Everything is good. Foods taste good. The servers for the food orders are all very friendly and nice. Only the reception staffs are not professional . They gossip in front even there are customers for check in. They also are impatient when you request or feedback something. Toilet shower from girls dormitory are very clean but feedback on the reception that water is actually not draining. So when you shower, floor is all wet and water doesn’t go down that fast. Just for the reception, they should be more polite, professional, and trained to be more patient on their customers. The rest are all good.

Hight recommended! I was a perfect stay. I booked a bed on the women room. The bed is really big. The staff give a new towel EVERY DAY, I was pleased and surprised. They clean room daily. The toilet, shower always kept clean. There are free soup and shampoo. There are also washing machine and dryer for your clothes and comfort. The price is 50 b for washing and the same amount to dry your clothes. Also you can put on the hanger outside and it will be dry in 2-3 hours on the sun ☀. Also you can find a changing room with enormous mirror, you can put make up or dry your hair. Don't bring with you hair dryer 😉 You can also iron your clothes. The hostel provide beach towel absolutely free! You can enjoy swimming pool. It's really clean every day, the water is refreshing 😁. You can buy food and keep it on the fridge. You can use microwave oven to warm your food, the kettle. There is a kitchen if you are willing to cook. Ladies at the reception are very nice, smiling, polite. You can print some documents if you need. They are very helpful in each your question. AC is working properly. Parking place, smoking area, area for rest and zone for work...you can find everything in this hostel. The people I met here was open - minded, sociable. Only few steps and you can buy fresh smoothie for 50 b. If you cross the road it's a wonderful place to eat called The Thai Time with reasonable price. The beach is located 5 min by motorbike or 20 min by walk.

Great location for exploring Phuket's attractions. Spacious, clean, and comfy rooms. This is the best thing here, we really like to room! Parking was confusing; staff initially didn't clarify where to park. On the first night, we parked with half the car on the footpath without issue, but on the second night, we were scolded and told to park entirely on the footpath (since it was a rented car, not a pickup). There was also uncertainty about parking next to the hotel despite a 'no parking area sign,' with staff unable to provide clear guidance. Additionally, there's no elevator, and the hallway lights were off on our second night.

The cleanliness was outstanding! Lovely pool and common space. Beautiful to see the wide range of guest staying here, from young travelers to families with children. Wonderful walking distance to Old Town. Overall a wonderful stay. If there would be one thing I would ask to change about this place, is the comfort of the bed, but that is very minor cuz for the value of what you pay to stay here, seems rude to complain about. I would most definitely come back!

Als ich mittags, etwa eine Stunde nach dem offiziellen Check-in Beginn, kam war die Rezeption nicht besetzt. Ist ja schön und gut dass man sich via QR Code Scan einchecken kann aber man muss dennoch den Schlüssel ausgehändigt bekommen. Wenn man ein kingsize Bett anklickt möchte man offensichtlich nicht zwei Einzelbetten haben, aber wenn das Englisch halt auch nur sehr spärlich an der Rezeption ist hat man auch nicht die Nerven der Sache nachzugehen, denn Satz für Satz zu übersetzen ist halt zeitaufwendig. Als man am nächsten Tag etwas verkatert dann endlich sich aufgerafft hat möchte man nicht wieder aufgehalten um erklärt zu bekommen der Rücklauf am Spülkasten der Toilette eigenständig wieder hochgedrückt werden muss. Wenn ich doch weiß dass das nicht einwandfrei funktioniert komme ich nach der Schlüsselübergabe mit wenn ich schon keine Erklärung in der Toilette angebracht habe. Irgendwann während der zweiten Nacht war das Toilettenpapier aufgebraucht man konnte mal wieder keinen Angestellten finden. Auf der öffentlichen Toilette im Flur fehlte es auch. Beim Checkout war ich froh dass ich wenigstens einem Zimmermädchen den Schlüssel geben konnte. Die AC in Raum 103 ist wirklich top, verglichen mit anderen, gewesen.

A really great hostel with excellent location close to the airport! The common room upstairs is huge with a nice big library, pool table and air hockey table as well as a pool on the ground floor with lots of places to chill or catch up on emails. Good selection for the free breakfast too.

Still great hostel to stay in, my second visit in a short time. I stayed in the same room, different capsule, so not much to add. Except that the locker in this one was broken. Im sure maintenance will repair it immediately. I stayed only one night so it wasnt that urgent. Good value for money, high comfort, but they should really do something about the noise from the bathroom. It is awkward to listen your roommates emptying their bowels in the morning :( or soaping up while showering.

