Our recent family stay at the Pan Pacific Suzhou was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were treated to top-notch service that made us feel incredibly welcome and well-cared for. The Room & Amenities The room was excellent—spacious, impeccably clean, and designed with a perfect blend of modern comfort and traditional aesthetic. We were also impressed by the sheer number of amenities and perks provided. Every detail seemed thought out to ensure a relaxing and seamless experience for the whole family. The Highlight: Hanfu Experience The absolute standout of our trip was the Hanfu experience. • Variety: They offered a wide range of beautiful, high-quality traditional garments to choose from. • Family Fun: My family enjoyed this immensely! It was such a unique way to engage with the local culture and the stunning architecture of the hotel grounds. • Memories: We walked away with some incredible photos and even better memories. Final Verdict The combination of the beautiful environment, the variety of activities, and the attentive staff made this a highlight of our travels. It was truly a great experience, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. We will definitely return!

Overall it was ok , We liked the room’s location and that they had a telescope that my kid enjoyed using , bathroom was big enough . On the other hand the room was very old , worn down and had some stuffiness in the air . I asked the next day to have an air filter installed but it wasn’t when we came back. The room gets really hot even with the AC on ( we are visit h in February so it’s cold outside ) I felt a bit disappointed on the quality of the rooms and facilities for the price . Breakfast was also Ok , variety of Asian and western but things will finish fast and won’t be filled as soon as they are finished . I booked Shanghai-La cause I had great experience in their branches in other countries . I understand it’s an old hotel but I was not happy with the quality price ration wasn’t as expected . Front desk were friendly but took them a while to find our reservation even after I showed them the booking number. We were offered drinks and basket of fruits for the two days we stayed here and I found it kind and a good service . I have few other remarks but don’t need to write them all . It’s a good hotel but not for the price tag .

Very convenient location, so close to metro station. The staffs are friendly and helpful! The hair dryer is so good, I will say the best one I have used compared to the other hotels, better than a much expensive 5 star hotel 's hair dryer I stayed in Singapore .

Service is very important for us. The smile, the attention to the details are all over the house all the time. I love the vibe in the service team. I have my laptop and mouse on table, second day there is a mousepad placed! On table. I just desperately love this service detail. The breakfast has been known as the best breakfast buffet in nanjing for decades . We stayed in Asian pacific tower. The new building. The location is literally closed to everything. Comparing the price, the convenience, the breakfast, and the outstanding service, jinling hotel will be definitely my choice of stay whenever I travel to Nanjing.

A very good stay so far and it was made exceptional by two outstanding staff members. 刘玉 at Reception provided a wonderfully warm and offering excellent local tips. Her helpful attitude continued throughout my stay. 夏幸福 (Breakfast & Room Service) was incredibly attentive and cheerful. Her proactive and thoughtful service, whether in the dining room or delivering a meal, consistently enhanced my experience. They are truly the hotel's greatest asset. In fact, their excellent service is the reason I chose to extend my stay from an initial 3 nights to 10 nights, and perhaps even further.

Ketika saya melawat Suzhou kali ini, saya secara kebetulan melihat hotel yang baru dibuka ini pada mulanya saya tidak mempunyai jangkaan yang tinggi dan biliknya juga sangat bagus. The water pressure in the shower is strong and very pleasant, and facilities are excellent. It would be great if the variety of meals could be further enriched. Special thanks to Hendery for the room arrangements and the unique hospitality! Looking forward to the next visit!

We had a very pleasant stay, and the location truly couldn’t be better. Everything was perfect. The room was cozy, with a very comfortable bed and excellent shower facilities, fully meeting the high standards expected from an IHG hotel. The terrace offers a stunning panoramic view overlooking the entire city and the subway station is just a few steps away, making transportation extremely convenient.
