Nice house with average services Front desk staff may arrive late so there are chances that you need to wait under the sun as all doors closed and you can only contact them by email during that time (not very responsive) Thin wall so may hear people talking in midnight Good experience overall despite the above Beds and tatami are very comfortable and smell good Taxi costs ard 1,000yen from kyoto station to the house

The room was large enough for two people. It has free laundry service (the shower has a dryer, you just have to hang the clothes there and it works really well). Really close to a shopping street with nice restaurants and shops. Also super close to the bus that goes straight to kyoto station. The personnel were super nice and helpful

혼자 여행이라 경비절감하려고 여럿이 사용하는 도미토리 사용했는데 굉장히 조용했었고 생각보다 잘 쉬고 갔습니다 호스트 분이 주변 맛집이나 가볼만한 곳 추천도 해주시고 너무나 친절하셨습니다 숙소도 깨끗하고 조식도 맛있었네요 일회용품이나 수건이랑 스킨로션 등 구비되어있습니다 전철역도 가깝고 산인 본선타면 아라시야마 금방갑니다 다만 캐리어 보관은 12시부터 5시 사이는 청소시간이라 숙소 안에 보관은 못합니다. 현관문 앞에다가 두는 건 된다고 하셨어서, 저는 혹시 몰라서 귀중품만 빼고 캐리어는 문 앞에 놔두고 돌아다녔네요. 아무튼 너무 잘쉬다 갑니다!!

個人一泊二食經驗中，最豐富的晚餐，雖然以蟹為主題，每人一整隻蟹，其他魚生，鍋物一樣也不少。最後完全吃不完，熱情的店家幫我們把吃不下的蟹肉起出來，搓成8個飯糰當成下一天的點心。 溫泉很不錯，池子面積也較大。男女湯都都設有室內和室外的部分，剛好一月下雪，一邊享受若狹灣的寒風一邊泡溫泉，世上沒有更美妙的事。 遊客大都是本地人，很地道的經歷。多謝店家

The best hotel I have even seen🥹 100% sure I will visit again. For location, it is a little bit far from the city but you can request them to drive you to the place you want anytime. It is never a problem for location and help saving travel time and cost!! The room is wonderful, it is very large and you can get everyting you need at room. There are private onsen in all rooms. The best thing for this hotel is the food!!! All things are delisous. As there are 4 rooms only in hotel, you can enjoy your meal quietly and slowly in restaurant, never bother by others. I am so surprised that I pay little for this outstanding service, room and food quality. Everyone should check this out:)

Highly recommend this hotel for a family trip to Kyoto. We stayed in the family Room with 5 adults. check in took at nearby kyoto station with feeder van provided to accommodation.The location is great just fews steps from Nishiki markets and it is surrounded by many other restaurants and malls. It was only 7min walk to the Shijo station which was 2 stops away from Kyoto Station. The apartment is perfect for family. There are three beds on bedrooms and two futons on side living room . The bathroom is complete with function like warm room and drying room, it is great for us to wash and dry clothes. We felt so pleasant and comfortable on Resi Stay Nishiki for our trip to Kyoto.

Loved our stay at Bonbori. The Machiya is located inside the pedestrian district near Yasaka Pagoda, so you’ll need to walk for a couple of blocks to get to the outside street for taking taxi/uber/bus. I recommend using their luggage delivery service if you have big suitcases, so you don’t have to maneuver them on the cobblestone roads. Early morning and late night walks around Ninenzaka and Kiyomizudera was wonderful, the only way to get some nice photos without the crowds. The house itself is lovely, smaller than I expected but very functional. Do bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper, and be mindful of the noises you make while in the house, the walls are paper thin.

The property is excellent and nothing to complain. But one thing to complain with Trip.com. As the property is a stand-alone house with no reception. The hotel should have provided a password to the property door lock for me to enter the property upon arrival. However, I got no advice from Trip.com about such arrangement as well as the door lock password upon booking confirmation. I ended up spending almost one hour after arrival at the property to contact the hotel office to sort it out and to finally get into the property. Trip.com should do something to avoid such mistake from happening again for similar cases.

在茶宿訂了兩晚，day2是206房間，榻榻米、老傢俱小擺設很有感覺，空調加熱房間也很快。雖然是公共衞浴且當晚房間滿員，依然極方便。唯一不足窗臨小小街道偶有車聲，但正好走幾天下來略乏，很快呼呼了。

Lovely house in central Kyoto, easy and convenient to get around to other parts of the city by bus or train. Very clean and atmospheric, floor heating, ACs, water temperature control. Mind you this is a traditional house so taller people beware, you are going to have to practice some ducking. The nearby environment was very lovely and quiet with some caffès, food places and shops all within 10-20 mins walking distance. Definitely recommend this place and other properties under the same name if you prefer this kind of stay to a traditional hotel.
