This is truly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Phuket. The room we stayed in had a grand ocean view suite, 6th floorwhich was absolutely stunning. From the room, we could see yachts and even Cape Promthep in the distance. The view alone made the stay unforgettable. The bathroom was another highlight — it had natural light coming in, which made showering feel very relaxing and refreshing. The balcony had a very chill vibe and created such a pleasant atmosphere, especially when staying with your partner. Almost every room has bright, colorful bougainvillea flowers on the balcony, which adds a romantic and beautiful touch to the overall ambiance. Breakfast was also excellent. I was pleasantly surprised to see superfood options, which is not something you usually find at hotel breakfasts. Overall, the breakfast quality was very good. The hotel also has a private beach next to the property, which made the experience even more special. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel and definitely one of the best choices in Phuket. Highly recommended.

The staff here are all very friendly and extremely enthusiastic. We especially appreciate Rach's proactive and friendly service. Although the lobby is a bit far from the rooms and we had to call the front desk every time we went out or came back, the shuttle service arrived very quickly and never delayed us. Even when we returned late, there were always staff members on standby to drive us back to our room immediately. The hotel provides shuttle services to and from the Old Town and Central Festival. It would be even better if we could take the shuttle to the Old Town and then be picked up from Central Festival on the return trip. The room was spacious, clean, and the air conditioning was excellent, though the water pressure was a bit weak. The hotel environment is quiet and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. I would definitely want to stay at this hotel again!

The Naka Island is, without question, one of the most accurate and outstanding resorts you can choose to stay at in Thailand. The experience is remarkably flawless — everything is perfectly executed, well organized, and thoughtfully designed. Above all, what truly sets this resort apart is the people and the service. Every single staff member greets you warmly; there is not a single person who passes by without saying hello. The entire team, without exception, was exceptional. I would especially like to mention Peachy, who welcomed us, as well as Ohmmy, Bennet, and Dome — though in truth, every staff member deserves recognition, even if I unfortunately do not remember all the names. The resort has undergone a recent renovation and upgrade a few months ago, which is clearly reflected in the overall quality and attention to detail. We stayed in a pool villa for four nights for our honeymoon, and the experience exceeded expectations. Initially, we requested to change villas, which was accommodated immediately. We later decided to return to our original villa, and this request was also handled positively and without hesitation. The reason for the initial change request was the mangrove forest area. Guests who are less comfortable sleeping in a jungle-like environment, or who are sensitive to wildlife or mosquitoes, may wish to specifically request accommodation outside the mangrove area. The villas are modern, spacious, and extremely well designed, with attention to even the smallest details required for an exceptional stay. Each villa includes a private pool, an outdoor shower, an outdoor bathtub, as well as an indoor bathroom with excellent hygiene products. The resort features three restaurants. We dined at several of them, and the food quality was excellent overall, though the pizza was relatively weak compared to the rest of the culinary offerings. The Z Bar is particularly pleasant, offering a wonderful atmosphere and a beautiful sunset view. Additionally, 24-hour room service is available with a fairly extensive menu. The main pool is stunning and seamlessly connected to the sea. Guests can enjoy complimentary use of kayaks, longboards, and paddle boats. Jet skis can also be rented from local operators for approximately 2,000 THB for 30 minutes. Bicycles are available for two-hour rentals, which we used for a short and enjoyable ride around the island. Housekeeping is provided twice daily, including an evening turndown service around 7:00 PM, during which curtains are closed and the room is prepared for the night. The gym is exceptionally well maintained, fully equipped with Technogym equipment, and offers everything one could need for a complete workout. We did not visit the spa for treatments, but guests have access to an ice room, steam room, and sauna. Breakfast was rich, well organized, and among the best we have experienced. Guests fill out order slips with their table number, and dishes are delivered directly to the table exactly as requested. At the pool, food and drinks can be ordered easily by scanning a QR code from your sunbed. While the service at the pool was slightly slow at times, it did not significantly detract from the overall experience. On the day of our arrival, the resort hosted a Christmas tree lighting event, which felt like a private invitation-only celebration. Special drinks, bruschetta, chicken satay, and tuna pani puri were all served complimentary by the hotel. We left with the clear feeling that the team is constantly thinking about you and anticipating your needs, no matter how small. This is, without hesitation, the strongest recommendation I can give to anyone visiting the area — and we will most certainly return.

Renaissance Phuket Resort and Spa was an amazing experience. The room is clean, comfortable and spacious with a wonderful plunge pool for those hot Thai afternoons. The hotel went over and beyond to accommodate us, we had a very late flight we were given a late check-out (19:00 pm) so that we could freshen up before heading to the airport. This was so appreciated and thoughtful. The spa was just as great. We had various treatments and all were beyond our expectations. I can’t wait to return on our next Phuket trip. The only location of the hotel is far away from the popular tourist spots, but this made it even better as the beach wasn’t crowded and had a more chilled vibe. It’s also much closer to the airport for easy transfers.

A great hotel for a family vacation. It’s surrounded by beautiful nature, in a safe area with little traffic and no pushy street vendors. The hotel is located within the Laguna complex, which offers a free shuttle service. The only store within walking distance is the modest Top’s, but you can drive to a 7-Eleven. You can get to the beach by boat, but around 8–9 a.m. and in the evening, the boat will be packed with families with children and strollers. You can also walk there; taking it easy, it takes about 8–10 minutes, though part of the way is in the heat. There are plenty of private sun loungers at the beach. However, the front row closest to the sea is taken from early morning. The rooms feature a kitchen, a small living area, and two air conditioners. They come with dishes and cutlery. Housekeeping is provided every other day. The trash disposal system is interesting—it’s done through a special “locker,” so the staff doesn’t need to come into your room to take out the trash. It’s a great system. The hotel’s clientele consists mainly of families with small children and older couples. My family liked the hotel; we’d definitely come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Pullman in Karon. It’s the perfect place to relax, especially if you are traveling as a couple 💙 The hotel has several swimming pools, which makes it very easy to find a quiet spot to enjoy the day 🌊🏝️ There are also many dining options inside the resort, so you can try different types of food without leaving the hotel. One of the highlights of our stay was the spa experience 🧖♀️✨ They offer special packages for couples, and the massage was absolutely spectacular. It was one of the most relaxing moments of our trip. The breakfast was quite good with many options, although I personally expected a little more variety. Still, everything we tried was fresh and tasty 🍳🥐 Overall, it’s a great hotel if you want a peaceful and comfortable place to rest while visiting Phuket. Highly recommended for couples looking to relax 🌅

My stay at Patong Bay Hill Resort from 29 June to 2 July was truly a memorable experience. I booked the One Bedroom Suite Pool Access Seaview, and it exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The direct pool access was amazing, and waking up to the beautiful sea view every morning made the stay even more special. The room was well maintained and had everything I needed for a relaxing holiday. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. Although the resort is located on a hill, the complimentary shuttle service to and from Patong Beach was convenient and made getting around easy. The resort itself was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing after spending time in the busy streets of Patong. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Patong Bay Hill Resort to anyone looking for a spacious room, stunning views, and a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to Patong’s attractions. I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Phuket. Thank you for making my holiday such an enjoyable one!
