PPengguna TetamuThe Naka Island is, without question, one of the most accurate and outstanding resorts you can choose to stay at in Thailand. The experience is remarkably flawless — everything is perfectly executed, well organized, and thoughtfully designed. Above all, what truly sets this resort apart is the people and the service. Every single staff member greets you warmly; there is not a single person who passes by without saying hello. The entire team, without exception, was exceptional. I would especially like to mention Peachy, who welcomed us, as well as Ohmmy, Bennet, and Dome — though in truth, every staff member deserves recognition, even if I unfortunately do not remember all the names. The resort has undergone a recent renovation and upgrade a few months ago, which is clearly reflected in the overall quality and attention to detail. We stayed in a pool villa for four nights for our honeymoon, and the experience exceeded expectations. Initially, we requested to change villas, which was accommodated immediately. We later decided to return to our original villa, and this request was also handled positively and without hesitation. The reason for the initial change request was the mangrove forest area. Guests who are less comfortable sleeping in a jungle-like environment, or who are sensitive to wildlife or mosquitoes, may wish to specifically request accommodation outside the mangrove area. The villas are modern, spacious, and extremely well designed, with attention to even the smallest details required for an exceptional stay. Each villa includes a private pool, an outdoor shower, an outdoor bathtub, as well as an indoor bathroom with excellent hygiene products. The resort features three restaurants. We dined at several of them, and the food quality was excellent overall, though the pizza was relatively weak compared to the rest of the culinary offerings. The Z Bar is particularly pleasant, offering a wonderful atmosphere and a beautiful sunset view. Additionally, 24-hour room service is available with a fairly extensive menu. The main pool is stunning and seamlessly connected to the sea. Guests can enjoy complimentary use of kayaks, longboards, and paddle boats. Jet skis can also be rented from local operators for approximately 2,000 THB for 30 minutes. Bicycles are available for two-hour rentals, which we used for a short and enjoyable ride around the island. Housekeeping is provided twice daily, including an evening turndown service around 7:00 PM, during which curtains are closed and the room is prepared for the night. The gym is exceptionally well maintained, fully equipped with Technogym equipment, and offers everything one could need for a complete workout. We did not visit the spa for treatments, but guests have access to an ice room, steam room, and sauna. Breakfast was rich, well organized, and among the best we have experienced. Guests fill out order slips with their table number, and dishes are delivered directly to the table exactly as requested. At the pool, food and drinks can be ordered easily by scanning a QR code from your sunbed. While the service at the pool was slightly slow at times, it did not significantly detract from the overall experience. On the day of our arrival, the resort hosted a Christmas tree lighting event, which felt like a private invitation-only celebration. Special drinks, bruschetta, chicken satay, and tuna pani puri were all served complimentary by the hotel. We left with the clear feeling that the team is constantly thinking about you and anticipating your needs, no matter how small. This is, without hesitation, the strongest recommendation I can give to anyone visiting the area — and we will most certainly return.

PPengguna TetamuRenaissance Phuket Resort and Spa was an amazing experience. The room is clean, comfortable and spacious with a wonderful plunge pool for those hot Thai afternoons. The hotel went over and beyond to accommodate us, we had a very late flight we were given a late check-out (19:00 pm) so that we could freshen up before heading to the airport. This was so appreciated and thoughtful. The spa was just as great. We had various treatments and all were beyond our expectations. I can’t wait to return on our next Phuket trip. The only location of the hotel is far away from the popular tourist spots, but this made it even better as the beach wasn’t crowded and had a more chilled vibe. It’s also much closer to the airport for easy transfers.

EES SoHad a great time while staying at Noku, super b Villa Mint is big and comfortable to stay with friends and family. It even includes snack, fruit and drinks in villa which are complimentary for us to enjoy when we stay by the private pool. Very enjoyable and pleasant! The breakfast at the hotel is a highlight during our stay. It was served in buffet style with egg and noodles station. Although the selection is not super wide, it’s more than enough to enjoy as the quality and the freshness of the food are above average, some of them even exceeded our expectations. Overall, we enjoyed the moment at the hotel so much and we will definitely coming back for vacation again ❤️

