Schönes Hotel, ruhig gelegen und unweit vom Zentrum (10-15 min abhängig wo man hingehen möchte). Aufmerksamkeit hab ich vermisst. Sowohl im Restaurant wo ich zu Mittag gegessen habe als auch beim Check in. Keine Erklärung zum Hotel. (Wo ist der frühstücksraum ?, WLAN, Wellness, welche Restaurants gibt es ?) Was toll war, mein Auto wurde zum Parkplatz gefahren. Im Restaurant gab es keine Aufmerksamkeit. Wie schmeckt das Essen, möchten Sie noch einen Wein, Café, Dessert? Tolle 4 Restaurants gibt es im Hof. Am Abend war der Cocktail im Saudade sehr lecker. Hotel carino, in zona tranquilla e poco distante dal centro (10-15 minuti dipende dove volete andare). Ho perso l'attenzione. Sia nel ristorante dove ho pranzato che al momento del check-in. Nessuna spiegazione sull'hotel. (Dove la sala colazione?, WiFi, benessere, quali ristoranti ci sono?…) Che bello, la mia macchina è stata portata al parcheggio. 🙏 Nel ristorante non c'era attenzione. Che sapore ha il cibo, vorresti un altro vino, un caffè, un dolce? Ci sono 4 ottimi ristoranti nel cortile. La sera il cocktail al Saudade era delizioso.

This is a unique boutique hotel experience. The concept is a great one for artist lovers and those who crave something distinctive while across from the Port in Cagliari. Our room was stunningly decorated and a treat to come to. HOWEVER, it was unbearably small. I would recommend that you consider the largest room available. We had little room for our luggage and had to climb over things to get to the other side of the room. We are small statured people and it was still a struggle. The hotel is green conscious. Had great food, and the best coffee on the island. If you require dependable WiFi and internet, DO NOT STAY HERE. The connection dropped throughout our 5 day stay and on our last evening, the power went out for the entire evening, over a 12 hour period. For about 5 hours, the power came on and off, but kept kicking off. We were never provided with an explanation for it, just that our side of the building was affected and that they were looking into the situation. At 12 midnight, I demanded an explanation, and the staff person basically said that they were told the matter would be fixed by the city centre by 9PM BUT by midnight there was nothing that could be done according to the staff. By 9PM there was NO POWER to us until approximately 7AM and nothing was offered to us to make up for the situation. I asked for a refund for the evening but the working staff refused to accommodate us, they had no authority to follow through with anything. We had prepaid through our travel agent, who now tells us that we needed to deal with the hotel directly. Our time on Sardinia was a lovely dream come true, HOWEVER, this last night has left a real sour experience to our holiday.

Great SPA hotel in Olbia. It is not far from airport, 20 minutes by the bus. Bust stop is 5 minutes on foot. Nice pool and pool bar, pool towels are provided. Interesting architecture. Great service. Breakfast is good enough as for the four star hotel.

Nicely appointed hotel. Huge TV showing satellite channels and Netflix which was a nice bonus. Out of town but we were just using as a base for the start of a road trip. Free parking and breakfast was ok. Staff attentive. Seemed more of a business hotel but it was fine for us. Definitely needed a car. We did walk to a local shopping mall but it was a fair way.

It is a such an oasis in a busy city. Full sea view with a lot of greenery. The hotel is beautifully decorated. It is a very quiet area for solitary. But more importantly it is a venue to train our young people to engage in an industry with fast development especially after covid time. Trainees are skillfully trained with the thoughtfulness of all the instructors.

