Location was perfect. One metro stop away from the Suzhou Main station. 3 mins walking distance to Bei Si Ta. In terms of convenience there is plenty of local eateries around the area and it’s within 20 minutes walking distance to the Humble Administration garden and the Suzhou museum. The receptionist, was super helpful and great in giving recommendations on things to do and eat. Pretty fantastic service overall around the clock. Do make sure that if you’re too lazy to plan your own itinerary in Suzhou, feel free to write in to the hotel first since they can also provide you some reccs before you arrive. Cleanliness is one of the best I would say - comparable to some international 4 star hotel. For the price and service it is the best home stay I’ve been at.

Overall the quality-price relation is good, and close to the railway station which we needed. We arrived very late at night and could check-in after 1am as they have 24/7 reception service. The room is very big and they provide with the enough supplies for our stay.

The view was a quiet kind of magic like watching daily life unfold in Zhouzhuang’s water town felt like stepping into another world. The town moves at its own pace, different from anything I’m used to, and it reminded me how refreshing it can be to slow down and truly observe If you’re looking for a place with a cozy atmosphere, wonderful hosts, and the chance to soak in the charm of Zhouzhuang, Guyunfeng Hotel is a great choice. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks to its superb location right next to the picturesque Ping Jiang Road. The surrounding river village atmosphere made for a truly memorable experience, perfect for strolling along the canals and soaking in the local charm. The service was outstanding! The assistant was incredibly attentive to our queries and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their friendly and welcoming attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Whether you're exploring Suzhou for the first time or returning for another trip, this hotel is an excellent choice for a cozy and convenient stay. Highly recommended!

Very nice and spacious loft apartment, with amazing views of the nearby historic building roofs. The host lived in one of the rooms and was very helpful throughout our trip. They had free hanfu for guests to wear and when I mentioned I wanted to find a photographer/makeup+hair stylist, she helped introduce me to the photographer (who actually owned the hanfus) and a makeup artist. Location is super easy to access from the street and very central. Only small struggle was finding it for the first time since it’s tucked behind another shop.

Service was good very friendly and helpful ppl, location pretty near to airport good place to stay for connecting flights, Just didn’t like smell and bathroom was not clean. Anyway cost effective for solo travelers one night

숙소위치가 핑장루 근처라서 너무 좋았어요 외국인이라 호텔이 아닌곳에 묶을 수 있는지 걱정했었는데 사장님께서 친절하게 잘 처리해주셔서 잘 묶었다갑니다 한국인도 이 숙소를 이용할 수 있습니다 인스타감성숙소 너무 이뻐용 겨울이라 2층 베드가 있는곳은 추웠는데 라디에이터가 있어서 따뜻하게 잘 잘수있었고 숙소에 짐도 맡겨둘 수 있어서 넘넘 좋았습니다. 배달음식을 시켜먹을때도 사장님께서 많은 도움 주셔서 잘 먹을수 있었습니다. 가격도 저렴하고 한번 이용해보시면 좋을 것 같네요 ㅎㅎ

Highly recommend this place for your stay in Suzhou. It is 5 mins walk fr Ping Jiang Road. Located in a small alley off Ping Jiang and away from the busy street. Our room was on the ground floor in a small courtyard. Surrounding is very pretty. Room is adequate and most importantly it is clean. The hotel staff, especially Xiao Zhang (小张), are very friendly and helpful. We are always greeted by her ready and beautiful smile.

i guess this hotel is ok if you're only in your room from late night to early morning. the room was comfortable and I was there quite a lot, hoping to rest - but there was constant shouting and slamming of doors, and zero soundproofing, it was really noisy. I understand the owners live there, but if they also sell this as a hotel, they should consider their guests a bit more. i was also given the wrong information about transport to Shanghai. i hope they improve their service, because i can see they put some effort in keeping the rooms nice

Very good location in the heart of Tongli. Very cute and clean rooms with nice decoration. The entire Mingsu is well maintained. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It was an awesome experience!