ZZhubagongzimianHotel ini mungkin jarang dipilih oleh warga negara China; sepanjang 3 hari saya menginap, saya hanya melihat 4 orang China, berbeza dengan Sheraton di sebelah yang penuh dengan mereka. ***a hotel ini adalah resort Barat yang lama, dengan bilik yang luas dan kolam renang yang besar, sesuai untuk bersantai. Mungkin saya bernasib baik kali ini, harga kurang dari enam ratus semalam, sangat berbaloi. Satu-satunya kelemahan besar adalah sarapan; pilihan makanan agak terhad, dan perkhidmatan panduan perlu diperbaiki, tetapi bagi saya yang selalu bangun lewat, ini tidak terlalu memberi kesan. Lokasi hotel sangat baik, keluar sahaja ke pantai, ada 7-Eleven dan dobi dalam 5 minit berjalan kaki, dan hanya 10-20 minit berjalan kaki ke Jungceylon. Lokasinya mudah diakses dan pada masa yang sama cukup tenang pada waktu malam. Asalnya saya menempah bilik pemandangan taman, tetapi petugas kaunter depan telah menaik tarafnya kepada bilik pemandangan taman matahari terbenam semasa daftar masuk. Ruang bilik luas dan susun aturnya baik, ada sofa dan meja kerja, bilik mandi luas dan bersih, dan terdapat dua kerusi berjemur di balkoni, memberikan suasana percutian yang santai di hotel. Secara keseluruhannya, saya rasa cukup bagus, agak seperti Wyndham Shangri-La di negara saya; walaupun tidak terlalu mewah, tetapi dengan harga ini, apa lagi yang boleh diminta? Jika harganya sesuai lagi, saya pasti akan menempahnya semula lain kali. Fasiliti: Kemudahan di dalam bilik lengkap, walaupun agak lama, tetapi dijaga dengan baik. Bantal kerusi berjemur di balkoni agak usang, tetapi tidak menjejaskan keselesaan. Kebersihan: Bersih dan kemas, mencapai piawaian 5 bintang. Persekitaran: Hotel ini mempunyai kira-kira 3 blok bangunan mengapit 2 kawasan kolam renang, sesuai untuk bersantai di hotel, keluar sahaja ke pantai, dan ada restoran berdekatan pantai yang menampilkan persembahan band pada waktu malam. Perkhidmatan: Kakitangan mungkin agak sedikit, tetapi secara umumnya sikap mereka sangat baik, dapat menguruskan pengurusan bagasi dan pembersihan.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaWe stayed for 3 nights and moved 3 times. The first one was for changed in location. We were given a room next to a construction. It was dusty and there’s smell of paint. The second one, there were all kinds of smudges, spots and streaks on the walls — yellow, brown and white. Hair of various colors were all over the place. I found a round wound plaster I think sticking to the handle of the shower area. I asked them to clean the room while we’re there to which they responded to immediately. The transfer would have to be down by you without assistance, by the way. Oh and there’s no one to help you take up your luggages. Nonetheless, some trolleys that look a lot like the one for supermarkets are there, on standby, for your convenience. Watch out for this especially when there are children involved, PWD and etc. Some rooms especially on the ground floor I saw had steps in almost random places. Anyhow, we were quite comfortable after our second move. In the morning, the breakfast buffet area was overwhelming. There was an event running right next to the restaurant. Being first timers, you would really need to find your way through the maze of people and activities all happening at the same time. Incidentally that morning it was raining hard as well. There were all sorts leaks. It made a lot of mess especially on the floor. You need to set your table. Think of a food hall at the mall, this is generally the system. Prepare for a long line ahead of you at the 2 coffee stations. That morning, the team was able to manage it in my opinion. Service was courteous and friendly. The food was okay. Highlight for me would be the excellent choice of fruits — good quality, plus the pancake. The egg station was outside, unfortunately with the rain, it was quite a feat to get much beloved eggs. The roof was leaking in many parts in this area too. It wasn’t the most hygienic. A soup station is next to it. No A/C in the restaurant too. Old displays for cheese and salad. It reminded me of the grocery stores I went to with my family as a child. Aside from those two I have mentioned, the rest would be far from what you could expect from a 5-star. At this point, I’m still trying to place the hotel. But it’s surely not 5-star luxury. In fact, it helped so much when I reduced the expectation. There are many places to be explored outside. The sidewalks are observed — truly helps to explore the place in peace with a child in tow. Ours was at the plaza nearby. This was truly enjoyable. It’s just on a tiny part on one side of the road where we missed the side walk. There was a big parking lot that helped us. Though a concern (for us) of course is exposure to smoking, some were doing so while they wait in the car and etc. At least in our rooms, upon entering there’s a tiny bit of elevation. Prepare to power through all your belongings with wheels up this step. The interior of the room in actual is many steps down vs the photos. No toothbrush and toothpaste. The toilet bowl has a consistent yellow buildup just above the tip of the water. I think it’s the water in Phuket. I hope it’s just the water. But given the experience at the on set with the cleanliness issue, it could likely be a different story. There’s bidet if this is important for you. There’s no cleaning/make up room everyday I was informed. There’s a last move for us because our room window had to be locked. On our last day, it was raining the whole morning. There’s water on the floor in our room. I thought my child made a mess. Upon closer look, the floor was leaking. The tiles were squeezed as we walked. This is a first time for me but not surprising given our experience from the start. Before we finally left, we were asked for our experience, I told the lady at the checkout counter about this finale. She surely apologized for it and she offered the sweetest smile. Deposit of 3K Baht for us for a 3-night stay. The change was returned during the checkout.

