Hotel Dengan Gym di Jiangsu, China

Truly, we have so many sweet and unforgetable memories during our stay in Pan Pacific Hotel Suchou. We booked ”Family Two Bedrooms” for 4 of us & this room was the best family room we ever had. This room has 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 clean bathrooms and a mini kitchen with refridgerator, microwave and sink that made our in-room experience was very comfortable. The housekeeping was also very kind plus their excellent services to mention. We remember this Ms. Xia Ning, a room attendant, who left a beautiful postcard in our room with her heartful and warm greetings with her own handwritings to make sure we had comfortable stay and satisfied. We are surely touched by her beyond service. The hotel's breakfast was one of the best with so various dishes and all were delicious. Some food were resembling the famous and delicate Chinese cuisines. We fully enjoyed Pan Pacific Suzhou Hotel's Panmen Scenic Area. The scenes of their large beautiful garden at noon and at night was unforgetable. We had a chance to try Chinese traditional clothings from Wu Palace Hanfu Experience Center (with Ms. Yichen's generous assistance) and also one-hour cheongsam experience (for women) that helped us to take many beautiful memorable photos. Other hotel's enjoyable benefits include Suzhou Memories-Wu Palace Historical, Collection of Passport Documents for Wu Palace, Tai Chi Experience, CNY 100 SPA voucher at Jialiya Spa & Free self-service laundry and drying. It surely gave us worth time to spent in the hotel. Our sweet 5-star experience with Pan Pacific Suzhou Hotel this time surely will make us to come back to this great hotel in our next visit to Suzhou.

The Hotel location is near the Nanyuanbeilu station about 2-3 mins walk. I booked a family room.for 3 pax but the hotel provides 2 breakfast only. The front desk lady was kind enough to give us a free breakfast for the 3rd pax. There are not many varieties for breakfast. The light in the hotel room is quite dim. Overall the stay is good

位置極佳，就在鹽城火車站西廣場出口，樓下就是公交車站。服務很棒，熱情周到。跑馬拉松延長到2點退房，大堂還有免費茶點。房間乾淨整潔。單號大床房靠近高架，雙號雙床房靠近鐵路車站。大床房稍微有點吵，睡眠不好的注意。隔音一般，樓道和隔壁説話聽得很清楚。隔壁大哥半夜打了一個多小時電話，哈哈哈。總體來説不錯很方便。樓下直達馬拉松出發點奧體中心體育場的班車很方便。

We were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary room upgrade. The check-in and check-out procedures were smooth with many staff attending to your every needs. They were all very helpful and professional. The hotel is a bit dated but otherwise well maintained. We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay. Location-wise, the hotel is connected to Xinjiekou station and near to many tourist attractions. Breakfast buffet spread was sumptuous with both Chinese and Western varieties with egg station, noodle station and a variety of beverages. Although a large hotel, breakfast never felt crowded and most mornings I was able to enjoy long and slow breakfast. Highly recommended. 

Fantastic. Very good hotel. Clean, spacious room with everything we needed. Very friendly and polite staff. Breakfast has a lot of varieties and food taste good. Will definitely stay again if we visit Wuxi again.

Ketika saya melawat Suzhou kali ini, saya secara kebetulan melihat hotel yang baru dibuka ini pada mulanya saya tidak mempunyai jangkaan yang tinggi dan biliknya juga sangat bagus. Ia sangat bersih, terutamanya wanita di meja penyambut tetamu yang baik dan baik. Dia juga menaik taraf jenis bilik. Saya memutuskan untuk tinggal di sini pada hari berikutnya. Ia juga dilengkapi dengan penutup tab mandi dan mandian susu Sebagai sebuah hotel, pengalaman ini sangat bagus. Namun, satu perkara yang benar-benar meruntuhkan pengalaman indah ini. Lepas consult customer service 3 jam, ada Pretending, masalahnya nak pakai baju tak payah bayar, tapi pura-pura kena bayar duit lepas masuk tak ada yang kata kena caj makeup. termasuk perkhidmatan pelanggan Jika anda mendakwa ia adalah pengalaman percuma, maka anda Jika terdapat sebarang item berbayar, anda mesti dimaklumkan Anda tidak menyebut apa-apa semasa keseluruhan proses solek. Adakah anda telah memakai 299 solek? Jalan-jalan penuh dengan orang, dan anda boleh berpakaian dan kelihatan cantik dengan hanya 99 sen. I stayed at this hotel over a weekend, and it was completely sold out (fully booked). Having lived in Nanjing previously, I know this hotel is quite famous, but I honestly cannot understand the five-star rating. The room wasn't dirty, but it was incredibly poorly maintained. The lobby is gorgeous, and the first-floor restrooms gave me the impression that the whole place would be pure luxury, but the room itself was, at best, a three-star experience. The issues were clear: The wallpaper was peeling, the furniture was scuffed and worn, the ceiling was very dirty, and the sink was separating from the counter. The hotel needs a massive, urgent renovation to truly justify calling itself a five-star establishment! The location is excellent, and I have no complaints about the cleanliness. The front desk staff was very cordial and polite. However, I sent a message via the Ctrip app before my stay, and it was never answered. Upon arrival, we were offered an upgrade to a ”lake view” on the 23rd floor. Frankly, it was nothing special. The windows were not exactly clean on the outside, and the view didn't impress me. I appreciate the hotel for the upgrade, but much more improvement is needed. Hotel prices in Nanjing are quite high, especially the weekend I stayed due to the marathon. However, paying 355 yuan for a ok hotel was not worth it; I should have spent a little more for a place with newer facilities and better aesthetics. I've stayed in many hotels across China, and I can guarantee this one is nowhere near a true five-star rating. I thank the kind staff for their service, but the management needs to address the urgent maintenance issues. P.S. Oh, and for those who don't speak Chinese, watch out for those master switches! (Last pic) I pressed one before bed and all the lights went off, and I thought, ”Wow, that's handy! One switch to turn off everything in the room, I like it.” Turns out, that switch didn't just turn off the lights—it cut all power to the room. So, our phones were completely dead when we woke up in the morning! 🤡

此次入住體驗非常愉快，工作人員態度很好包括清潔阿姨，都很熱情，不會因為我們帶了狗狗而嫌棄，一直強調他們是寵物友好酒店。當然我們也是給狗狗帶了毛巾和狗窩，自覺做好寵物的清潔工作。酒店地理位置非常好，出門50米就是步行街。房間温馨舒適，床品很好，房間內也是智能家居，可以聲控。所有員工都熱情友好，大堂還有自助咖啡機。是一家值得推薦的酒店！是我們一家在姜堰最美好的回憶！

Front desk staff are helpful and have good attitudes. Room cleansing is mediocre. Worst part:(1) consistently smelling toilet - probably structural problem with sewage. Had asked hotel staff to fix. (2) fire escape doors are constantly open - had asked front desk staff to close for safety reason. (3) MeiTun delivery staff are allowed to deliver to room by using cards placed in front desk - no security at all.

The room was very big which was nice, the staff was very friendly even barely speaking English they tried their best and were doing very well, well done. The only negative point would be that I have been proposed to participate in an excursion to Zhouzhuang the ancient city, I paid expensive and at the end it was only a bus ride stopping all the time everywhere, very long and uncomfortable. I paid way more expensive than a taxi for this, I felt disappointed about it.
