Truly appreciate the free breakfast option! Well-located near John Wayne airport with driving distance to pretty much everywhere in LA thanks to location near the interstate.

The hotel I chose to stay in when visiting Riverside was pretty good, but the hotel wifi was not very good. The three people traveling with me could not log in. Even if we asked the front desk for a code, it was still an invalid code. It was disappointing! The hotel's specialty massage was ridiculously expensive, so I gave up trying it. There is a Macy's mall next to it, which is not worth visiting~

The room was amazing, it was clean and huge. We came with another couple and felt like we had so much room. So close to Disney Land as well! It was the perfect location for us.

We enjoyed our stay here better than expected. The room was decent and clean. Check in was very quick. Breakfast was basic, but we were okay with that. It was a little over 20 minutes to get to Disney which wasn’t too bad. We used Uber which cost $16-$40 each way depending on the time. I was traveling alone with a child and was really worried about staying somewhere that felt safe, and I never had any worries at all while at the hotel.

This is an excellent place just outside Sequoia and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Great breakfast with bagels, waffles, fruit etc. The room was comfy and warm but we could hear our upstairs neighbour stomping and next door's TV. Although everyone seems to go to bed early so not a major problem. The laundry room is cheap (total of $3.50 for washer and dryer). The negatives were no fresh towels with room keeping service and also the staff seemed a bit miserable, with the exception of Emily who was amazing! Shout out to Emily!!!

Hotel was clean for the most part, except under the bed which was absolutely disgusting; but who goes under there anyway?  The front desk staff were nice, so no complaints there, or anywhere except for parking!!  Apparently there is a customer there that is “VIP” (which is what the front desk staff told me) and they are allowed to park their trailer and take up 5 spaces, even though the rest of us paid for our rooms too.  My family and I were here on vacation to Disneyland, so the second day we arrived later in the evening back at the lodge.  I understand we weren’t going to get our original spot, but there was NO parking.  My husband drove the entire lot twice and by pure luck someone had just left, otherwise where would my family and I have parked?  Location is great and the staff were friendly, but this experience alone would never allow me to book here again.

Whether you're in town for business or leisure, you'll find that everything you need is within walking distance. Cleanliness: 5/5 The cleanliness of the hotel is commendable. From the lobby to the guest rooms, everything was spotless. The housekeeping staff clearly take pride in their work, ensuring that every corner is neat and tidy. This level of cleanliness greatly enhances the overall comfort of the stay. Service: 5/5 The service at this hotel was fantastic. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, which truly made my stay more enjoyable. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident at every turn. Facilities: 3/5 While the hotel excels in location, cleanliness, and service, the facilities are somewhat average. Although they provide the essential amenities, there isn’t anything particularly remarkable. A few upgrades or additions could enhance the experience, making it more appealing to guests looking for a more luxurious stay. In summary, this hotel offers a superb location, exceptional cleanliness, and outstanding service, making it a great choice for travelers. However, there is room for improvement in the facilities. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return for another visit.

The lady at the front desk was not very nice nor helpful. We arrived at 1:30pm, which I know is before the 3pm check in, but it's usually never a problem to check in early. We were informed that our room was not ready yet and that we would have to pay $30 more for another room that was ready. This place has over 300+ rooms, and not a single room was ready unless I paid more?!?! We worked til 5:30 am and just wanted to lay down and sleep, so we agreed. We asked for a quiet room since we needed to sleep and was working the grave yard again. When we got room our room it was right next to the elevator!!!! Not a quiet room at all as you can constantly hear the binging of the elevator, and here it going up and down no stop. We called the front desk, and the lady said we could vacant the room and wait 1 1/2 for our room to be ready. We asked how another room could not be available, especially after you charged us an additional $30. She said we asked to be upgraded to a bay view, and that's why she charged us $30 more, which was a totally lie.. All I cared about was sleeping, so I didn't care what room we were in or what view we had, I just wanted a quiet room to get some sleep. We explained to her that we work graveyard and desperately needed to sleep before our next 12 hour shift, but she refused to move us and said we could vacant the room. I begrudgingly said we would keep the room, but it was hard to sleep with the noise of the elevator. Same with the following morning, we got back from work around 6am and I had to drive back to Sacramento and didn't get much sleep listening to the elevator all morning. Worst customer service I ever had from a Hilton and will never stay again. I'm so disappointed they would not work with us.

I had a very satisfying experience staying at the Crowne Plaza San Francisco Airport this time. The hotel was clean and tidy, the environment was comfortable, and the service was thoughtful and meticulous. The facilities were complete and convenient. The airport shuttle service was a particularly nice touch, saving a lot of travel time. The standard king room was spacious and quiet, ensuring a high quality of rest. It's highly recommended for both business trips and layovers; the overall experience exceeded my expectations, and I will choose to stay here again next time.

This place is very nice,clean and staff very accommodating. I went to get a snack late night at the lobby nobody was down there but I left $ for my snack and my room,thought that was odd but besides that it's a nice place.