PPengguna TetamuAbsolutely beautiful hotel💛 the staff were so hospitable, kind and helpful. I had a bit of an upset stomach from a boat trip from the previous day and really wanted a banana which they didn't offer on the breakfast spread beside the banana fritters and they quickly just brought me a fresh banana from the kitchen no questions asked. They also helped us plan and research the best way to get to our next destination in Krabi. The food at both the breakfast buffet and dinner was exceptional with a huge range of both continental and Thai food. The beach bar had great cocktails and a kind bartender that also doubled as a photographer for anyone wanting a nice beach photo while the cafe within the resort had a great range of special drinks and adorable and tasty pastries and cakes. There are 2 pools right next to the beach, canoes and panel boarding offered for free for 1h per day to take and other activities. They also have a schedule of classes and kids activities so there is something to do for the whole family. We made the preference request on Trip to say we want a room with nice views and they upgraded us from a mountain view room to a sea view room🥰

Kerana ia telah diubahsuai dari Holiday Inn sebelum ini, kemudahannya agak baru, tetapi tahap hiasan adalah pada tahap Atour di China Hanya beberapa jenis bilik mahal yang mempunyai tab mandi. Terdapat banyak aktiviti hotel percuma atau berbayar. Terdapat ramai orang kulit putih dan sangat sedikit keluarga Cina. Kelebihan: Dua kolam renang utama sangat cantik, terdapat banyak kerusi pantai, dan terdapat pantai persendirian (sebenarnya, ia bersambung dengan pantai beberapa hotel lain, terdapat sofa malas dan tikar jerami di pantai). terdapat seorang wanita meja depan yang boleh berbahasa Cina, ia adalah satu kejutan Kelemahan: Lokasinya terlalu terpencil. Terdapat tanah ladang di jalan raya. Ia mungkin lebih sesuai untuk keluar dari hotel orang yang menghabiskan masa berhampiran lapangan terbang atau hanya tinggal di hotel ;Pasir di pantai agak kasar Beberapa petua: Terdapat sebuah restoran tepi laut yang kecil kira-kira 1 minit berjalan kaki ke utara di sepanjang pantai Pemiliknya berbahasa Inggeris dan menunya ada gambar dan masakannya tidak mahal dan ada tempat duduk pemandangan laut mesin ais di koridor di tingkat pertama Anda boleh membawa ais ke minuman DIY di dalam bilik terdapat begitu banyak makanan ringan tempatan di pintu masuk bilik sarapan, anda boleh mencubanya dengan berani

It’s the perfect place to relax, especially if you are traveling as a couple 💙 The hotel has several swimming pools, which makes it very easy to find a quiet spot to enjoy the day 🌊🏝️ There are also many dining options inside the resort, so you can try different types of food without leaving the hotel. One of the highlights of our stay was the spa experience 🧖♀️✨ They offer special packages for couples, and the massage was absolutely spectacular. It was one of the most relaxing moments of our trip. The breakfast was quite good with many options, although I personally expected a little more variety. Still, everything we tried was fresh and tasty 🍳🥐 Overall, it’s a great hotel if you want a peaceful and comfortable place to rest while visiting Phuket. Highly recommended for couples looking to relax 🌅

CCassia garofaloThe chalet is really very good: spacious, beautiful, and with an amazing view. It has all the kitchen utensils, although we didn’t use them, and it was extremely clean. I definitely recommend it. The only slightly inconvenient point is the location. The chalet is located at the top of the property, so you need to rely on the reception to arrange transportation to the main area, where the reception and beach access are located. It’s not possible to walk down, as the distance is quite far. For those who rent a motorbike, this isn’t an issue and everything becomes very easy. However, without your own transport, it can be a bit uncomfortable having to depend on the hotel’s shuttle whenever you want to go down to the beach or leave the hotel.
