room You can walk along the beach to the harbour don't bother with taxis it's about an hours walk Taking your time Paragliding was 100 tunsian dinar or 150 for 2 people and they take children up aswell or you can go up with instructor Hotel was kept nice and clean The hotel manager would come out at 3pm and sweep the full complex with dustpan and brush All staff very friendly Kids park needs a bit of work Quad biking was 200 tunsian dinar for 2 people pick up from harbour that was for hour half Food something for everybody if you don't try you never know if your going to like there cuisine 3rd time to tunsia now will be going back Next year for sons 18th birthday

Encore un séjour parfait en famille hôtel très propre personnel très agréable du directeur aux femmes de ménages , la réception parfaite , les repas beaucoup de diversité ,nous invitons les français a y venir , car franchement vous y serez très bien accueilli , malgré les différents commentaires négatif que j'ai pu lire sur ce site je pense qu'il faut y allez pour ce rendre compte du réel , personnellement nous y allons 3 /4 fois par ans est nous sommes a chaque fois surpris agréablement .

Hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. The hotel itself is very clean and spacious, lovely hotel. The animation team were very friendly and got all the family involved throughout the day and night- made the holiday itself nicer. Chaima and djo were very helpful and welcoming, they made us feel at ease. They made us laugh all day long. They both put smiles on everybody faces. The entertainment was very good, both Chaima and Djo got all the family involved which was lovely. I would recommend the hotel to all ages of families.

I was here several times and on reception first welcome you ALWAYS AMAZING 🤩 ULTRA FRIENDLY 🤩 and ULTRA HELPFULL AND KIND ALL reception staff (Mr. Abderazek, Mr. Rami, Mr. Mehdi and Ms. Chaima with friendly porters and security staff. 🥇⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🥇 🥇Very nice reception design and decoration and very clean🥇 Excellent food with amazing decoration in restaurant as you would prepare at home. Very tasteful, a lot of choice and very friendly waiters and service. Hotel have a lot of different tipes of nice rooms with free sef and free wifi. Very friendly room maids . Nice Spa with massages, hamam, sauna, astetich, gym. All info about Spa service is provided by very friendly Ms. Maya. Hotel have amazing indoor (with jacuzzi) and outdoor very clean swimming pools and hotel beach with free sunbeds totaly near hotel and with very friendly staff. 💖 I had the pleasure of interacting with many people who displayed a level of high professionalism and kindness that exceeded my expectations. Sebagai bandar pelancongan pantai di Tunisia, Sousse mempunyai penggunaan yang rendah. Hotel ini mempunyai tempat letak kenderaan percuma. Terdapat anggota polis dan keselamatan di pintu masuk, dan ia berasa seperti dikawal oleh lapisan. Hotel ini mempunyai pantai persendirian, bilik pemandangan laut yang ditempah, menghadap terus ke laut. Tetapi kemudahan bilik sudah lama. Hotel ini mempunyai tiga hidangan, dan bufet mempunyai pelbagai jenis, yang sangat baik. Ramai orang tua di Eropah datang untuk tinggal selama beberapa bulan dan berasa seperti rumah penjagaan orang Eropah.

أقمت في الفندق سبعة أيام، أشكر كل طاقم فندق رياض النخيل كان فندقا رائعا، الأكل شهي، النظافة، الخدمات والمعاملة ممتازة، بالإضافة إلى توفره على جميع وسائل الراحة والترفيه، كما أوجه تحية خاصة لفريق الترفيه المسائي للفندق الذي كان في القمة والروعة ولا يجعلك تشعر بالملل أبدا

L’hôtel Royal Jinene sousse est facile d’accès Il possède un parking pour les voitures gratuit pour les personnes habitant l’hotel. L’accueil est très bien le personnel est poli et serviable. Les repas sont bons. L’hôtel possède une piscine d’extérieur et une piscine d’intérieur. La plage est en face de l’hôtel l’accès est facile et rapide . La chambre est propre , comme je l’avais demander lors de ma réservation je voulais la vue sur la mer j’ai eu droit à une chambre au 5eme et dernier étage de l’hôtel avec une belle vue sur la mer. Juste l’équipement est un peu ancient c’est tout ce que j’avais remarqué. Je le recommande et j’y retournerai.

While a bit difficult to find within the medina's winding streets, the hotel is a lovely, hidden gem that both me and my father loved. You're greeted by the lovely owner with two small kittens that are just adorable. Our room was well furnished, air conditioned and had a very clean bathroom. The roof terrace offers a great view of the Sousse skyline and Medina and is perfect at night to enjoy the call to prayers. Breakfast was served in the main court area of the hotel. Very nicely decorated and the breakfast was very traditional. Nothing too heavy, but still filling nonetheless. You know care and love went into making it.

C est un hôtel 3 étoiles et il les mérite. Chambre propre (la Clim est en pause) petit coin toilette avec baignoire Il y a un spa complet ça c est le plus sauna le hammam le Jacousi et dés salle de massage tout cela très bien . Une salle de restaurant Pour ma part j aime bien Seul soucis la wifi un peu lente .

