Un lugar horrible, las habitaciones son espantosas, no tienen buena ventilación , no hay ventiladores, si aire acondicionado que es encendido por la noche y apagado a las 8 de la mañana. el estado de las habitaciones es malisimo, los techos manchados de humedad, las paredes cercanas al aire acondicionado están descascaradas y con ampollas . los colchones son viejos , hundidos en el medio, las camas son cuchetas(arriba y abajo) como en todos los hostels. en cuanto a la limpieza de la habitación es mala, los pisos siempre estan sucios, entiendo también que eso tiene que ver con las personas que alli las habitan. el desayuno, recomiendo no comprarlo, te dan: un vaso chiquito de jugo de esos que se preparan ( los de polvo tipo Tang);ni siquiera una naranja exprimida, tres medios pan lactal, es decir, un pan lactal y medio, con un cuadradito de mermelada, uno de miel y otro de manteca. te dan cafe, pero si queres tomar café con leche tenes que pedir la leche porque no la tenes a tu disposicion. yo me quise ir en la mañana del otro día en que llegue, pero no pude hacerlo porque ya me habian cobrado con tarjeta y ellos no hacen reembolso, te dan un número de telefono para que llames que según ellos es ” la central” ( del horror), ahi te dan otro numero al cual llamar. en mi caso, me quite la pulsera que te ponen, según ellos es para identificarte... sin palabras... un dia volví por la noche y un hombre de ” seguridad” no me dejaba entrar porque no la tenia, le mostre la tarjeta de entrada a la habitación y corroboro mis datos y me permitio entrar. pasados unos dias mas, y siendo aproximadamente las 21 horas, él mismo hombre no me permite entrar a la habitación pporque según él yo no tenia la pulsera, intento entrar igual y me agarra fuerte del brazo , para lo cual yo me suelto y ahi empezo otra historia: comenzamos a discutir con un tal Gabriel que estaba a cargo de la recepción, quien intento que este violento quiera agredirme, en ese momento vuelvo a pedir que se me devuelva mi dinero porque lo que ellos ofrecen no es lo publicitado. a lo cual se niegan diciendo que ese punto esta escrito en las condiciones que uno acepta cuando llega a ese lugar. les dije que iría a la delegación policial a lo cual ellos respondieron que yo podía hacer lo que quisiera, pensaban que era solo una amenaza, para su sorpresa , cuando llegue con la policía todos lo que no me respondían cuando yo les hablaba, aparecieron con caras de yo no fui , no sabemos lo que paso, negando todo lo sucedido, para lo cual yo desmentía sus mentiras con los policías ahí presentes, para lo cual ” muy prestos” llamaron a una supuesta gerente quien ante la situación se comprometieron que devolverían mi dinero , sobre los días que no estuve en ese horrendo lugar. en mi argumento con la policía yo les explicaba que en el lugar había ratas y cucarachas, y que el lugar no es lo que muestran en las fotos, POR FAVOR NO VAYAN AHI, LES VAN A ARRUINAR LAS VACACIONES.

Excelente lugar todos muy acogedor, personal muy amables, desayunos muy ricos y variado, habitaciones limpias y bellas Relaciones precio calidad muy buena. Wifi muy bien los dispositivos celulares, pero con la televisión de la habitación no pudimos conectar Netflix el día que tratamos, a favor de ellos ese día había lluvia creo que eso afecta la señal

Nice experience. It was a beautiful surprise to discover the place. The decoration is beautiful, the rooms very clean, excellent air conditioning. Also excellent kitchen service, excellent quality in general. I liked that they had a cowork space where you can work in peace too. There was very good attention and very good service from the staff, for example Alice and Fernanda, very nice and attentive to help. A totally recommended place.

