Khách sạn này có vị trí gần biển thật sự là một điểm cộng rất lớn Chúng tôi rất thích không gian rộng rãi, thoải mái trong phòng và đặc biệt là chỉ cần vài phút đi bộ là đến biển, thuận tiện cho những buổi tắm biển và nghỉ ngơi.

Good hotel, overlooking beach sea.... Rooms are comfy spa staffs are very friendly polite.... Front desk need to more professional and to provide proper informations... Rest hotels is great... Just this city lacks proper tourist destinations.... City needs more quality restaurants and cafes... Beaches are wonderful but popular beach like ky co they charge entrance fee, than parking fee, bed renting,.. It's supposed to be public beach but some company they leased and owned it... Now all visitors need to pay.... Never heard anything like this in Thailand... Bali....

10 out of 10 for attentive service, location views and breakfast. Regretfully weird architectural choices spoil the otherwise perfect stay. Linoleum floors in the shower? This is both cheap and unsafe. Open plan toilet in the suite? To hear ALL bodily functions of your partner? Someone also saved money on half width bath towels. BESIDES the staff Is brilliant and helped.us a lot with delayed baggage. Great hotel with poor architectural chioces

After a fabulous but hectic week sightseeing in Hanoi and Hoi An, this place was just what the doctor ordered! Lovely quiet beach and amazing, oversized beachfront bungalows. Loved stepping off the balcony directly onto the beach for an ocean swim, and watching the village fisherman go about their daily work and the local kids playing beach soccer. Rooms were immaculate and hotel staff professional, friendly and helpful. While there were some language barriers when liaising with some staff (to be expected - and I hasten to add, their English way surpassed my Vietnamese!), the delightful resort manager speaks fluent English and she couldn’t have been more helpful - even going as far to arrange for a staff member to drive to Quy Nhon to pick up medication when one of our party came down with the flu (and suggesting warm ginger tea, delivered to the room). Grounds were lush and beautifully kept. I’d read prior reviews about the pool being damaged and murky, but it appears to have been fixed up as it was clean, refreshing and functioning perfectly during our stay. We were here in off season and low guest numbers meant daily breakfast (included in room rate) was offered from al-a-carte menu, rather than extensive buffet style, but was more than adequate. Can’t comment on restaurant apart from breakfast, as we opted to dine at local restaurants on the beach which offered fabulous fresh seafood (and a big shout out to Big Tree Bistro which serves up the most authentic Italian pasta and wood fired pizzas I’ve ever eaten in Asia!) All in all, a great experience and our party of 6 in unanimous agreement that Casa Marina gets a big thumbs up from us.

Before we booked Anya Hotel QuyNhon, we did a little homework looking up at reviews and video on YouTube Our staying were nice since the facility is still new and very clean Breakfast buffet was great The location is good for us to walk to the restaurant’s nearby We already booked again for next spring 2024

This is my second time visit this hotel. This time I booked 02 rooms for my dad and his friends, because I booked 2 different room type so there are 02 separate bookings. There was a mistake that I forgot to change name for 2nd booking to under my Dad’s name. I emailed to hotel through OTA app and also called to hotel to ask for help. And I got a confirmation from staff that will help us to change booking name to avoid misunderstanding upon check in on arrival date (She didn’t mention about extra fee). Today, when my dad came to check in and front desk asked him for 500.000vnd and said to us that they do not receive any information from me (I have a evidence with me that hotel received my request). It’s not much but I’m not willing to pay at that time and asking for her to help my dad check in first then I will work on with reservation team. She was keeping say NO. She only does check in if we pay money for her, if not my dad has to waiting. It is very unprofessional and it’s not 5-star standard service that a 5- star hotel should have. This will be the last time we stay at FLC Resort Quy Nhon Tôi có đặt 2 phòng 2 bookings cho ba tôi tại FLC Luxury Hotel Quy Nhơn. Để trao đổi chi tiết, tôi cũng đã gọi điện gặp bộ phận đặt phòng để trao đổi về vấn để đổi tên booking này. Bộ phận đặt phòng cũng xác nhận đã thấy booking và cũng đã thấy tin nhắn yêu cầu trên booking của tôi. Và nói đã nắm thông tin hỗ trợ chuyển tên ( Không hề mention gì đến việc mất phụ thu cho phí đổi tên). Hôm nay khi ba tôi đến check in, nhân viên lễ tân yêu cầu thanh toán 500.000vnd phí đổi và nói không nhận được bất cứ thông tin gì từ tôi về request đổi tên. Tôi có nhờ các bạn hỗ trợ làm thủ tục trước và sẽ trao đổi lại với bộ phận đặt phòng sau. Tuy nhiên, với sự kém nhanh nhẹn và cứng nhắc của bạn lễ tân. Nhất quyết phải thu tiền phí đổi tên mới hỗ trợ check in. Tôi biết quy định là quy định, các bạn phải làm theo nhưng việc không linh động với khách hàng là quá kém. Tôi không nghĩ 1 khách sạn 5 sao mà có thể gây sự khó chịu cho khách hàng đến vậy. Tôi viết email này mong muốn bộ phận đặt phòng và khách sạn kiểm tra lại thông tin đặt phòng. Tôi cũng không nhớ rõ bạn đã nói chuyện điện thoaii và xác nhận với tôi là ai. Tôi nghĩ 500.000vnd nó không phải số tiền lớn mà tôi k thể chi trả, nhưng tôi mong khách sạn hãy xem lại cách làm việc linh động hơn và đưa thông tin đầy đủ tới khách hàng để mang lại trải nghiệm tốt cho khách hàng.

