Hotel Dengan Gym di Osaka Prefecture, Japan

Semasa saya mendaftar masuk, saya secara tidak sengaja tertinggal sampul surat berisi wang di atas meja di tingkat satu dan naik ke bilik saya. Seorang kakitangan datang ke bilik kami dan menghantarnya kepada kami. Terima kasih sekali lagi atas kesabaran anda. Stesen Namba dan Dotonbori kedua-duanya terletak kira-kira 20 minit berjalan kaki. Stesen Kereta Api Bawah Tanah Nishiohashi terletak betul-betul di hadapan, menjadikannya mudah diakses. Shinsaibashi sangat dekat, dan Orange Street juga berdekatan, menjadikannya tempat yang bagus untuk membeli-belah. Biliknya mungkin terasa agak kecil, tetapi jika anda jenis orang yang hanya tidur dan bersiar-siar, ia sangat berbaloi. Kawasan umum tingkat satu juga sesuai untuk menikmati makanan di kedai serbaneka. (Malah terdapat teko kopi, jadi anda boleh memasak air dan menikmati ramen!)

DEL style Osaka Shinsaibashi by Daiwa Roynet ini, pengalaman keseluruhan saya lebih baik daripada jangkaan. Lokasinya memang satu kelebihan besar, sangat dekat dengan Shinsaibashi dan Nagahoribashi. Saya boleh berjalan kaki ke Shinsaibashisuji Shopping Street dan Dotonbori. Untuk membeli-belah dan makan, saya tidak perlu merancang laluan khas, ke mana sahaja saya pergi semuanya mudah. Balik dari jalan-jalan pada waktu malam pun tidak letih, sangat sesuai untuk pelancong bebas. Apa yang paling menarik perhatian saya ialah adanya kakitangan berbahasa Cina di kaunter hadapan, komunikasi sangat lancar. Sama ada untuk daftar masuk, bertanya tentang pengangkutan, atau mengesahkan perkara-perkara kecil, berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Cina sangat meyakinkan, dan layanan mereka sangat mesra, tidak ada rasa kekok. Ini memang satu kelebihan besar bagi pelancong berbahasa Cina. Proses daftar masuk dan daftar keluar juga sangat cekap. Biliknya secara keseluruhan ringkas dan moden. Saiz bilik di pusat bandar Osaka ini boleh diterima, saya boleh membuka beg pakaian tanpa rasa sempit. Bilik bersih dan kemas, tilamnya empuk sedang-sedang, cuma bantalnya kurang selesa. Penebat bunyi agak baik, pada waktu malam saya hampir tidak mendengar bunyi dari luar, jadi kualiti tidur terjamin. Bilik mandi mempunyai reka bentuk kering dan basah yang terpisah, aliran air dan suhu air sangat stabil, sangat menenangkan selepas mandi. Saya tidak mencuba sarapan hotel kali ini, jadi saya tidak dapat mengulas tentang makanan, tetapi terdapat banyak pilihan di sekitarnya, kedai serbaneka, kedai kopi, dan restoran berdekatan. Pada waktu pagi, mudah sahaja untuk mencari makanan. ***a keseluruhan hotel ini lebih moden dan muda, bukan hotel perniagaan tradisional yang lama. Kawasan awam bersih dan kemas, memberikan perasaan yang sangat selesa. Secara keseluruhannya, DEL style Osaka Shinsaibashi menawarkan laluan yang praktikal tanpa mengorbankan kualiti. Lokasinya bagus, bilik selesa, ditambah pula dengan kakitangan kaunter hadapan berbahasa Cina, ia sangat sesuai untuk mereka yang pertama kali datang ke Osaka atau ingin penginapan yang mudah. Jika saya datang ke Osaka lagi lain kali dan tumpuan utama perjalanan saya di kawasan Shinsaibashi, hotel ini masih akan menjadi pilihan utama saya.

About 10minutes walk from Juso station (Hankyu Line) Exit West gate, there are a lot of restaurants nearby Juso station. There are convenience stores near to Hotel. I was given twin bed room in 14 floor by the reception . The room is comfortable, and have good view from window.