I stayed here as a female sole traveller for 2 weeks in July. After reaaing some of the bad reviews I was a bit unsure. Yes its daed as are most apartments in Tunisia but its spotlessly clean, Bedding and towels were changed daily great views scros to the besch and location straight across from the beach 10TD for parasol and sunbed for the day and all of the staff are nice and friendly. There is a cafe directly below for anything you need and the apartments are very spacious. Yes its loud at night as its on a main road with a lot of bars and night club. I used ear plugs and had no problems sleeping. I am a very fussy person when it comes to apartments and hotels and I would definatey recommend and stay again

Hôtel très bien situé propre très bien entretenu Petit déjeuné simple et appréciable En revanche les chambres sont difficiles d’accès avec une poussette ou fauteuil roulant Une prise disponible en dessous de la tv et une dans la salle de bain. C’est regrettable si nous avons plusieurs téléphones à charger La clim est réglée au préalable il nous a été impossible de baissé la clim celle étant très forte nous avons été obligés de l’éteindre.

Stayed here for a week in February 2024. Last minute deal. First time in tunisia, and wasn't disappointed. As you enter the hotel, the reception area is just a wow factor. And the welcome even better. Mr Salah, Emna and her look slike Sameh were brilliant. Stayed in a junior suite, on the 3rd floor, with terrace overlooking the gardens, pools and the Mediterranean. Room was lovely. 2 x 4ft twins, lovely bathroom with all you need, from hair dryers to Bath, separate shower, free toiletries etc. Literally a dressing room with loads of space and coat hangers! Coffee making. Mini bar, all inclusive and topped up every day. Safe, dressing gowns and slippers. Bedroom was large and airy, with sofa, table, chairs, big tv. Terrace has a day bed, table chairs and drying line. Very good and comprehensive meals, and superb, strong coffee. The bar service was great, although I drank mainly red wine! Spotless! Clean public bathrooms, and nothing too much trouble. If you wanted to go into hammamett, you do need a taxi. But the cost was never anymore than about 10 dinar. (£2.50). Always ask for the meter to be put on. Usual scallywags in the new medina (Jasmina), trying to fleece you. But old medina and Fort was glorious. Sunny for 4 days, about 25, cloudy or drizzle the other 3. The hotel also has 3 little, but well stocked shops, . At good prices. Had to use the Dr's there once, due to an ongoing foot injury. Fast efficient service. Came to hotel. About £25.(100 dinar). Cannot recommend the blue oceana highly enough, and returning in October for more pampering, and Emnas smile. Hamish.

We come to this hotel with my husband and my son we enjoy it so much with the entertainment team momo joe and nadia in kids club its so nice with the kids many activities all day and mini disco in the evening we really enjoyed with a professional team we love you all and we will come back for sure

Hasdrubal Thalasso Hammamet is one of the oldest hotels in Hammamet, and while it may show signs of age, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall cleanliness, large room, and charm it offered. The hotel's aging exterior might not be the most visually appealing due to lack of maintenance, but once inside, I found the interior well-maintained and quite nice. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was commendable, which greatly contributed to a comfortable stay. I wanted to add that it was enjoyable but events which happened during my stay destroyed my enjoyment. Despite its age, this hotel manages to retain a certain charm,unfortunately some staff is  friendly but some other staff's demeanor adds to the negative experience. My recent visit to the à la carte restaurant was marred by an unfortunate incident that left a lasting negative impression. While I had initially looked forward to enjoying a pleasant dining experience, what I witnessed was completely unexpected and unacceptable. During my time at the restaurant, someone decided to engage in public urination, which was not only unsanitary but also highly disrespectful to the establishment and its patrons. Such behavior is entirely inappropriate and should not occur in any public setting, especially a place where people come to enjoy their meals. I believe it is the responsibility of the restaurant staff to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all customers. In this case, it appeared that the staff either failed to notice or address the situation promptly. This incident significantly detracted from what could have otherwise been an enjoyable meal. Kamel the server was informed and witnessed the incident but didn't do anything. I hope that the restaurant takes measures to improve its security and staff training to prevent such incidents in the future, ensuring that customers can dine without experiencing such discomfort. I must say I was quite disappointed with the level of customer service provided by the receptionist Ghada. While the hotel itself had a luxurious ambiance, the receptionist's attitude was much to be desired. I had hoped for a warm and welcoming experience when I was asking for change, but instead, I was met with a receptionist who was not nice at all. She appeared disinterested, and her demeanor came across as unfriendly. It's essential for a hotel of this caliber to have staff who make guests feel valued and appreciated whatever they're wearing or whatever they look like, but unfortunately, that was not my experience, no smile, no eye contact, not even being regarded as a customer.  Yes that was Ghada who forgot the meaning of the word receptionist. I believe that the front desk staff play a crucial role in setting the tone for a guest's stay, and in this case, it left a negative impression. I hope the hotel management takes note of this and addresses the issue to ensure that future guests have a more pleasant experience with this lady and others like h