Khách sạn toạ lạc n*** trung tâm, gần quãng trường thuận lợi cho các nhu cầu mua sắm, ăn uống, có thể running vào buổi sáng dọc theo công viên giáo biển. Tất cả mọi thứ đều rất ok, chỉ có điều nhân viên vệ sinh không dọn dẹp phòng. Mình ở 2 ngày nhưng chả có nhân viên nào dọn phòng và sắp xếp chăn gối

Modern new clean. All is perfect... If you are not there out of season. I was alone in a deserted place. The receptionist came to bring me a fried egg and a wurlster because me breakfast was included but they did not opened the buffet for just one person. Far from the centre of life and from everything, it looks on a river and the scenery is nice. Perfect if you travel in groups and have somebody to take you to the city centre.

Absolutely fantastic highly recommend this hotel it was immaculate everything about it right from the bedding to the room to the floor to the showers in the towels to the sheets to the mattress outstanding not only was the price unbelievably incredible $11.60 per night Australian the service the staff is there translator for everything that we asked . In my opinion this is one of the best hotels we stayed in In Viet Nam so far and believe me with setting for the few it’s always a really good feeling when you ***** the beds and check out and even the mattress is immaculate and the pillows so absolutely 100% guarantee you’ll love it here and location is perfect you can hire a motorbike from reception there so helpful it’s the best I wouldn’t even think of going down the street for the extra or the under whatever you want to pay but yeah if you want to pay 60 bucks that’s great but why did you pay $60 when you can pay 11 and to be honest with you you’re probably gonna get a bit around a cleaner room and better service

設施：:六星 衞生：:🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 環境：六星 服務：六星 我要為它強烈打call 本來沒對它抱有特別大的希望，畢竟價格不貴，沒想到酒店一切都非常好，還送了我們免費spa,spa房非常漂亮舒適。 酒店承包了整個沙灘，玻璃海，海水湛藍清澈，很多海上項目都不用收費。 看到我們很晚入住，自動幫我們延遲退房到下午4點.非常感動。 酒店一切都是那麼美好，房間超温馨舒適，乾淨整潔。早餐好吃，品種豐富。

We celebrated my friend' bday in this hotel. The location is fantastic, there is a big Buddha statue nearby and a beach. The territory is green and beautiful. We didn't like the restaurant, very plain choice of food for breakfast for this money. Or dinner many items from the menu for absent.

The room was beautiful and spacious and I loved the up lighting of the ceiling. Staff were helpful. The pool is huge and the view was wonderful. We only stayed for one night - really only 12 hours, but we can walk alot in resort - and ordered room service for dinner which was delicious. They also have a small tea shop. They also have a small tea shop. Amazing place to get some tasty ice tea and relax.

Berdekatan dengan laut, lokasi hotel tersorok. Ia bersih dan bersih, dan sangat meriah untuk semua orang tinggal bersama.

What stands out is the level of service. Really well trained staff who are always looking to make your stay better. Not so common in Vietnam. I only found this level at the Four Seasons in Hoi An. There’s a few minor details like a rusty trash bin in the bathroom and some of the breakfast options weren’t great, but overall we had a very nice stay despite the very rainy weather. Check what the best time of year to come is. It’s not December.