Os travesseiros são os melhores do mundoooo lugar maravilhoso agradável e aconchegante.. lugar super confortável o cliente e bem recebido , sem contar que o local nos deixa super confortável, não vejo a hora de voltar novamente

Essa é a terceira vez que me hospedo na pousada ,sendo que essa última agora no dia 11/8 até 13/8 eu optei por ficar no flat. Só tenho elogios, bem localizada os funcionários muito gentis em especial a Elizabeth da recepção, a moça do café da manhã, todos ! O flat é grande tem sala cozinha americana, banheiro e o quarto super aconchegante. Roupas de cama e banho cheirosas ,limpas . Foi um fds maravilhoso!

Eu e minha família adoramos a pousada, uma pousada pé na areia, para família, muito limpa, confortável e funcionários super solícitos. Pretendemos voltar.

A começar da localização que é ótima, o atendimento é incrível, sempre bastante solicitos, a pousada não tem certas limitações, permitindo maior conforto e confiança aos hóspedes, dispõe de toalha pra banho na piscina e na praia. Do geral, com certeza se for uma opção repetir a estadia em búzios no mesmo local isso não seria problema e sim um prazer.

Pousada nova, funcionários muito educados e prestativos! Custo/benefício excelente!!! Os quartos são muito confortáveis e tem varanda. O café da manhã é simples mas bom. Fica um pouco distante da praia mas não chega a ser um problema. A capacidade para automóveis é limitada a 3 vagas mas a rua é bem tranquila!!

Perkhidmatan semua kakitangan hebat, anda akan disambut pada mulanya dan sangat ramah. Di samping itu, kemudahannya bersih dan selesa, sederhana tetapi membuat anda berasa seperti di rumah. Kolam renang dan taman dijaga dengan baik. Hanya sarapan pagi yang memerlukan perhatian lebih dalam penyejukan makanan. Sebilangan buah-buahan panas, seperti tembikai, tetapi selain itu, semua yang lain sangat bagus. Tempat letak kenderaan boleh memuatkan 3 tempat letak kereta. Penilaian saya akan dipertimbangkan di Villa Valentina Hotel. (Saya menempah bilik di Vila Pitanga, tetapi kerana kesalahan logistik, saya pindah ke Villa Valentina. Walaupun saya menukar hotel, saya tidak mengalami sakit kepala atau masalah. Semua sangat enak Untuk dimakan, saya cadangkan menutup mata anda. Saya merancang untuk kembali dan mengambil lebih ramai ahli keluarga.

Nice experience. It was a beautiful surprise to discover the place. The decoration is beautiful, the rooms very clean, excellent air conditioning. Also excellent kitchen service, excellent quality in general. I liked that they had a cowork space where you can work in peace too. I opted for a bed in the 10-bed female dorm at Carneval. Cost me $90 with an official airport taxi but for this uninitiated female solo traveller I just wanted to take the easiest route for arriving late on a Saturday night. Very much a young backpackers place, you will party and you will drink here if you don't go to the 'English' bar across the road which is where I did go and had a grand time chatting to the bar staff who were a bit older than my fellow bedmates (who were all lovely, by the way). It's as clean as it can be for a quick turnaround place, free drinks between 7-8pm and the staff were just lovely. Helpful and friendly. Short walk from the beach. I felt safe wandering at night here and the Metro is a block or so away. Only tiny grumble is that the photos on tripadvisor are not of the Ipanema site; it's a lot, lot smaller!

One of the worst hostel rooms I've ever seen. Smelt of damp, walls and mattress were absolutely filthy. Sheets were paper thin and stained. The room I was provided with had 0 space whatsoever. As soon as I checked in and saw the state of the room I asked to be moved to a different room. I was happy to pay whatever price difference there was but was told no other room was available for the duration of my stay. I booked a private room that was available for a few days and requested a refund of the remaining balance. I was told someone would contact me to discuss this. I waited a week and received 0 calls or emails. I called and emailed multiple times, and after it was clear I wouldn't be receiving any response I resigned myself to this review. The staff are friendly enough but I wouldn't rebook this hostel again if it was the only option in rio. The bonus was the ants everywhere in the private room and the lack of courtesy to get back to me on my partial refund request.

