Our stay in this luxury bedroom suite was a memorable experience, largely due to the exceptional accommodations. The suite itself was nothing short of spectacular—incredibly spacious and warmly appointed. The layout was impeccably designed, featuring a foyer, a living area, a comfortable bedroom, and a walk-in wardrobe. The bathroom was a highlight, with a separate water closet, a vanity area with a deep-soaking bathtub, and a separate, spacious double shower room. The private outdoor sitting area that led to a huge, rejuvenating hot spring was the crown jewel of the suite. It's important to note the location within the Dong Feng Yun Scenic Area. A significant benefit is that the hotel provides the scenic area entrance ticket and transport to and from the gate, which is excellent. However, its setting means it is quite far from Jianshui's Old Town and other key locations. This can be inconvenient when you wish to visit other spots or find dining options outside the hotel. A major logistical issue we encountered was with return trips. When trying to get back to the hotel, most taxi drivers requested a top-up payment, as they would have to return to the city center without a passenger. Service at the hotel was generally good; the staff were prompt and attentive upon our arrival and throughout our stay. However, we noted a noticeable drop in attentiveness during the checkout process. A minor point to note is the centralized A/C system, which meant we couldn't control the room temperature individually. That said, the provision of a standing fan was a thoughtful and effective solution. The food at the hotel's restaurant was acceptable, though it didn't quite match the exceptional standard of the suite itself. Overall, this is a truly magnificent property for the space and privacy it offers, but its remote location requires careful planning and extra budget for transportation.

We stayed 3 nights at a river view room which was clean and well appointed. The service was excellent, they serviced our room and helped me print out a visa. The location next to the river is quiet and relaxing to see the boats go by. Breakfast was understaffed, since they rapidly ran out of food, plates, cups and couldn't cook or re-fill food and drinks. So go early for breakfast. It takes a long time for didi car to drive up to the hotel. Be sure to choose a route that avoids the traffic bottlenecks.

This was our first trip to Kunming and first time staying in the PAPMAN hotel. I have to say, this hotel is absolutely beautiful, well furnished and the service is impeccable. The interior design of room is so well done (love the bath tub, the shower, the lights at the basin, the curves of the ceiling) that we took inspiration for our next house haha! The room also comes with a 24/7 butler that is super responsive and helpful to anything you may need - food delivery, laundry, booking attractions etc and they are always smiling! Plus, the room comes with free breakfast, afternoon tea with fruits, and supper snacks!! Their cookies are so good. We are absolutely delighted with our hotel experience w PAPMAN and highly recommend it to everyone heading to Kunming 😊

Our stay was truly wonderful and beyond our expectations. From the beautiful surroundings to the heartfelt service, everything made this a very special experience for our family. What impressed us most was the amazing team behind the hotel. From the front desk, to the activity organisers, to the restaurant staff, everyone was warm, friendly, helpful, and attentive. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. It is not easy to find a hotel where the service feels so sincere and consistent in every part of the experience. The room arrangement was one of the most unforgettable parts of our stay. Waking up to the breathtaking view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain was simply amazing. The view received so many compliments from our friends and family, and many of them even asked us more about the hotel because they were so impressed. It truly made our stay feel extra special. A very special thank you to Jennifer, the Front Office Manager, for her prompt replies and thoughtful arrangements before our stay. Her care and attention to detail made us feel reassured even before we arrived, and we really appreciated all the effort she put in to make our stay so well arranged. Another highlight was how kid-friendly the hotel is. There were so many enjoyable activities for children, especially the animal feeding sessions and campfire dancing. Our child enjoyed them so much, and seeing her so happy made the stay even more meaningful for us. The fact that she is already asking to come back says everything. Breakfast was also a wonderful part of our stay. There was a good variety, the food was enjoyable, and the setting was beautiful. Starting each morning with the peaceful view of the lake and mountains made the experience even more special. This hotel truly raised our expectations of what a great and luxurious hotel should be. It is not only a beautiful property, but also a place made special by a team that brings so much warmth, care, and dedication to every guest’s stay. Congratulations to the hotel for having such an outstanding team and such a wonderful place. Thank you for giving our family such beautiful memories. We will remember this stay fondly.

這是我第二次入住雅高集團旗下酒店，本次選擇玉溪鉑爾曼，整體入住體驗十分出色，遠超預期。入住前酒店就主動致電溝通，細緻詢問我的各項需求，服務十分貼心。週末早餐可延遲至11點，對出行安排非常友好。 酒店全體工作人員態度都格外熱情：前台辦理高效順暢，行李房員工主動幫忙搬運行李，還特意幫我到負三 取回快遞。中餐廳服務細緻周到，客房大姐親切熱情，，解決了我的實際難題。 最讓我感動的是西餐廳的暖心細節。昨天我端着一碗滾燙、快要溢出的麪條，服務生沈亞東主動上前，小心翼翼用託盤幫我穩妥送到座位，全程耐心又細心，這個小小的舉動讓我倍感温暖。 從入住到離店，每一處服務都用心到位，真正做到了賓至如歸。玉溪鉑爾曼無論是硬件品質還是軟性服務都十分優秀，是一次非常滿意的入住體驗，強烈推薦給大家！

This is considered quite a premium hotel in the area. It’s very family friendly - the pool seems popular, though if your window faces the ‘inside’ of the hotel you’ll hear lots of noise from it. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and quite new. A good place overall, if a little loud. In all honesty, if you’re a foreign person reading this who can afford to travel to China, I recommend avoiding Xishuangbanna. It’s a very tacky tourist trap of an area. Mostly populated by northern Chinese who have travelled down to hawk cheap and tasteless tourist experiences. Nothing worth seeing, even in the local parks. And everyone smokes here, it’s a little suffocating. I strongly recommend visiting elsewhere in Yunnan province such as Kunming or Dali - nothing to see here.

We got upgraded to suite with one bedroom for free! Could never imagine we will get this experience. The room was so big and comfortable for family with toddler. My kid was happily running around here and there playing with her toys because of the huge space. The location was nearby Shuncheng Street where we can access the halal foods and also very nearby to the famous Nanping Pedestrian Street. Cleanliness and hospitality was top tier. We thank the hotel for the nice opportunity for our family :)

The overall experience at this hotel is fantastic. The environment is clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the facilities are complete and new. The service is warm and thoughtful, check-in and check-out are both quick. The location is convenient with great cost performance. I had a very comfortable stay and will choose here again next time. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was very good. The room was clean, the bathroom was very basic. That's about all there is to say. It didn't wow us, either the room or the service (except for the breakfast). Seemed pricey for the experience If you do stay there, walk around the corner to the travel agent on the block over to plan your excursions. She's fantastic. Set us up for a day of going to the stone forest and caves. Took care of everything. I've put the logo of the agency in with the pictures.

這次滇西遊，住到了最滿意的一家酒店！保山是許多遊客的中轉站，匆匆路過實在可惜。行前簡單做了功課，便毫不猶豫地訂了兩晚這家酒店，入住後深感不虛此行。 從環境、地理位置，到酒店管理和人員服務，處處都無可挑剔。酒店對面就是青華海濕地公園，晨練看日落。房間寬敞明亮乾淨温馨，特別喜歡那個大陽台，在這感謝保潔體貼入微如圖三（好像是揚xx,抱歉我沒能辨認出您的名字），還要特別感謝前台的張露紅，得知我次日生日，竟悄悄讓餐飲部準備了生日蛋糕送到房間。這份旅途中不期而遇的驚喜，讓我倍感温暖，也讓我真正體會到了賓至如歸。感謝她的用心與付出，讓我的旅程多了一份難忘的記憶。
