Beyond my expectations. The location was excellent, close to Namiki-dori and Tatemachi Station, and within walking distance of the Atomic Bomb Dome. There’re also several restaurants nearby.
The room was clean and more spacious than expected for the price. The bunk bed was comfortable and large enough for tall people. However, the bathroom and toilet were a bit small. The hot water was stable and heated quickly. Hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel were all provided in the room.
The staff were helpful. It’s a bit pity that there was no kettle in the room, it was understandable. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return if we have the chance to visit Hiroshima again.

It's a great place pretty close to the station, great drinks. do check for their events on their instagram they occasionally host on the weekends as it'll make the stay more lively and you can talk more people that are also travelling.

I stayed here for three nights. The location is strategic and there are many places to eat nearby. The receptionist was very friendly, spoke English fluently, and explained everything well. Sometimes when I returned, they would ask me how my day was 😆. The female staff member who managed the place was also kind and spoke English fluently. Every night, she would ask me if the temperature was comfortable, if I was cold, etc. She was really nice🥹🥹. There is a special room for women with bunk beds for four people, which uses an automatic lock. There’s a spacious luggage storage area, and free Wi-Fi is available. The bed type is a futon, and you have to set up the sheets yourself. Toothbrushes and towels are provided but are paid extras. Overall, it’s fantastic with an extremely affordable price! Thank you so much!😇😇

GW直前の申し込みでしたが、お手頃価格で予約が取れよかったです。
アパートメントタイプのお部屋を工夫したリノベーションで子供含む5名でワンルームが利用できたのもよかったです。
お部屋もきれいに保たれていて快適でしたが、テレビ、電子レンジがあると良いと思いました。
別館の大浴場を使用してもよい、とのことでしたが、部屋にはその案内がなかったので、わざわざ問い合わせするのも面倒だったので、問い合わせはしませんでした。テレビがない代わりに、モニターだけでもあれば、YouTubeなども楽しめるなと思いました。
真っ白な壁を生かして、モニターを投影できるタイプにしてもよいかも。です。（以前、そんなホテルがありました。）今回は、家族利用だったので、街ブラができませんでしたが、すぐ近くには飲食店がたくさんあり、また機会があれば、はしごしてみたいと思いました。
駅から近く、便利な場所なので、出張での長期利用などでも使いやすいと思うので、そういうプランもあればよいかなと思いました。
また機会があれば、次回は、1人で利用してみたいと思います。

Das Hotel ist nur eine Gehminute vom nächsten Bahnhof entfernt. Das Personal war sehr nett. Und die kleine Onsenanlage war auch ausreichend.

Felt welcomed by the hotel staff, shared rooms have properly divided beds. Fully equiped with basic amenities such as shampoo, body gel, towels, lockers...
The lounge was full of books to read (tourism books, novels, manga...) and is tastefully decorated. Family-friendly place.
Close to the local train line that travels to Miyajimaguchi harbour (Ferry to the island) in barely 6 minutes.
Great experience overall.

呉駅から歩いて10〜15分の場所にあります。タクシーの場合はワンメーターで赤ビルと言えば通じます。建物は2階がインターネットカフェ、3階が銭湯、4階がホテルになっています。宿泊者は3階の銭湯を無料で入る事が出来ます。銭湯は大浴場と水風呂、サウナ(150円)があり宿泊者は部屋の備え付けのタオルを持参して入ります。バスタオルが必要な場合は200円、シャンプー&ボディソープは銭湯受付で申告すると無料で貸してくれます。夜は最終23時受付で24時でしまります。部屋はドミトリー(2段ベッドがたくさん並んでいる部屋)と個室があり私はドミトリーに泊まりましたがベッドごとにコンセントが2口あり充電するのに便利でした。ロッカーは大きいリュックサックが入るくらいの大きさです。ホテルのコンセプトは名前(レッドサブマリン)の通り潜水艦の中にいるような雰囲気の作りです。寝室、談話室、トイレ全てが。喫煙はベランダのような場所で吸えます。食事は2階のインターネットカフェに注文して談話室で24時間食べる事が出来ます。コンビニはすぐ近くにローソンがあります。また呉に来る機会がありましたら泊まりたいです。

TTheeRyanThe accommodation was actually better then I thought. Starting off the staff was really helpful and was able to speak English. The floors are stuck separated by gender and I was on the sixth floor, which had a nice as well they gave great selection of amenities, such as sleep, clothing, toothbrushes, razors, towels, etc. they had a lounge on each floor where you can just chill in the surrounding areas. It’s pretty nice too with a family Mart being right next-door and nakau across the street as well. Pretty close to the attractions in Hiroshima all within walkable distance.

GGuest UserLocated near the station, the location is very convenient. There are many ramen options available. The area is known as the ”Temple Village” because of the more than twenty temples nearby, allowing you to leisurely appreciate the ancient temples and culture. The streets are quite bumpy, but the air is fresh, the people are kind, and there's a long shopping street where you can comfortably stroll, selling all kinds of fruits, sweets, and clothing. If you get tired, there are many cafes nearby. On your way back, you can walk towards the sea to return to your hotel. Along the way, you'll see a seaside art museum that is truly creative. We are deeply impressed by the Japanese; every scene is imbued with culture and aesthetics. It's worth mentioning that there's a special shop selling Onomichi bread near the station; it's quite delicious and beautifully presented. I recommend checking it out to experience the local cuisine!

IIt’s Me AntoStayed here with my brother.
The check-in was a bit confusing as I didn't receive any instructions before arriving, and at the time of arrivin,g no one was present to explain, though we managed it.
The man that was managing the building was kind after we managed to meet him.
The location was good enough for us.
The rooms close with a gate it feels like a prison, though overall it was a good Ryokan experience.

GGuest UserThe staff was very nice and helped me carry my luggage to the third floor, which was a bit shaky. 👍 The suitcases could be spread out, leaving plenty of space. The wind was blowing from the construction site, and the place where my head rested was an unwrapped beam with two wooden planks, which felt unsafe, so I switched sides.

I used the facilities without any inconvenience.
The side of the room was a parking lot, so the luggage was saved.
One thing I was worried about was that the hotel was a narrow road, so I was worried about hitting the car.

Good distance from Jr yokogawa station 5 minutes walk.
It is good that the staff will contact Frank, but it is better to respond a little more firmly to check out.
Also, the air conditioning is not effective than I thought in the capsule, I was cold so I didn't have any trouble, but the hot person is sorry.
It is great that the shower room is large.
Above all, I was grateful for the price of 々 even in 8/5.
