I had a wonderful stay at Atlantis. Every staff was so kind and warm, especially Estou (凌月) helped me a lot such as carrying bags, booking restaurant and she also gave me a special gift. Waterpark was so much fun and I had a fabulous dinner at Gordon Ramsey's famous restaurant Bread Stree. Not only that, but also live band at Tikki Bar played charming musics. I would definitely choose to stay at Atlantis if I were to visit Sanya again. Had a wonderful memory here.

This hotel is awesome. Location was perfect, the beach and all shops are nearby. Cleanliness was good. The cleaning service cleaned their room every day. Huge apartment, that was I’d loved so much. If I have any chance in the future, I’ll book this hotel definitely.

The hotel is situated in a very touristy area. Many Russian-speaking tourists. There is a mall by the hotel and a food court area across the street, the beach is within walking distance. The room was clean it came with basic amenities, I would take an extension lead to charge multiple devices. The elevators are very slow and if you want to relax by the pool and find a place to sit you need to go early as the seats get taken fast. The gym area has enough equipment to get the job done. Check-in and check-out were very fast, we had no problems. If you cannot speak Chinese they will translate. There were a few rude entitled tourists. Be courteous and respectful to the workers and people trying to help, and make an effort to use their language either via a translation app or learn a few words. You will see the instant appreciation and respect for trying. If you go to the front of the pineapple and walk left for about 5/10min you can find some Western restaurants called the Dolphin, Little India and an Italian place. If you want coffee early in the morning there is a Starbucks on that same road that opens at 7:00 am. Overall it was a good stay for a business trip with no issues.

Had a very nice time at the Holiday Inn. It’s very quiet l. You are close walk to the beach and Yalong Bay Park. The hotel staff was very informative and helpful in answering our questions or recommendations. The room had a great view. There is a kitchen area but no cookware or dishware to make food ( side note we didn’t ask so I don’t know if it’s available. The fridge was stock with drinks and was complementary Afternoon tea was at the sister hotel next door and you can choose from 3 sets. The included breakfast buffet and hot dinners were very delicious. There are plenty of eateries on the property or a quick Didi / walk. I would stay again.

The hotel is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the sea that will leave you in awe. The serene environment is incredibly peaceful, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The rooms are generously sized and offer ample space to unwind, complete with a lovely balcony that provides a picturesque view of the surroundings.

I recently stayed at four seasons hotel sanya and waiter number 9 was very helpful and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional cleanliness of the hotel, thanks to the hardworking staff! The room was spotless, and the attention to detail was impressive. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job of ensuring everything was tidy and sanitized. I appreciated the extra efforts they made to ensure my comfort and safety. Their dedication to cleanliness is truly commendable. Kudos to the entire housekeeping staff for a job well done! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a clean and comfortable stay.

Overall satisfied with the hotel. Room is big, clean and bright with partial seaview and a bathtub at the balcony. Walking distance to First Market and Wang Hao Supermarket. Our butler Kiki was extremely helpful, she assisted to call and made reservation for our helicopter ride as the nearest base was closed unexpectedly. Breakfast was nothing to shout about, with local and a little western style, freshness of salads and desserts could be better. If you don’t mind a hotel without beach front but conveniently located, this is a good choice.

Service of the hotel was very good even though they don’t speak English, they assist you through translation app willing to help. Especially person on the front desk helped us a lot. Food is delicious, rich variety. Room is clean. You can walk to the beach. It takes 5-10 mins. It’s near to the summer and pineapple malls. There is a free shuttle bus to duty free mall. You can take info from the front desk. We enjoyed our stay.

An absolutely amazing stay and the best value for money hotel I have ever stayed at. The check in experience was top notch and fine quickly without any fuss. The room is luxurious for the price with both a shower as well as a bath and the room is cleaned to a very high standard every day. In addition you are allowed to use the beautiful swimming pool in the hotel opposite. The hotel is only a short walk from the beach and is very close to great restaurants and bars in the area. I highly recommend this hotel.

Check in by Jacky (hopefully name is correct), was smooth and he was attentive offering us to book restaurant for our dinner. That's was a nice warm welcome. The breakfast was great many options from western to Chinese served in buffet and open kitchen. The service from the restaurant staff can be better, however its enough for some one like us that not looking to have top top service. The staff are working very hard from kitchen, restaurant service, housekeeping and i believed the back of the house that trying very hard to keep the maintenance and cleanliness. Please have some signage or reminder to the guest do not waste the foods at restaurants. I truly understand is hard to communicate to our guest do not waste the foods. Many of the guest waste the foods at breakfast and dinner buffet restaurants. Once again thank you for the management and th team of Hualux Hotel! keep it up and all the best.. Fantastic - I extended my stay! Would recommend the premium room over the deluxe Seaview room, much better layout and views😍 Nikki was professional, very helpful, and provided fantastic service. She was always available when I needed her! Also 吴玉姐 was very efficient, the room was always cleaned very well, presentable and she spoke English and helped me with my mandarin!!