Wir finden eine Wäscheleine oder zum Aufhängen haken für diverses. Steak, oder Fisch im Salz war absolut top. Obwohl ich hätte es gerne gesehen, das ihr ein sehr heisser Stein beim zerlegen des Steak genommen hättet. Empfehlen das Hotel sehr gerne. Die Lage unvergesslich. Direkt auf den Hafen und das kommt einiges an Schwimmenden Villen rein…

Incompetenza e poca professionalità sono la base di questo resort targato Baglioni ma di Baglioni c’è poco se non il logo... Si tratta di un vecchio resort denominato Paradaise, ristrutturato alla meglio e usato come trappola per i turisti stranieri che hanno poche pretese. Personale non formato in modo adeguato e in alcuni casi troppo saccente. Pulizie camere non fatte o fatte in modo sbrigativo, ad orari assurdi come alle 17.30. Lasciando strofinaccio per le pulizie unto , bagnato e colpo di peli nella valigia… Che il guest service ha provveduto a lavare in lavanderia in modo gratuito…direi il minimo in casi come questi. Per un 5 stelle e ancora di più per un Baglioni c’è molto da lavorare per migliore i servizi. Meritano una menzione speciale Paolo e Antonello del servizio spiaggia che fanno di tutto per sopperire alle mancanze della struttura, Francesco del ristorante sempre professionale e il direttore Victoriano per l upgrade.

Abbiamo pernottato 4 notti e le uniche due note positive dell’hotel sono sulla posizione centrale e molto comoda e sul personale molto cortese. Dalle foto avevo aspettative molto alte che sono state pienamente deluse. Ci è stata assegnata una stanza con finestra che affacciava su un muro in più coperta dall’impalcatura che rendeva il tutto molto buio. Gli arredi lasciano molto desiderare in quanto datati e un odore sgradevole all’interno della stanza. Il secondo giorno abbiamo usufruito del servizio pulizia in stanza e non c’è stato rimpiazzato il bagnoschiuma. Per quello che abbiamo pagato mi aspettavo molto di più considerando che nel prezzo non era inclusa neanche la colazione.

Unfortunately, this hotel is situated between a busy road and a very ugly, large stoned beach, which is accessible via a very dirty and unattractive housing estate. You have to cross the busy road to get to the bus stop if you want to go into Cagliari, but first need to buy your tickets from the tobacconists. The road is extremely dangerous to cross, as there are no traffic lights only zebra crossings, and you feel as if you are taking your life into your own hands every time you cross it, particularly as so few drivers appear to want to stop for you at all! This is also unfortunate, because there is a restaurant on the other side of that road, which offers considerably better food than the hotel. The breakfast at the hotel was the same thing every morning. Pastries that didn't look or taste fresh. No cold milk for the cereal and 2 types of cheap meat with the same tasteless cheese. Nor was the fruit juice fresh, which is the least I would expect in a hotel that claims to be of such a high standard. The staff in the hotel were always pleasant, but on asking for more milk in my hot chocolate, I was shocked to find that whilst I had been given just that, they hadn't the sense to ensure the drink was reheated! Lukewarm hot chocolate is not pleasant! On another occasion, we asked for tea and they forgot the tea bag! One evening we ate dinner in the hotels restaurant. The price was €25 per head, and once again we were disappointed. A lack of choice. Food items that didn't go well together. Small portions, and no fresh vegetables to accompany our main course. The food was also lukewarm! With such food on offer, and the high cost of eating out at other nearby eateries (I think there were 2), it's no wonder we saw people coming back to the hotel with takeaway burgers and pizza, which of course, they were not permitted to eat on the hotel's terrace, so had to retreat to their rooms in order to consume it! As trying the local cuisine plays an important role for me, this didn't seem like much of a holiday and added further to my disappointment! Thankfully, we were only in this hotel for a week, but this felt like too long! The internal decoration inside the hotel was a bit dated, but there was some lovely art work displayed in the main communal areas, which provided a much needed lift from the look of the rest of it - including the rooms. Our room was immaculate- as was the whole of the hotel - however, it lacked a modern feel and was also lacking in basic maintenance. The shower head holder fell out of the wall on the first evening, and the towel rail looked as if it was soon to follow. We informed reception, and both matters were dealt with the next day. We also used the hotel's pool a few times during our stay, and it's presence was definitely a bonus given the ugliness of the nearby beach. We enjoyed staying here. It’s definitely worth up grading to a room with a balcony, which we did after the first night. The breakfast was excellent and lots to choose from. It’s about a 20 min walk into the main part of the city, where there are lots of more touristy places to eat and see. Lots of cruise ships dock, so there’s always a lot of visitors, but it gives it a vibrant vibe. There are more restaurants to choose from locally and definitely worth looking for, as more authentic. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful and you get a fresh cookie on arrival, which was home Made and delicious. Overall, a nice hotel. Bedrooms were a good size and nice. Bottles of water are provided in the refrigerator but you have to pay €2.50 ea small bottle! Pool area is big and lots of beds.

