Hotel lovely and clean, the rooms are basic but cleaned well every day, coffee and tea and bottled water in your room every day, our children stay in the room next door, i paid for a 3 bedroom but it only had a sofa bed in that was a bit small. Breakfast was lovely, lots to choose from. bar staff friendly and help full reception very helpful the hotel is about 3 miles from the main town and we got a taxi that was about £4.00 each way but more in busier times!

The hotel is nicely located, pretty close from both the train station and the Old Town. It’s pretty clean and the bed was comfortable. The sofa bed was also very useful. Unfortunately, there is no fridge in the room. Also, during hot summer days, it’s really hot in the room without an air con. We used a fan in the room but it was still quite hot.

Will recommend to stay in this hotel if you prefer to stay near the station. Booked this hotel because it’s near the train station. Opposite the hotel is a mall. This hotel is not in the old town but you can walk. The bed is very comfortable. No amenities are provided except shampoo. Toilet roll quality is low. Breakfast: In europe , the breakfast is good with few western food selections such like eggs, bacon, baked beans and sausages. There is a section on salad and cereal. The breakfast comes with a lot of drinks selection. Service is good.

The most wonderful traditional hotel. Wonderful because it has a charm that other hotels have lost through modernization. Not to say that the Pollera is in need of updating, I hope they don't do anything to change the way it is. The front of house team are very friendly and welcoming, the rooms are large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The room were in had an updated shower room, again it was spotless. Since our last visit they have changed the breakfast room arrangement. It's now VERY good. The offer is comprehensive and delicious. It's hard not to eat too much! The location can't really be bettered. It's close enough to the main square to be convenient yet it isn't bothered by noise and traffic. I wouldn't choose anywhere else to stay in Krakow. Excellent hotel, the room was beautiful and very clean, I particularly liked the lighting, not too bright and added something extra to the ‘jazzy’ atmosphere. The spa in the basement is amazing, had the entire spa all for myself for hours. Breakfast was good, staff was very friendly and the location of the hotel is ideal for discovering the beautiful city of Krakow ! Will be back for sure !

Our group checked into this hotel on a Friday night and we were asked to put all our hand carries, luggages, personal items through an xray because they had visiting dignitaries. I understand the procedure and we are willing to cooperate but what disappointed us was that even if the porter was available, nobody helped us lift our luggages to the conveyors and bring it down after the checks. We were asked to open our heavy luggages for them to check empty water canisters, loose coins, etc. One of my companions was even asked to drink the water to make sure it was ok. We were never subjected to this even in airports and all without assistance from the hotel staff. After long check which took us at least 20 minutes, we asked one of the porters to help with the bags to the room and the porter rudely said some of the bags didn’t have name tags so he can’t identify them. I heard our guide say he will assist with identification but the porter still complained. First time I experienced this in a five star hotel. What a disappointment for the Marriot group. The rooms we got were very nice. Location is good but the bad customer service ruined the stay for us.

Need to take a shuttle - too far to walk with bags. No info where to get the shuttle from. They also charged for the service - and would not take Euros - had to be paid in zlotes.

The standard of this place is not comparable to another Novotel in Cracow (and that what it should be). Rooms with squicky beds, non-functioning lights, the breakfast room with absolutely no capacity matching the number of rooms - you have to stand and wait for your breakfast and coffee for 10' or more. This is unacceptable. But the best of it: no conditioner! The hotel changed their amenities to Rituals which would be great only if they did not save on the conditioner. My female friends with long hair were devastated - without a conditioner that has been present in all the hotels in at least last 30 years worldwide they simply could not comb their hair. So it is a semblance of a progress when you fake-upgrade but take away a product that is absolutely expected in a 4**** hotel. Even better: every day my friends demanded a conditioner at the desk. And they got a small bottle of Rituals produce, always with a remark ”oooh, I need to go and see... oh, yes, we have one sample, but it is our last one”. For fun we tried that many times and it repeated in the loop (”oh, it the last one...”), so it was clear that the management trained their desk people basically to lie (as they had the produce in the back office but just did not want to give tit to the clients). Unbelievable. Once they actually did run out of it and offered us some makes that were taken from other hotels... I don't even know how to comment on that. Poor restaurant (again, nothing to compete with another Novotel). Service and desk-people basically very nice but it's still too little for the expected standart. Never again.

However, the reason why I’m rating so low is because the entire hostel had a very disgusting smell to it and the worst was the bed I was staying in had a really distinct odor, it was almost like the most disgusting humans body odor you’ve ever smelt. This smell lingered on everything that touched that bed for a few days after until I could get a washing machine. The place was very loud & the people in the hostel were not very respectful in this sense of sound and they kept slamming the doors everywhere. If you enjoy a hostel just as a place to stay then you’ll fit in perfect here, but be aware of your nose and your ears. Also the common areas were very dark and not well lit so it felt uninviting in the whole building

I visited Hotel Nosalowy Park for my Birthday Weekend! It was one of the best experience. We got an upgrate for a view room. The staff was very nice and super helpful. Breakfast very good, all with local food. An amazing A'la Carte restaurant with good feeling dinner and lunches and best drinks and coctails. I got a Birthday Baloons delivered to the room and well decorated. I highly recommend this place.