Absolutely stunning hotel. Very well thought out and exceptionally located in the middle of a quiet street which gets lively with markets in the early evening. That said, it is very calm and quiet. Tea was great and the hotel was very clean.

Cleaning service should be improved. When you arrive in the room it is clear that they do not deep clean between one client and the other, cause the floors are not clean, there is dust, spider webs and there is heavy dirt in the corners of the room and behind the bathroom. Prp: the bed of the room I got was very comfy and soft. The room had a closet to store my clothes, and a big desk that was very convenient for me. The area around the building is very lively with a lot of restaurants and it's quite near the subway and train station (walking distance around 10-15 min). Cons:They should decide if they want you to provide an apartment or hotel service, they are not very clear what their aim is since they don't provide hotel service for short stays (like daily cleaning, they only take the rubbish but don't cleam bathroom and floors) but not even apartment service for longer stays (such as dish soap or a pot to cook, or things to clean the apartment on your own). They provide kitchen and washing machine with no cleaning products or kitchen appliances, not even soap to wash the mugs they provide (that were dirty). The people who work at the reception are friendly but completely disorganised. The first day I was locked out three times from my room cause they could not provide me with a proper keycode and finally gave me a key which I had to sit on the floor to open each time cause it was the emergency key of the electronic dial thing that there is on the door. One day I came back and the cleaning lady took out my electricity card even if I had food in the fridge that could have gone bad. They said that I should not use electricity and the A/C too much otherwise I should have paid more. They never stated this nor on the website or in person. After not providing me with good service, theh repeatedly asked me to give them good reviews and send them a screenshot of a 5 stars review, instead of asking me how to improve their service. Overall, when I booked the price was worth it but I would not book it again now that the price is more expensive.

地理位置的話非常好，旁邊有好幾座商場，想吃什麼也可以隨時吃到，房間是在建華大廈 樓是在31樓，有電梯可以直達，門口衞生做得非常好，還有老闆也是熱心腸，入住之後的話，衞生整理方面都比較不錯，看得出來阿姨打掃的也比較認真，比其他酒店還是不錯的，性價比也是不錯的，投影儀的話有會員，什麼電影都可以看就比較不錯，我也喜歡看電影，電視劇，這一類挺好的，附近的景點有夫子廟和總統府，離這兒也近，退房的話，老闆是給我延長了1小時，這點給老闆點贊，這家，不管衞生服務還是房型方面都是比較不錯的，性價比也高，推薦大概可以嘗試一下

This was my first trip to China and first time travelling alone so I was very nervous. Everyone was so friendly and patient when I needed help or had questions even though my Chinese is not great and I’m very shy 😂. One of the lovely staff even offered a snack on the first night which was a nice surprise but I wasn’t feeling great so couldn’t try it. Water was provided everyday which was really handy with the hot weather. The location is great so I could explore Nanjing easily and I could find food and supplies nearby. The metro is within walking distance. There is also a beautiful garden I could sit in when the room felt a bit lonely or I was bored after completing my activities for the day. Beautiful hotel and I will definitely stay here again if I get another chance to visit - the most welcoming place I stayed at on my visit to China.

這次住了個他家的新房型。還是很推薦。在離宇宙最繁華的新街口步行不到10分鐘的距離，有這樣的小資公寓，對商務出差或旅遊來玩，都是極好的選擇。樓下非常繁華和成熟，真的叫應有盡有。樓下過馬路就是珠江路地鐵口，每次都是從南站直接過來。其實這次因為跟朋友同住，他們還有單人房，有吊椅的，更推薦～

The bathroom has good space, there is no curtain between the toilet and the shower but it wasn't a big problem. From many hotels I have visited, I liked this bathroom the most. It was very clean. About the room, the space is just as the pictures show you, is small with not that much space to walk. But considering the cost-benefit of the place, it was OK for us since we just got there to sleep at night. There were USB sockets and normal sockets to charge our electronic devices, a very convenient detail. The subway wasn't that far from the hotel, so we just directly used it to get to the main attractions of the city. The Nanjin Railway Station was at like 17 minutes by subway, so it was very convenient. The moment we arrived at the property, we suddenly realized that we should have contacted the owner a little bit in advance to get our room number and code to get in the room by ourselves. We were worried that we didn't do it that way. Then we called the owner, and he quickly answered the phone and gave us instructions to get there. The place is on a building that has other businesses apart from the hotel. The main building looks a little bit old, but the rooms inside are really modern. There is a lucking coffee on the first floor. In general, it is a good option if you are looking for an affordable and nice place to stay in Nanjing.