The hotel is really nice, the beach is quiet, white sand, clear waters. The staff is really friendly and helpful, in special the bar staff, the entertainment staff and the concierge for being very accommodating. The bad things about the hotel is that everything is extra. You have to pay extra for the beach chairs, towels and I think for a beach resort that is non-sense. I understand giving a deposit for the towel (as many people tend to steal or damage it) but not to pay for a new one every day. The beach chairs, 15 euros per person - not per umbrella+2 chairs as it is generally done. It's very expensive. Another thing is that the breakfast is very poor. I was expecting nice natural squeezed juice but got the boxed ones, the italian bread - that is always very good - were dry and tasteless. A lack of fruits too (except pear and oranges). The coffee is from a machine. Needless to say that the breakfast was a big disappointment. ANother thing is that we are not allowed to use any restaurant so you are designated to one, which is fine but they need to make it more clear in the reception. If you're ready to pay more extras and maybe keep getting a taxi to go around for dinner, this is a great place to stay.

We already go on a summer vacation in Pullman Almar Timi Ama for years and I have shared several times how wonderful this resort is. However, I will not miss another review this time because they managed to surprise us again. In the first place I would like to emphasize that maintaining such a high standard it’s not an easy task but this hotel definitely does it successfully. We go with certain expectations about service, food, entertainment, facilities etc. and we have never been disappointed. Moreover, year after year there are some improvements like for example this year the evening shows were more, very professional and very different so we could not get bored although we spent there 2 weeks. Also the rooms were renovated with a very pleasant interior. I will not mention again all the reasons that make us name Timi Ama our second home, but I would like to say big thank you to the team because these people are really outstanding. Zou makes a fantastic example how restaurants should be managed but he is also the soul of this place as he is always there for us and knows how to make us feel special. Also Giulio who is around to treat us as an old friend no matter if at I Ginepri or at La Veranda. All the staff in the restaurants is great, I’m afraid I’ll miss someone but I must especially thank to Francesco, Umberto, Andrea, Nicolas, Natalia and Rita who took such a lovely care for us. Our nights at the pool bar wouldn’t be so unforgettable if it wasn’t Nikolai with his wonderful cocktails and such a pleasant company, many, many thanks. Last but not least I would like to mention Marjolaine is always manages with great attention our reservations and reception. The overall atmosphere of Timi Ama is something we can’t find anywhere else, so we can’t stop recommending it. We miss you. See you next year.

This is my third time at the Grand Baia Resort Great place, right on the beach. Beach is nice and clean, next to sea. Rooms are spacious. Staff is pleasant, always greeting you and makes you feel at home. DJ Alex at the Grande Baia was nothing short of spectacular! His songs were perfectly curated, capturing the essence of the resort's vibrant atmosphere. From the first moment he had the crowd engaged with singing and dancing, effortlessly blending genres that appealed to everyone. The way he mixed tracks created a seamless flow that kept the energy high throughout the night. Alex's captivating performance, made for an unforgettable experience. CAN’T WAIT TO RETURN

What an outstanding hotel! Beautiful views, a quiet ideal location and the friendliest staff. We loved drinks by the pool and the peace after a day at the beach or exploring Porto Cervo. The Balocco was truly dog friendly, something our dachshund really appreciated! We’re coming back.

