Overall, the hotel stay was pretty good. Location is slightly inside the roads but is still quite convenient to walk around though I felt that there are other hotels that is nearer to the roundabout area. Nonetheless, it is surrounded by many massage shops which is pretty good. Room is nice with projector and screen which the quality is good and clear. Downside would be that it seems impossible to turn off the bedside LED light. Room size is also pretty decent. Felt that the Housekeeping is quite wasteful because they throw all slippers and toothbrush almost every day after room cleaning.

The location is the best among the hotels at that area. Hotel is just alongside the Yalu River which we can see the famous river and the broken bridge and also North Korea from hotel room directly. Surrounding the hotel there are many Korean eateries and souvenirs shops. I enjoy my best ginseng chicken soup there. Will book the same hotel for my next trip.

The Location was very good - next to the Shenyang North Railway station and the line 2 metro station and the bus terminal The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with comfortable and functional amenities. The room size and wash room were large. The sheets were clean and had a good night's sleep. There were many restaurants and shops in the vicinity and in the underground areas for trains and subways. The breakfast was simple and Chinese

I guess the name Shangri-la raise up our expectations but it’s NOT Shangri-la. It’s JEN hotel although most taxi drivers refer to it as Shangri-la. Everything you expect from a good quality hotel is there. One of the best locations and best connected hotel to Subways. Shopping is great, taking the rail to outside shenyang is easy. The other location which is better (😂) is near the imperial palace.

, the room was very clean and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. The hotel was quiet and tidy, and we actually didn’t find any issues. We are looking forward to staying at the same hotel again. If anyone want to come to Dalian, i would definitely recommend to stay at this hotel.

이번 숙박에서 직원분들께서 정말 친절하게 응대해 주셔서 깊은 감사를 드립니다. 번역기를 통한 소통도 아주 원활했고, 특히 타오바오에서 주문한 택배를 안전하게 맡아주신 점은 투숙객 입장에서 정말 큰 도움이 되었습니다. 올해 새로 오픈한 곳이라 그런지 시설 자체가 무척 새것처럼 깔끔하고 쾌적했습니다. 위치 면에서도 지하철역과 가까워 이동하기 편리했고, 역 근처 마사지 샵은 이틀 연속으로 방문할 만큼 훌륭해서 머무는 동안 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 호텔이 앞으로 더 완벽해지기를 바라는 마음에 작은 피드백을 덧붙이자면, 객실에 처음 들어갔을 때 환기를 해도 완전히 사라지지 않는 약간의 냄새가 남아있어 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 퇴실할 때 옆방 문이 열려 있어서 입구에서 냄새 킁킁 맡아봤는데 옆 방은 또 냄새 안 나더라구요 ㅠㅠ룸 바이 룸인가봅니다.. 처음 들어갔을 때 바닥의 먼지가 굴러다니고 수건에 머리카락이 남아있는 등 객실 청결도에 조금만 더 신경 써주시면 훨씬 완벽한 공간이 될 것 같습니다. 또한, 객실 내 콘센트가 일자형(11자)이라서 변환 어댑터가 꼭 필요했습니다. 근처 슈퍼에서 급하게 산 충전기는 속도가 너무 느려 다소 불편함이 있었어요. 호텔내 보조배터리 유료 대여 기계가 있긴해요. 그리고 냉장고가 없어요. 가성비 있게 묶기에는 아주 좋아용!

It was an amazing hotel with high level of luxury. Friendly staff. Location is excellent next to the most luxurious mall in Shenyang, Mixc, which can be accessible from the hotel through underground. Youth park is across the street from the hotel and it's a good place for a walk. Hotel is located in a very nice and safe area.

Well, the room was quite satisfactory, and then the service was very warm, and a small gift was given when I left the store.Well, I will come here to punch in next time. It is very convenient everywhere. I recommend it to my friends.