Comforters too heavy for the strength of the a/c. Would be nice if at least one front desk staff and concierge spoke English, as there were many English speaking guests having difficulty communicating. This is an international brand without staff to assist their international clientele? It literally takes forever to get any information and it’s a crap shoot that it will even be correct. Sweet and kind staff but just don’t ask them for help! The reason we’ve kept coming back here is because we are platinum with Bonvoy and because the airport bus is right outside of the hotel. Honestly will need to rethink staying here again. Not sure.

Newly opened hotel so it's clean and facilities are nice. Body towel, face towel, pajamas, room slippers, hair dryer, and plastics are provided. There's a sento, sauna, and a gym. Facilities are separated by gender. Easy checkin and checkout. Hotel is easy to find via Google Maps. JR Hanwa Line and Osaka Metro Midosuji Line are close by so that's easy access to the airport (one transfer but no need to change platforms) and central Osaka. Not a touristy location so it's peaceful, not many shops around, but there are restaurant options nearby. There's also a 7/11 beside the hotel. Would stay again.

This was the best stay we had throughout our 2 weeks trip to Japan! Initially I had the impression that the stay here will be very squeezy due the images shown during booking. Upon arriving at the lobby, we were early for the check in (supposedly 3pm) and staff informed they will allow early check in at 230pm instead of 3pm. The staff were all very attentive and had superb customer service. At around 220pm they suddenly allowed us to check in which the self check in process was so seamless, totally impressed firstly by allowing us to check in earlier, and the short process. Upon reaching our room, we were even more impressed! The room was spacious where i could open all 4 luggage at once. The view outside was cast upon the river. The feature by the door where we can place our winter jackets or clothes that could be reworn was so thoughtful. The only downside was the slightly smaller bathtub which we didn’t use. The table was slightly small for 2 pax as well. The hotel supports sustainability cleaning which allow us to choose the type or extent of room cleaning that we want which was great. Personally I totally loved the real time update of the laundry room of ALL the machines and time remained. It helped me reduced unnecessary trips to the laundry room to check on my laundry and when I want to do laundry, i’ll know whether there are available machine for use. Really appreciate this feature. Our only regret is not trying the breakfast. It looked so good and we would definitely come back for our next visit to Osaka and have their breakfast!

Stayed here for our last night in Japan. First timer staying at this establishment. Excellent location just that need to walk quite a bit from the Kansai airport, thats all. About 10 minutes walk, no biggie. But beware! the hotel lobby counters are manned by dinosaurs!🤣 Great onsens, rooms were excellent with wonderful views of the sea side but like usual, dont expect great space for your luggage in the room. Will definitely stay here again in the future nevertheless.

Sangat berpuas hati dengan kemudahan perkhidmatan hotel. Nisbah harga/prestasi sangat tinggi. Lain kali saya ke Osaka, saya akan menempah hotel ini. Mata air panas di hotel ini benar-benar kelas pertama, dengan pelbagai jenis akan sentiasa ada yang memuaskan hati anda. Selepas keluar untuk berseronok pada siang hari, berenang di mata air panas dapat menghilangkan keletihan. Bufet sarapan di hotel mempunyai pelbagai pilihan makanan, yang boleh memenuhi keperluan citarasa yang berbeza dan pengembara antarabangsa. Makanan pun sedap. Lokasinya mudah, berhampiran dengan Stesen Tenzhuji dan Stesen Zoo-Mae. Ia berdekatan dengan Menara Tsutenkaku dan Daisekai, jadi tidak sukar untuk mencari makanan yang lazat. Satu-satunya perkara yang menarik ialah masa daftar keluar lebih awal daripada jam 10, dan selepas daftar keluar, kami tidak dapat membantu menyimpan bagasi anda.

Art Bay Hotel is located in between two train stations, and there’s quite a walk for one of the station. The room was quite spacious and I had a very nice view of Osaka. There are free facial products at the lobby that you can take. There was an ice machine that we sadly didn’t use it enough. We tried to do laundry but the washing machines were all in use so we had to go to a laundromat nearby which wasn’t far away. There is a Family Mart right at the entrance of the hotel so it is very convenient to get food or any necessities that you need.

Lovely hotel at a great rate in a lovely location. There were addition charges such as river view room breakfast and leisure facilities. Bar facilities a little disappointing, not opening til 5pm Draft beer choices limited and bar staff a little stuffy.
