Small double room, very soft mattress, bathroom was tiny, no surface for your washbag etc, very tatty bathroom suite, sink cracked from top to bottom, shower leaked so badly that the flooring was warped and leaked onto bedroom carpet leaving wet patch after each use.

Good size room, could do more with maintenance of place, especially with the cleaning of the room, nice breakfast, like the bar area as well, nice selection of drinks, good swimming pool and sauna.
Great location no far from the city centre.
This place with a modern decoration and cleanliness can go up to a 5 star.
Lovely staff, always ready to help you to get what you need.
Definitely will be back again and will bring my kids too.

The room smelled horrible. The bed was uncomfortable and the light in the room was terrible. The size of the room is large. The restaurant was good but the breakfast was poor. He needs a renovation

All good! There is no air conditioning in the room, and there are problems with the design and ventilation of the bathroom. The room is large, there is a free parking lot, and there are major supermarkets, restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

A very foggy cold night after a busy day it was nice to be welcomed by a friendly and informative receptionist. One nights stay room with small balcony overlooking the golf course and an incredible heater. Water pressure in shower is low but water hot
The rooms feel they would benefit from being updated a few ******* . *TV remote didn't turn TV off had to get up and pop hand behind set and turn off at socket. **The hair on the bath definitely not mine! **No obvious hairdryer. ***Room Service called twice extn not answered went via reception transferred to the bar salmon cream cheese on brown ordered arrived quickly unfortunately on white bread. Pink G&T delicious. Breakfast. Warm welcome and explanation offered from team. Great variety and the hot food was hot. **** The team brief at the bar perhaps could have been carried out elsewhere. Checkout painless.

Never stayed at a Novotel before but would certainly do so in future.
Very comfortable hotel and convenient location. Really good breakfast, sausages really special! Good that I could leave my bag for a while on my departure day.
My only slight quibble was that entrance wasn't perhaps prominent enough for pedestrians with luggage.

First time staying in a Holiday Inn, and it was a fairly positive experience.
The room was very clean and the attention to detail was good- but the hotel felt outdated, which is a shame.
Very peaceful night's sleep with very comfortable beds.
Staff were pleasant and helpful.

The hotel service is very friendly, you can ask them for slippers, I feel very kind and comfortable!  Open the door and put a cute horse doll on the bed in the room. It suddenly attracted our attention. My daughter drew one. When I left the store, I bought one again. It was 25 pounds. I liked it very much!