Gelato for breakfast. The really good kind. Wow pastries also for breakfast. And “caffè normale”which anyone can ask waiters instead of getting from a machine which makes ok coffee. And the omelettes? Extremely nice guys making omelette as you want, white only with cheese if one wants. Comfy and silent rooms. By a gorgeous beach. There is even a small and ok fitness room.

We are staying here at the moment. Do not judge the hotel or the grounds on the reviews. The Hotel The hotel is a typical rustic Italian hotel. Upon entering the hotel lobby, you are greeted warmly and offered a drink whilst waiting to check in. Once you are checked in, the walk to your allocated room is through the centre of the hotel grounds surrounded by grass and trees. The Room The room we were allocated was adequate for us. The decor is again, very rustic Italian. You have a fridge, safe and a veranda. The only downside to the room is the hair dryer, if you want home comforts, take your own. Apart from that, there’s nothing to fault. The Pool The pool is situated at the top of the hotel close to the main entrance. There are more than enough sun beds for all guests and we never had an issue in finding one, no matter what time we went. The one downside is the pool is freezing! However, some people won’t mind that. Next to the pool is the main bar. The people who work there are very polite. I have read a previous review where someone had stated that they could only get one drink each, this is untrue, we never had issues getting multiple drinks for ourselves. In the evening, this is where the entertainment is, I can’t comment on the entertainment as we never paid much attention to it. In front of the main bar is a quirky food truck if you don’t want to leave the side of the pool for lunch or a snack - they have a good variety of food ranging from salads to sandwiches to burgers. The main restaurant The main restaurant is situated near reception. The food selection for breakfast, lunch and evening meal is superb. Plenty of different choices, catering for all tastes and allergies. The WiFi There is WiFi available in the hotel. We haven’t had any issues with it and it is quick enough for general browsing, FaceTime etc. The only place where we didn’t have WiFi was at the beach. The beach The beach is at the bottom of the hotel, past the restaurant that you get one free meal, through the gate and you’re on the beach. The beach is clean with very fine sand. There are a few pebbles and shells, but not more than you would find on any typical beach. The only downside to the beach is that there isn’t a bar here, the closest bar is around a 3 minute walk…….stops you drinking too much!! Overall, we are very happy so far with our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back in the future.

We had a wonderful and very relaxing stay at the Hotel. The location is amazing and the fact that the pool had salty water and the beach had access right in front of the hotel made us not want to leave the Hotel. This combined with an adults only but tranquil environment made this stay unforgettable. Furthermore all staff has been very polite and professional . Such bad customer service at this hotel. I’m not sure the positive reviews on here that state ‘brilliant management’ are true so be mindful of some of the latest reviews. I believe the true reviews are being watered down by false ones….After speaking with a lot of guests while we were there most of them had a very negative view of the hotel staff and their stay. Information from staff seemed to change on a daily basis and you were never quite sure what’s true and what’s not. The Mediterranean restaurant was closed during most of our stay and we asked why, but were given blank stares and no explanation We asked if we could be informed when it reopened. We found out at the end of our stay that it had been open on the Thursday night, but guests hadn’t been informed. A couple we spoke to had noticed a couple of people in there and asked if they could eat in there that night. They had a four course meal and said it was great. Only 6 guests ate in there that evening. When we heard we asked if we could book a table for the following day. The food was good, but the portions were extremely small and we were told we could only order 2 courses not 4 like the previous evening, when we questioned it, again blank stares and just ‘no’ just 2 courses. At the end of our meal after we had ordered a couple of drinks we were told that even though we were All Inclusive, the drinks weren’t included and we had to pay extra for our wine. We said we weren’t told this and the waiter blatantly lied and said he had told us. This happened time and time again. We were given out of date info about catching buses to the town. We were told one day we could hire E bikes, when we went to arrange the hire we were told no we couldn’t as they weren’t charged as it was the end of the season. The very next day another group was allowed to hire the E bikes. The experience you received seemed to depend on what staff were on that particular day. No one put themself out or seemed to care if you were having a good time. The only member of staff that cared about the guests was Antonio, a young lad that worked behind the Lime bar. He even seemed to get annoyed at other staffs lack of customer service.

