3. **Room Size**: The rooms are spacious, offering plenty of room to relax. However, they do have a slightly older decor that might not appeal to everyone.
4. **Toiletries**: A heads-up for future guests: remember to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers, as these are not provided.
5. **Location Considerations**: If you're not driving, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It’s a bit isolated, making it less convenient for those relying on public transport.

GGuest UserBeautiful hotel not far from city centre. Staff were lovely and welcoming.
The room was large, with twin beds put together, which was unexpected with one duvet over both. I did expect separate twin beds, but it was ok.
The hotel itself is full of history, including a knight. I called him Gerald. I would love to have been there longer than the one night so I could fully explore the hotel.
We did not use the spa, and again, I would have loved to. We are likely to go back to fully experience what the hotel offers.
Parking was easy, with plenty of spaces.
Breakfast is buffet style plenty to choose from. No one shows you around just go and help yourself.
We look forward to going back.

GGuest UserOn arrival of the hotel we where asked to pay. We had already previously paid but the desk were unsure so let us go up to our room and asked us to come back in the morning. The receptionist was extremely polite and apologised for the mistake that they had made and in return gave us breakfast vouchers. We informed her that we had no working window and it was uncomfortably hot in the room with only the fan and no air con. She gave us a card for the air con but sadly the air con was extremely poor. After 2 uncomfortably hot nights we informed the lady on check out that we didn’t have the best experience in terms of the temperature of our room. They apologised but still was uncomfortable. Apart from that our stay was welcoming and very clean.

GGuest UserGood points are the cleaningness and the amenities such as the jacuzzi. Staying in September weekday was quiet.
Bad points the strong smell in the apartment that seems to have humidity problems. The sofa was uncomfortable if someone plans to sleep there.
Surroundings outside the complex are beautiful, there's a path on the top car park.
Parking was very limited on the top.

CC MussoodeeEverything from check-in to departure was perfect . The room was spotless with a big comfortable bed .
We used the spa and pool which was all extremely clean with very polite staff at reception . This is our 3rd visit here and each time we’ve been very impressed
Breakfast was very pleasant as were all staff .Vast selection of food and beverages for all dietary requirements . We enjoyed the full
English breakfast that was cooked to perfection followed by some fresh pineapple / watermelon .
We’ve stayed here a couple of times when we fly to UK and will continue to enjoy a weekend break here in the future .

SScottStayed in the Dukes Head hotel- Kings Lynn to meet with friends the day before a wedding.
The hotel itself is located well in the centre of town and on first look in good condition around the outside and the lobby.
Our room on the other hand was not great. The shower was leaking, the floor not cleaned. The worst of it was being placed next to the lift, the noise was ridiculous, like having a tv on full volume all throughout the night. I noted this to reception and no apologies or acknowledgement to the issue seemed to sync in. I would not recommend staying at this hotel at all.

KKevowastakenStayed for one night, wouldn't have wanted to stay for longer, did what we needed. Not clean, the hotel in general and our room weren't clean. Breakfast was good, location is right on the beach. You get what you pay for, this is cheap and cheerful.

GGuest UserLittle bit dated but staff were very friendly, rooms were clean despite needing a bit of a make over. Zero Wi-Fi in the rooms which was frustrating. Second time staying at this hotel as the surroundings and golf course are stunning.

MMooneyA good pool and gym. Restuarant closed on Monday and Tuesday, there are street food Van's outside which were nice. Room was adequate size. Little balcony. No lift for first floor. Location is a bit remote so no much to do on foot outside the hotel.