自己一個人窮遊，去過很多個城市跟酒店，一般都是青年旅社，來南京看這家評分很高，果然高有高的意義。 這家店先説服務，前台小妹妹服務非常熱情，即使我是半夜入住困的不行，但是還是非常熱情的給我服務，還幫我領包入住。 在説環境：本以為100多一點環境會很差，因為之前去的別的城市就是，便宜但是環境很差。甚至還有蟑螂，這家店呢環境非常優美，進入還有淡淡的香味。應該是經常沒事打掃，很不錯呢。 衞生間也是裝修的很簡潔，感覺很乾凈，我也看了，馬桶都沒有污垢，很乾凈，算是我們窮遊性價比很高的一個店鋪了，而且下樓就有商店，周邊設施也很齊全，方便得很。

Well, what a wonderful homestay. The location is perfect being next to the famous twin bridges. There is no shortage of things to buy and see . The homestay itself is beautiful with a perfect mix of ancient architecture on the outside whilst being tastefully modern and contemporary on the inside. Every area is immaculately clean and the host /owner is wonderfully warm and friendly. No question is too much and she always recommended the best things to see and do. I will absolutly stay here many more times and I would recommend anyone who is visiting this magical town , to stay at this homestay. It was perfect 🥰 the homestay also has a resturant of the same name. And the food is amazing and authentic to the area. Some of the most delicious food I've eaten in China

Best hotel/homestay i’ve ever been to, it is located right in the main road of Zhouzhuang’s water town, we book a family room for 3 but when we check in the host even give us a extra room for free! And the view was spectacular! Overall 100/10 !

Great little place to stay. I booked the room with a balcony view. Enjoyed sitting on the chairs in the morning and evening. Mosquito netting around the bed is perfect for a good night sleep. Overall I would love to come back here again. No issue with Food Delivery into the park. Hotel staff were helpful in arranging Taxi Service to Oriental Land Station (100RMB). Enjoyed the shops and plenty to do over a couple days if you like to take your time strolling leisurely. Also traveled to Suzhou canals near Qilishantang and Pingjiang which are great as well.

The house is in the center of the acient town. It looks exactly as in the photos. The host is very nice, he helped us to late checkin and carry our luggages. In general, I recommend this house for the stay here

A very authentic place to stay! Being foreigners, we enjoyed the ancient town atmosphere here. Everything is very beautiful, the master even provides you with wonderful jasmine tea to boil in a clay tea-set. It’s convenient that there are rooms with three beds. We had two rooms - one had a nice river view with a spacious balcony. The location is great - just 5 minutes away from the automobile road and five minutes away from main attractions in the town. Despite being close to the historic center, it is a quiet street - perfect for relaxing on the balcony at the evening. The master also helps you with your luggage to bring it on a small car from the automobile road.

The hotel is at perfect location of the ancient town, well decorated and large rooms with beautiful view directly to the canal. We book a duplex room which is perfect for 4 persons, with a big balcony which is very chill to sit there drinking tea and watch nice view surrounding. The host is very friendly and helpful. Especially there is a family restaurant at opposite site, owner is the hotel host's sister, you can taste all the best food of Zhouzhuang here in a family like atmosphere. We have travelled from Shanghai to Wuzhen, then from Wuzhen to Zhouzhuang, also spend a day to Suzhou which is about 50 minutes by car from Zhouzhuang, among all these places we find Zhouzhuang is the best water ancient town, it is a must visit place if you like the water ancient towns in China.

Host is very friendly and hospitable, provided lots of good tips and even upgraded our room. Accommodation is located at the quieter side of the scenic area which is great. Highly recommended!
