Hotel Dengan Gym di Enugu, Nigeria

The staff especially the one at the reception were friendly and professional..they were always there 24 hours,had different Nigerian foods,Egusi,fish pepper soup. ..enjoyed also the meat pie Their VIP room made me special especially if you’re waiting for the room to be ready and having my guest wait at the VIP for me was unique

Booked and paid online for two rooms, arrived and rooms were ready but I was made to pay again claiming they didn’t receive payment from trip.com. I complained to trip.com who wrote me to say they confirmed the payment and I will be refunded immediately. However till I chexked out I did not receive my refund

The hotel was very good I asked the room for a partner for business issues At the end after requesting my card, my partner had to pay at the hotel The bath was without water And we asked for something but was denied by the reception For example, they left us a glass of wine to drink a bottle we had Small things that make my client and partner disappointed Thank you very much