A memorable experience! Walkable distance from city center. You can get transport for famous places from there. Beautiful and huge park near by as well. Western and english breakfast with lots of varieties. Special counter for kids! Entry to thermal bath for hotel guests. Of course chargeable. Perfect gateway for family, friends and couple. I will definitely visit again. Few suggestions: Pre book thermal bath and breakfast to save some bucks! Indian restaurant nearby!

I was staying in a 4* building (Grand) and was surprised that the 2-person suite didn't have the air condition (there was only a standalone fan in our room). I was so sure that AC would be a standard in 4* that I didn't even verify it before booking. Also, there was no way to block the bathroom door, which is another surprise and disadvantage. Other than that all good, just a bit crowded but I guess it is expected in mid-July.

During the night, the air conditioning in my room was insufficient, making it very difficult to sleep due to the heat. When I informed the reception about this issue, I was told that this is the hotel's policy, which was not mentioned on your website. This lack of cooling during the night significantly affected my comfort and overall experience at your hotel. I believe it is important for such policies to be clearly communicated to guests prior to their booking to avoid any inconvenience.

Hotel super blisko centrum i innych atrakcji, jedzenie bardzo dobre świeże i bardzo duży wybór. Obsługa uśmiechnięta i pomocna. Super strefa SPA. Polecam

Stayed here for 4 nights. Didn't get off to a good start. Lady with blonde hair checking us in was so rude that we were taken aback. Needs customer service training or a new job. But things improved after this. Other reception staff were lovely. I had hurt my back and asked one of the staff to ring a physio I had found online. I don't speak Polish. Lady had someone she suggested and he came to the hotel. He was brilliant and a greatly helped my back. Great recommendation from hotel receptionist. Rooms were quite big. Nothing flash, but spotless and for the money great value. Note no fridge in rooms. We were there in winter so just left our milk outside on the window sill. Breakfast was okay. Not alot of hot food. Took ages to get a omelette. A toaster would be a great addition for your international visitors who aren't use to just bread for breakfast. Location was just perfect. Right on K Street. I would definately stay here again if ever back in Zakapone.

We like this hotel...this was our 3th visit here.this hotel is very good,good possition - near ski area,perfect food/restaurant and great wellness. But during our last stay we were quite dissapointed - 1.cleaning services wasnt good (we had to ask them if they can put our trash away from our room after 2 days) and 2 issue we had with kids club - opening hours till 7:00 pm - I think it can be longer, They were finish with kids attraction 2 hours earlier than are closing time, and plugs in kids club are not safe - its quite danger. I hope they will change these things in the future because this place deserve it - because its beautiful place for winter holiday.😉

Bel hôtel calme, joliment décoré. Atmosphère chaleureuse. La chambre avec vue sur la montagne est juste superbe. Emplacement proche de la rue principale, sans en avoir les inconvénients. nous y retourneront surement

Hotel jest bardzo ładny, pokój świetnie zaprojektowany i wykończony, obsługa miła, jedzenie dobre, widać że wszystko jest przemyślane. Super lokalizacja naprzeciwko szkoły narciarskiej, bardzo fajny teren hotelu dookoła. Jednak nie pasuje mi kilka rzeczy: nieczytelne oznaczenie - przechodząc łącznikiem z 1 piętra znajdujemy się na 3cim. Nie odśnieżano wystarczająco dobrze terenu parkingu, ani wyjazdu z hotelu do ulicy, droga jest wąska, chodzi tamtędy non stop mnóstwo narciarzy bo nawet nie wiedzą że z drugiej strony części *** hotelu też jest przejście i tamują ruch. Wyjazd przez kilka dni nie został dobrze odśnieżony, również okolica przed wejściem głównym do hotelu nie była odśniezona przez jakiś czas i moje auto pływało tam sobie w śniegu. Miejsca parkingowe zasypane tak że pick up z napędem 4x4 miał problem żeby zaparkować, nikt nie zatrudnił obsługi do odśnieżania miejsc parkingowych ani nawet nie porozstawiał łopat żeby każdy sam sobie odśnieżył teren wokół auta. Powietrze w pokoju bardzo suche co jest częste w hotelach ale kilma była zepsuta. Część restauracyjna super, brakowało mi jedynie mleka bez laktozy i roślinnego do wyboru. Dość mała część spa jak na tyle osób i jedna sauna zupełnie nieoznaczona, naewt nie wiadomo czy to sauna? Jednak hotel bardzo mi się podobał i na pewno jeszcze wrócę :D

There is no better location if you want to relax before a flight. Modern, clean and with all necessary amenities and facilities to have a pleasant stay. Was also very happy since through my Trip Diamond membership I got a discount of about 15% on the best rates available online and even on the Hilton site