Amazing place with nice location ( literally 1 minute to the beach and 1 minute to the subway station). Very social place, got to meet a lot of people here and did some activities together. Really liked that there are 2 options for common area: social and party bar downstairs and quiet rooftop, which is good for work and just chilling. Rooms were clean with AC and each bed has a curtain, so privacy is not a problem. Staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. I had amazing time here and would definitely recommend this hostel. Can't wait to be back:)

The hostel was pretty alright actually, even tho I got a drink for free for reviewing lol just playing but will return. Aynea is really professional, helpful and very beautiful. But the most favorite part about the hostel that I like was the activities.

The staff is so helpful and really care about their guests. They help you with everything. Especially ISABELLA was so nice to me, helped me scan some stuff. I presuaded it a lot! I think, it‘s a good place to base yourself in Rio. It‘s close to the beach and I never felt unsafe to walk around this area alone as a woman. There‘s enough space in kitchen area to meet new people. The rooms are a little narrow, but it‘s okay. Found everytime a free showe or bathroom and it‘s clean. The kitchen is not super equipped, but you have fridges and it‘s enough. This hotel was wonderful, the service was fantastic for the most part. I say for the most part because I had to wait over 30 minute for a few bottles of water and needed to call twice. Also they don't really know much about technology...I figured out the TV myself and the A/C had a timer set to go off in the middle of the night, I called downstairs, no one came so I figured it out for myself. For a luxury property it would have been nice to have a makeup mirror in the bathroom and a box of tissues ( I bought my own box). One last critic would have been great to have the serve of someone to iron your clothes . We also needed adaptors so we could use our electronics (and my friend with me was from Rio, but still needed one as there was no way to plug in your cell phone charger). One more HUGE thing, the floor in the shower is a bit slippery and there is no handrail, nothing to grab onto, a bit dangerous, no matter what your age and I would have like brighter lightbulbs in the bathroom. On a Positive note (and there were many) Room was clean and bed huge and comfy and quiet at night for sleeping. Double sinks in the bathroom a plus. Everyone was super friendly and breakfast was fantastic. Pool and gardens were lovely, lush and tropical. The ice cream shop Miracolo was a dream, we went for ice cream every afternoon, not to be missed. And the restaurant Pupus was truly exceptional, the service was 5 stars and the food was prenominal. All in all we had a wonderful weekend.

Eu e meus filhos amamos este passeio. Hotel maravilhoso, estrutura excelente, funcionário prestativos, café da manhã muito gostoso e de brinde tivemos companhia de macaquinhos no café da manhã. Tudo muito limpo e organizado.

We were warmly welcomed by Yvan, whose friendliness, kindness and interest in getting to know us made us feel write at home. The pousada was a well-groomed colorful tropical garden, complete with Caio the parrot and monkeys. Denise created delicious homemade breakfasts of fruits, juice, coffee, eggs, crepes and cakes. She, also, was kind and hospitable. The pool is spotlessly clean and beautiful. Our rooms were comfortable, nicely decorated, clean and inviting, Yvan gave us great recommendations for restaurants with beautiful views, as well as activities that were enjoyable. Speaking in many languages, he made all his guests feel like family. What a wonderful place to stay! There are good restaurants within a couple of blocks and a beach right across the street. I highly recommend staying here while you’re in Paraty. It was beyond my expectations.

I booked 2 nights in this place on December 30 and 31 and it costed me $150 the night, where the normal price won’t exceed the $50. I thought the price was in reales but it was in dollars, so I hoped it would be a really nice place due to the price. There was no security box, the wifi was incredibly slow (I had to do some work and couldn’t due it from the room), there were ants over the table, no hair drier, the handle of the door was broken and there was no lamp next to the bed. I emailed the owner and he never responded it. I went to talk to him in person and ask him if he got it but he said he had nothing to say and that the booking was my mistake. I explained all the issues I found with the room and that I was expecting a refund due to them, but he never took responsibility for them and blamed me again for the booking. I was expecting responsibility on the matter. I thought that position was greedy, he knows I didn’t want to book at that price, that it was’t the normal cost of the hotel due to holidays and that I found many issues in the room.
