Mmeow_littlecatThis was my second time staying at Abest Grande Hotel, and once again, the experience was excellent. The service is extremely good — all staff are very polite, welcoming, and always greet guests with a genuine smile. We were offered a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a very nice touch. The staff were also very helpful in calling a restaurant on our behalf to assist with making a reservation, which we truly appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a long day. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby transportation, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it a great base for exploring the city. Overall, the hospitality made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of throughout the stay. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

GGuest UserThe overall cleanliness of the hotel is perfect. The mattress and duvet of the hotel are very comfortable and clean full marks We are driving over to the hotel staff at the door to meet  have five-star enjoyment ,  hot spring is also very hot and clean, 2 meals service is full score, and dinner food has room for improvement,  breakfast options, not much room for improvement, maybe because of winter, many shops near the hotel have been closed early, we came to this hotel is around 3:30, then very convenient to visit Law Hill City. Our stay was also the wedding anniversary the hotel was very attentive to give us a small gift thank you 👍

IIvy ChanshukyinThe service attitude of the hotel staff is very good. The hotel room is OK, but there is no view because there is another building in front. The distance to the hot spring is too far, there is no convenience store nearby, and the transportation is not very convenient, you have to drive yourself.
