The lady at the front desk was very rude. I think her name was Martinez? Everyone else aside from her were very nice. Room was pretty good too.

Nice hotel, especially the lobby. Welcoming staff that offered us several water bottles. The room is good as well. Bathroom was alright but the shower drainage was terrible. Within minutes the tub filled with water up to my legs and didn’t go down, which felt unhygienic and really put me off. Also, for the price we paid and considering this is supposed to be a 4-star hotel, it would be nice to have slippers and bathrobes.

房間挺好的，就在戴維斯downtown，出酒店門，往前走一個紅綠燈路口右轉就來到戴維斯小鎮，有吃飯的有咖啡店算，嗯，酒店的對面就是一個電影院，酒店1樓是在戴維斯還算比較有名的西餐店吧

I was very satisfied & pleasantly surprised after reading some of the older comments. It's really sad that some people are so harsh but... I was very satisfied except for the lack of hygiene products. I accidentally forgot mine... Woke up late after a late night at Knott's & unfortunately missed the breakfast & actually can't remember if I was able to get any coffee before I left. My only other issue was when, I initially was making my reservation, I needed to ensure that we were getting an ADA room as paid for & was hoping to get one on the first floor. It's a good thing I did call because the elevator wasn't in service & the first CS agent wasn't able to find a way to even find my reservation. I called back & when I spoke to a different CS agent, there was no problem, we received the first floor ADA room & us Disabled Vets were able to maneuver easily in/about/out of the room. Thank you to all of the staff who went above & beyond to make our stay comfortable!! I'm in the process of booking two more stays here for the Military Tribute Days at Knott's!!

absolutely matched our expectations. great location, fast , responsive and friendly front desk staff assisted all the time whatever question was, rooms are  spacy, beds are comfortable, coffee/tea maker easy to operate, breakfast was perfect with plenty of meat and drinks, pancakes were awesome. i certainly recommend this crown plaza

We loved the place, the staff was very helpful and except for the internet it was a good stay. Internet in the room was too bad and as per the staff they have these issues. For breakfast it's same scrambled eggs and sausages only.

Penginapan saya hebat! Segala-galanya tentang hotel ini cantik. Secara harfiah, ia berasa seperti anda berada di dalam istana atau sesuatu. Lobinya sangat cantik ia mempunyai tangga yang besar dan mereka menawarkan teh. Ia sangat dekat dengan segala-galanya juga. Bilik ini juga sangat selesa dan mempunyai balkoni dengan pemandangan bandar yang indah. Satu-satunya perkara yang saya hadapi adalah tempat letak kereta kerana pada penghujung malam garaj penuh dan saya tidak dapat masuk semula tetapi selain itu semuanya indah. Saya pasti akan tinggal di sini lagi!!

clean and nice place, had no lift to access the second floor but it was okay. Good location to where we were going to, friendly staff as well.

地址位置很好，對面就是停車場，20刀一天，酒店停車場58。新裝修的，衞生各方面都很好。附近就是酒吧街，還有一個很大的買手店，都特別方便。

每次都住這個酒店，最讚的是服務人員，總是樂於助人， 幫我調房間並調會上次一個房間，位置很方便，開車停車都方便。老婆還喜歡逛旁邊的TJmax。
