A hotel worthy of a 5-star rating… The staff adapts to the guests and does everything to make their stay better…: kudos to the Moroccans who have truly mastered customer service. Thank you.

Normal. Very interesting interior, but very dark. Living on the second floor, nothing can be seen in the room. Always half dark. And so, in general, everything liked. Service is good. All polite, helpful with any questions. There are no shops nearby where you could buy fruit. But it 's on the coast as a whole.

It was a wonderful experience, very friendly staff, very warm welcome, very nice room, nice pool, just perfect, I rate this hotel as very positive with a score of 10.

The hotel is ideal, very large, they gave us an apartment separate from the hotel. It is the highest hotel in all of Agadir, everything is very friendly and the breakfast is very complete

I think a lot of people forget what sort of accommodation they would get at home in the UK for the price they have paid for a week or so by the sea, constant good weather and a lovely swimming pool to hand. Our standards are exceptionally high but we forget that the culture is different in Morocco. For me, as long as I have a clean bed, clean bathroom facilities and a version of everything I expected to get/have access too, then I can cope with a chipped floor, dusty floors, tired decor. Surely a friendly, helpful welcome is more amenable to a good experience? The pool is immaculate and throughly cleaned every morning. The only negative is the Gawd awful techno, trance, ******* (C) rap sample music the guy plays at full bunge all afternoon. You cannot even have a conversation with the person next to you. It REALLY was a pain in the Rse every afternoon. The restaurant food scenario does leave a lot to be desired. I thank the Lord I was only having breakfast. The cooked food is basic and poor choices of bread. NO FRUIT! But lots of salad???? 🤔🤔 Only One toaster for the guests to use. Omelette EVERY day, surely a change to pancakes/crepes wouldn't tax them too much? The poolside cafe is dire. Very poor selection. The staff are as slow as treacle in the north pole!! There is no gym or spa available at the time of my visit. Overall, I felt it was value for money. Most of the staff work very hard and are friendly and polite.

Excellent welcome. The staff in general are welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is served at your table with everything you desire, and politely. The maintenance and hygiene service is very good. Secure parking. Flawless.

This hotel is in a great location. if you come out of the hotel and turn right and cross over the road, there is a McDonald's in front of you. if you turn left coming out of the hotel, as you walk along for 5 miniutes, you will see plenty of corner shops for drinks, snacks, etc. just after the shops, by the roundabout, if you turn left, you will see some food resturants, and at the end of this road which leads to the beach, you will find a money exchange which have good rates in exchanging money. The hotel is very clean, and I advise taking a room with a sea view on the 4th floor upwards for the best view. The rooms have a private balcony, and the TV has a 24-hour English-speaking channel showing good films (MBC Max). The downside to the hotel is that the wifi is nonexistent. i brought a mini wifi router 4G/5G router off eBay before I left the UK for around £15. When I arrived at Agadir airport, just by the duty-free shops, you will see the orange and lnwi stores. I went with lnwi, and for £10 i brought a 10GB sim, which the girls put into my router to show it works. The router then worked fine in my hotel room at the Hamilton Hotel. i stayed for 1 week, but the SIM ran out of credit because I watched a lot of football on my tablet and other videos. Maybe I should have brought a 20 GB SIM card. During the day, I couldn't be bothered to walk to the beach or sit in the hotel swimming pool area, but straight across the road from the hotel is a stadium with lots of seats, and I found it very relaxing. After 2 hours, it got too hot, so I went back into the hotel for the shade of my balcony room. Nice hotel and loved the music in the evenings coming from the other hotels.

Expérience mitigée: tres bel établissement, qualité du service impeccable, qualité de literie nickel. Seulement pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, il y a des choses à dire: 1)Buffet du petit déjeuner pas mal mais pas digne d'un 5 étoiles surtout pour la partie salée ( très peu de choix de Charcuterie et fromage pourtant au Maroc ce n'est pas ce qui manque) idem le Maroc regorge de produits de qualité et de saison qui ont manqué au buffet (avocat, fraises....) 2) musique forte dans le couloir devant la chambre dès 7h du matin, ce qui me réveillait et malgré la plainte à la réception, rien n'a été fait. 3) Si vous avez le malheur de vous plaindre pour des dysfonctionnements, les responsables perdent vite leur sourire et deviennent très nonchalants, ce qui est un manque de professionnalisme

The staff members were so nice and helpful. Special thanks to Azedine, who was helping me to organize surf lessons or also trips to Marrakech or finding opportunity to participate on cooking lessons. The location of the hotel is perfect for people, who want to stay just at the hotel, as you are directly at the beach. Most of the guests were either families or older people. If you want to walk to Taghazout it is possible, but it takes around 45 minutes. The pools are not heated, which made them not so enjoyable as the water really gets cold. The breakfast has a lot of variety to offer, but it gets very crowded and at some point the food is not refilled. The rooms were spacious and clean. What I did not like so much is that the live music, which is offered mostly every night is playing either Spanish or Latin American Music. It doesn’t feel authentic to come to Morocco for this. I rather would like to listening to Moroccan Music there. But in general the hotel is nice with nice staff members.

Very happy and pleasantly surprised. Having stayed many times at a comparable hotel (50 yards away) I was quietly confident with my stay (despite reviews) but the reality of my stay was better than expected. There'll be reviews giving it lower rating but let's be realistic. For the money, location, pool, sun terrace and service you can't do better! Unfortunately for me a private matter meant I had to check out early but I will definitely return. Cleaning was exceptional, room comfort very good and WiFi better than other hotels. Pool area was quiet, location means you pick up street noise but being higher than street level I hardly noticed it. Sunset views need to be seen
