GGuest UserThe accommodation was very clean! That's a huge plus. However, what I really have to complain about is the lack of an independent way to cool or heat the room. In May, the rooms were extremely warm. At the front desk, I was told that the air conditioning runs centrally and cannot be controlled, and that I should just open the windows. Their comment: you can't expect more from a budget hotel.
1. Only 1 out of 2 windows actually opened.
2. This meant you could hear all the train traffic, including ambulances. Not for light sleepers.
Also, the reception wasn't very friendly that day. Other than that, though, it was okay.

GGuest UserI know this hotel well, stayed there for several months as a guest once years back and routinely return for work in the area. They didn't have any of my previous visits or details upon arrival. It changed hands apparently and all old data lost. I don't think change of ownership has helped it. It has become a boring, bland, corporate-type hotel with no redeeming features at all. It is an average German hotel. Rooms clean, efficient but extremely dull, needs some flair and character building & bringing into the 21st century.
B'fast OK, coffee good, warm food buffet is cold, so don't touch it, I recommend the cold buffet only! Not very friendly staff (reception, restaurant), unhelpful.
Wifi extremely poor - I couldn't connect to it - and on a business trip this is a disaster (in Germany, I carry my own independent VPN service).
The problem is city of Hameln in general has extremely poor hotels and services for visitors and business professionals, so Park Hotel a convenient location for Hameln city centre and for short overnight trips.

GGuest UserThe location is very convenient, just minutes from the main fire station. The staff are very friendly, and they offer luggage storage. Today is Easter, and they even gave us bunny-shaped chocolates. A hidden gem hotel!

JJadee_ZhI had a nice stay here overall. The location is excellent, being very close to the train station. A huge highlight was the wonderful service—the lady at the desk was incredibly nice and proactively shared helpful traffic updates regarding the event happening nearby. However, the facilities are quite dated. For instance, both the towel hanging bar and the toilet roll holder were loose and shaking. With a few maintenance updates, this would be a top-tier place to stay!

HH MatthiasExcellent stay at the Stayery. It's a walk or short bus ride from the main train station, and is very conveniently located near Neumarkt, surrounded by many restaurants, shops and kiosks. Check in and out processes were digital and completely fast and easy. The room was very spacious, comfortable and nicely designed! Kitchen was well equipped to prepare meals, but be prepared to bring buy own oil and seasonings. Highly recommend.

GGuest UserIt was really uncomplicated and lovely. The man at reception was very nice. When we ordered food and needed glasses and cutlery, we got them right away, and he wished us bon appétit. That's not always the case in other hotels. The room was also clean and nice; they didn't have large glasses, but it was okay. They even had bowls for dogs and paw drying racks, which I thought was really nice. But if my dog wasn't with me, I would recommend it. It was also good value for the price. What was really great was that the Rewe supermarket was 5 minutes away in the CCL shopping center, the train was 6 minutes away, and the S-Bahn (suburban train) was 8 minutes away by bus (two stops) and 10 minutes on foot.

HHa_R_KWe were welcomed warmly upon arrival and given an equally warm farewell. The service was excellent throughout our stay, and the staff were friendly and attentive.
The air conditioning is good by European standards. As Asians, we generally prefer cooler room temperatures, but in all honesty, this hotel was noticeably cooler than the Maritim Bonn Hotel.
The room is comparable to a typical airport hotel, compact but comfortable. Making it ideal for an overnight stay or for travelers who plan to spend most of their time exploring rather than staying in the hotel.
We especially loved the convenient location and the outstanding service. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and we would gladly return.

GGuest UserThis hotel located around 400 meters away from main station. The hotel environment is clean and comfortable, also kind of relaxing which is nice and quiet. The room designed is modern and there is full window which allows you to open fully and enjoy the fresh air from the garden.
The breakfast buffet is rich and tasty as Holiday Inn standard everywhere. I’m happy with the stay in.