This is quite a nice hotel centrally located and very close to the harbour. We had the standard room and it was a good size, small balcony from Which we could see the harbour and water. The staff are lovely and very helpful. As we had been traveling around sardenia for almost 3 weeks, we did some handwashing and I used my travel line on the balcony for it to dry but was asked by the hotel to remove it. ( nothing was draped over the edges). Fair enough. Our only issue here was the breakfast. Perhaps we have been spoilt with previous hotel breakfasts - this was packet cakes and rolls. Average runny eggs and undercooked bacon. Other than that very small issue, we enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed coffee in the cafe attached to the hotel as well as late afternoon drinks in the sun. Special mention to our fabulous waiter Fabio (?) There was a lot of noise late at night from the adjoining park so if you are a light sleeper perhaps ask for a room at the back of the hotel. A must while you are here is to get on a boat and tour around the islands. It’s a wonderful day but book early. It’s very popular. Also go on a day trip to La Maddalena. It’s gorgeous. The hotel can advise on the best way to do this.

Absolutely perfect 4 night break. The hotel and its staff are wonderful. The hotel is about a 30 minute walk from the main town and a 5 minute walk to the beach. We walked into the town every evening for a meal and enjoyed the opportunity to stretch our legs after over indulging in the many delights on offer. However, there is a bus stop about a 2 minute walk from the hotel entrance. The hotel caters for all your needs. The breakfast is spectacular with a great array of options for you to decide on. The pool area is the definition of relaxation, and the rooms are expertly decorated and well maintained. We got engaged a day before arriving and are now seriously considering returning for a honeymoon.

El Hotel Martini mantiene la esencia y la autenticidad de un establecimiento hotelero de categoría: elegancia, limpieza, ambiente relajante, detalles en todo momento y espacio, etc. Pero lo más notable es su personal de recepción y restauración. La recepcionista Marzia Balsamo es absolutamente excepcional, no solo es cordial y atenta, sino que se esmera por dar el mejor servicio. Sin duda, volvería a alojarme en el Martini si vuelvo a Olbia, un hotel que aunque no esté en el mismo centro, tiene paradas de autobús en la puerta que te conectan en 20 minutos con el aeropuerto, así como un bello parque y excelentes vistas del puerto, gracias a una impresionante terraza desde la cual se puede desayunar, cenar o tomar una copa.

Hotel spettacolare, personale gentilissimo e super disponibile. Camera stupenda con bagno privato super pulito e doccia stupenda. Tutti i prodotti per l’igiene personale sono offerti da loro ed è disponibile anche l’accesso in piscina che offre il servizio di bar e bagnino sempre disponibile. È dotata di bagni appositi e spogliatoi. La colazione è servita a buffet e il personale è gentilissimo e soprattutto bilingue, c’è una vastissima scelta di cibo e la location nella quale la servono è vista prato e c’è la possibilità di fare colazione anche all’aperto. Lo consiglio vivamente per vivere un’esperienza di confort a un prezzo speciale!

Appartamento con un bel panorama, in casa c'era tutto l'occorrente per la cucina. Pulite le lenzuola fornite come del resto tutta la casa. Zanzariere presenti ed utilissime. Come note dolenti la mancanza di una tenda da sole in terrazza che non ti permette di usufruirne a pieno se no dalla sera, poco spazio tra le ante dell'armadio che non potevano essere aperte completamente ed il letto. Ultimo, quella che a mio avviso è stata una caduta di stile, il giorno della partenza invece che alle 11 abbiamo chiesto la possibilità di uscire alle 13.30. Il tutto ci è stato concesso. ma nonostante la casa non avesse altre preoccupazioni, ci è stato richiesto un plus di 30€.....