FFederdcWe’ve stayed at the hostel for five days during Christmas. We felt really welcomed by all the staff. We stayed at one of the private rooms and it was really nice. The facilities are great, with a complete kitchen where you can cook if you like and with coffee, tea and some complimentary snacks available too. All the facilities and rooms are really well maintained and cleaned. Their attention to detail is really good. The location is good, there’s a 7-Eleven just across the street, and the night market and the beach at walking distance, approximately 15/20 minutes. And the best thing is Sundae, their sweet little dog that you can say hi to. If we knew that the hostel was so nice we would have stayed for a couple more days.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaI really loved the place! It is SSOOOOOO clean! I wanted to stay longer. It is near 7 Eleven (which is common in Thailand.😀😄) It is also ear the airport. One guest told me he walked from the airport to the hostel, and I wish I did the same. Haha. I took the bus which was near the domestic departure area. It cost 100 baht. Anyway, I walked from the hostel to Nai Yang Beach and Sirinat National Park to get a short glimpse of the beach! I really loved it. Here are some suggestions I'd like to make: 1) Make the signage outside bigger especially for those who'll be arriving at night. I arrived at 7pm and struggled to find on Google Maps where the hostel was. It took me 15 minutes to walk back and forth before I saw I was standing in front of it! Lol. It's beside Wyndham Royal Lee Phuket. 2) The bar was closed on the night I stayed, so that's a good thing. Maybe do something about the loud music just in case, so that guests will have a good sleep especially those who have an early flight/travel schedule. 3) I couldn't find a female dorm and male dorm option, so I assume all rooms are mixed dorms for men and women. I would suggest working on having a female dorm and a male dorm separately. I was a bit nervous at first when it was only me and a guy in the room, then luckily another guy arrived. I was about to book a nearby hotel for 350 baht because I wasn't comfortable and would've been unable to sleep had the second male guest not arrived. Other than those, this hostel is PERFECT! *nice and welcoming staff *shower with shampoo and soap (which I never experienced in my former hostel stays in Malaysia and Laos) *clean toilets with tissue *cabinet with towel and key (I had to pay for my towel use in Laos) *locker with key *really nice living room with free water and tissue (Again, never experienced this in other hostels.) Oh I still have so many good things to say about the place! I'll definitely come back to enjoy the beach more. Thank you so much! 💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓

CCaitlin0205We stayed in a private room with a ensuite bathroom, the room is a bit small but big enough for us. Breakfast was included in the price of the room, however it was fairly basic toast and cereal. There were lots of restaurants around this hostel but nothing really to do in the day. It is also well connected via bus and taxis but taxis were expensive. However we did have problems with the buses as some of the timetables were wrong.

IIvan KraljThis was my return visit to this hostel, and I must say I was dissppointed. Last time, on another platform, I gave it an 8/10 rating, but now I think I was too generous. Besides smiling, but not good English-speaking staff (and smile doesnt always solve problems like an informed action), and affordable price, it was hard to find all those benefits I thought this hostel had. Hot water dispenser wasnt working, but even cold drinking water wasnt accessible - i had to ask the staff 3 times for somebody to refill the machine. But the next morning empty again - there should be a system in place and not counting on guests for chasing down staff to fix it whenever the water tank is empty. I say chasing as there is rarely someone at the reception. They might be cleaning the rooms (good luck in finding them), but frankly rooms werent that clean. Floors were praying for mopping, dust in the bathroom fan wanted to leave too... there was even a clearly visible stain on my bed sheet upon checking in, but the staff replaced the sheet immediately (they could have spotted it when they were making the bed the first time maybe? Locker was not working, so the member of the staff had to use knife to make it work. The other storage place was also full of some crumble, i assume it is not on the cleaning list too often. AC in the room didnt seem to work properly. There was always a feeling of the temperature being too cold, whether the tehermostat was fixed at 18 or 25 degrees Celsius, you were freezing even undet the blanket. Privacy curtains are still transparent (?), and the doors of the room close loudly. Shower was more of a drizzle - the water pressure did not meet basic requirements. In the first shower, it wasnt even warm. I entered the second one, where the heater was working better, but you could not shower with water practically just dripping on you. All in all, there are other similarly priced hostels in Phuket that offer a better service.

PPengguna TetamuAlthough the price was very low, it was a clean and comfortable hotel. The air conditioner remote control in the room I stayed in was broken and I couldn't change the temperature or turn it off. The temperature was originally set low, so the room was very cold and I had to wear lots of jackets. The person at the front desk said I would call a technician right away, but that was a lie. The technician never came. Also, it was very disappointing that the drain in the bathroom was clogged and the water in the shower only flowed slowly, causing the bathroom to flood. Other than the problems with the air conditioner and bathroom, and the lack of an elevator, the facilities are very good. I had a comfortable stay. It's close to the bus stop for the airport, so it's recommended for a stay before returning home.

CChelseaMagIf you're looking for an affordable place to stay on your budget trip, I highly recommend MyPatong Hostel. The staff was friendly and politely inform us that the room was not ready because we arrived quite early on the day. But, since it was our first time traveling to Patong, we dont mind to wait and left our luggage at the counter. There was so many places to explore nearby. Other than that, not only it is pocket-friendly, but it's also conveniently located just a 3-5 minute walk away from the hostel to the vibrant night market, where you can indulge in delicious local food, shopping mall, explore tour centers, enjoy the nightlife at clubs, relax on the beach, massage and even shop for souvenirs. It's the perfect hub for all your adventures!🌙🍽️🏖️🛍️

The restaurant on the first floor was reasonably priced and tasted good. The waiters were very enthusiastic and their work attitude was very good.

WWin BkkVery good location in Patong, which is not too close to the party area. The check in was smooth. The room was spacious and sleek. The cabin was good and functional. Shower and toilet were clean. A room for improvement is obviously very weak and unstable wifi in room.

PPengguna TetamuLovely little coffee shop/hostel situated in a quiet alley lined with shops selling all sorts of nice stuff. Well located only 3 min walk to beach and 10 mins to major party locations. Chilled stoner vibes whilst also being respectful of those who don’t smoke. Rooms are clean and facilities are nice. Staff lovely, breakfast available for extra $4. Can’t fault this place. Patong is obviously a night life area so don’t come here expecting an 8pm bedtime. Fireworks into the the night which didn’t bother me as I knew what I was getting into.