We stayed three nights at Hilton Haikou and got the residence apartment. The view was gorgeous at lvl 29, the bed was comfy and room was spacious. It was very easy to take a didi car to qi Lou old street and haikou century bridge. There could be a bit of a jam during peak hour so do be mindful. At the back of the hotel, it's linked to a mall with a supermarket and coconut steamboat so it's pretty convenient. Buffet breakfast was yum, the waffles were the best compared to other hotels at Sanya and ocean flower island, the hainan rice noodle was delicious and the freshly fried youtiao. We wish there could be more variety but overall we enjoyed our stay

This is our first trip to Haikou, although we have been to Sanya a few times. The Langham Haikou is conveniently located, there are shopping malls, shops and restaurants nearby. The swimming pool is clean with nice view, esp. for taking photos. It definitely has a resort feel. All the staff provide excellent services, including Concierge and Front Office. Special thanks to Miss Julie Wang who is always helpful and caring in all aspects, and she upgraded us to a sea view room with stunning view! Deeply appreciated! The room is spacious and cozy, very comfortable. We will come back to stay again in the near future.

The room is spacious and clean, facilities is maintained very well. Bravo to Xiao Mai who provide me begin to end personal service. The buffet breakfast and dinner are satisfying which allow us to taste all type of local specialities. And the little fresh made bread serve during the buffet are cute and delicious. Thanks to the F&B team and the lady staff who assist us on member promo rate in the buffet restaurant, the whole team are friendly and helpful.

Let's start with the positives. The rooms at the hotel were undeniably great. They were spacious, well-designed, and offered a comfortable ambiance. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor, making it a pleasant space to relax after a long day of exploring the area. The hotel's breakfast selection was another highlight of my stay. There was a good variety of options, and the quality of the food was quite impressive. Starting my day with a satisfying breakfast definitely set a positive tone for my daily adventures. Though the overall service at the hotel was just okay, there was one staff member who stood out and made a significant difference in my stay - Kitty. Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself. On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.

It’s a great hotel at a very good price. You would pay about three times in Europe for this convenience. The buffet restaurant has very good selection of sushi and fish and meats, and the beer is included. The Chinese restaurant is also pretty good at a reasonable price. If you need a few things for shopping, just go across the street near the Holiday Inn.

Great hotel experience. My room was upgraded and I enjoyed the view. Room is clean and I got the rack to dry my wet towel and clothes. Location is good as the bus station is just a few minutes away and easy for me to go both sides. Check in and check out is very smooth as well with a nice talk at the counter. Will definitely come back if I visit Hainan again.

On the positive side: The hotel itself is quite great, playground and pools were appealing, several good activities for kids, restaurant and breakfast were also very good and staff very friendly (especially in restaurant) In the negative side: the location is not good, at least 8-10km from everything. No any restaurant or activities nearby, need to take a taxi for everything with at least 40min to 1h drive. One of the restaurant (noodle one) closed quite early so dinner in hotel was limited to 2 restaurants. In addition, because of weather (wind and a bit cold) beach was not suitable for us to stay and pools were closed. Good hotel for company events or short family stay (max 2 days) but not for prolonged family vacation (week)

A little out of the way and require taxi to get to it but ammenerties made up for it. Great pool and close to ocean and good jogging track. Well priced but I was there out of season.. Would stay there again.

Nice hotel, but needs renovation. I wish I went there when is was just built. The building and the rooms have good design (accept the glass doors in the bathroom) but are a bit old. The parking next to the hotel is huge but was full during our three days stays and we were asked to park quite far from the entrance. It was very full. The hotel is right next to the beach which is not crowed or dirty. I wish they had a basin for washing feet at the back gate that leads to the beach. I liked the garden there. The swimming pool is nice but I think it is managed by a different company since the service at the pool is very different from the hotel. But the pool itself is great, very big and clean. You may feel a bit disturbed because of the pool’s lifeguard who always shows and complains about everything. I don’t recommend the restaurant, it’s overpriced for its menu and taste. The breakfast is okay but definitely not something worth commenting on.
