Hotel Dengan Gym di Liaoning, China

This is one of my best stays in China . Every positive review about this place is true!! I chose this hotel because of the auto bidet which is a rare feature in China. Kudos to the 2 male and female staff on evening duty on the 16th of Nov 25 ( I didn't get their names but the gentleman wore glasses - quite handsome and lady was younger and quite pretty too ) . They were the only staff who went above and beyond. The rest were not bad but not good either

We had the best views of the Yalu River, Broken bridge and the friendship bridge from our room and could look into North Korea with binoculars. The binoculars in the room were a thoughtful addition. Mr. Huang Rui at the Reception desk was very helpful. He helped us with transport and restaurant recommendations and kept checking in on us from time to time. The room was comfortable, but the bathroom was really small and congested. However, the breathtaking view made up for it. So, no complaints. Highly recommend this hotel.

We were extremely happy with our stay at this hotel and thoroughly satisfied with the outstanding service. Even though I wasn’t the easiest guest—having to modify my travel plans when my friend joined me during my stay—the manager went above and beyond to quickly adjust my booking multiple times to accommodate my needs. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, beautifully styled, and staffed with many kind and helpful coworkers. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming experience.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff is super supportive, help you out in any way possible. The room was very good, clean and tidy. The only problem faced was the wifi which was not working.

The service was outstanding — the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They truly made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. The location is perfect, right in the center, which made everything so convenient and easy to access. It saved me a lot of time and made my trip much more enjoyable. I recently stayed at JEN Hotel by Shangri-La in Shenyang, and while the property itself is a bit dated, the service I received was truly outstanding and made my entire trip memorable. I would especially like to thank the front desk team, Bessie (管家), and the airport transfer driver for their exceptional care and support. Upon arrival, I faced some challenges as I didn’t have a local China phone number, and due to severe weather, I was unable to arrange food delivery on my own. The team stepped in immediately to help place orders for me and even ensured the food was delivered right to my room. They also assisted with receiving and managing courier deliveries for my online purchases, which was incredibly helpful. In addition, my luggage was damaged at the airport, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by following up daily and assisting me throughout the process until the issue was resolved. Their dedication and genuine willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier. What truly stood out was the warmth and kindness of everyone I interacted with. The people here are incredibly warm-hearted and attentive, and they made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay. Although the hotel itself shows some age, the level of service is among the best I have experienced. I would definitely return when I travel to Shenyang, China again. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience.

I extend my stay there for another day due to the hotel is affordable, comfortable and near Metro. I accidentally left my wallet in the hotel room and tough that no room cleaning will be done. I when out in the morning and back in the night and notice that my room has been clean. I was worried about my cash in the wallet that have around $700 and my cards which I did not place into the safety box when missing . After check not even a single thing or $ missing. Thanks to all the staff which is able to guide and recommend us place to visit. Will back to this hotel when my next visit 🫡

酒店位置特別優越，出行吃飯都特別方便，周邊配套齊全。前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住退房速度很快，工作人員態度温和有禮貌，有需求都能及時響應。房間乾淨整潔無異味，佈局合理温馨，床品柔軟舒適，睡得特別安穩。洗漱用品齊全，熱水供應充足，水壓很給力，衞浴乾濕分離設計很貼心。房間採光通風很好，隔音效果也不錯，晚上特別安靜，完全不受外界打擾。衞生做得特別細緻，地面、桌面、衞生間都收拾得一塵不染。整體性價比超高，環境、服務、衞生都無可挑剔，住宿體驗感拉滿，下次過來還會優先選擇這家酒店。

It was an amazing hotel with high level of luxury. Friendly staff. Location is excellent next to the most luxurious mall in Shenyang, Mixc, which can be accessible from the hotel through underground. Youth park is across the street from the hotel and it's a good place for a walk. Hotel is located in a very nice and safe area.

Room was clean and spacious! Location was central and easy to navigate. The hotel was equipped with Smart AI - ‘Xiaodu’ to control the room settings and robots to send the delivery to our room. The staff was also professional and prompt in their service, their manager was checking in our stay to make sure that we were always comfortable. Recommend!
