Stayed at Jakotel Namba and overall it’s a good budget option in a very convenient area. The biggest plus is the location — close to Kuromon Market, Dotonbori, and multiple train lines, so getting around Osaka is easy. The pods are more spacious than a typical capsule, clean, and comfortable enough for a short stay. Common areas, toilets, and showers were generally well maintained. I also appreciated the simple extras like free tea/coffee and pajamas. That said, there are a few things to be aware of. The hotel is fully self check-in, which is fine if you’re used to it, but may feel a bit confusing at first and there’s limited staff support. During busy hours, showers and bathrooms can get crowded, and some lockers/locks feel a bit finicky. Overall, this is a good value-for-money stay if you’re a solo traveler or don’t need full hotel service. Not luxury, but clean, practical, and hard to beat for the location

Asrama sangat bagus! Lokasinya sangat baik, ia mengambil masa 30-40 minit untuk berjalan kaki ke Istana Osaka dengan kadar yang perlahan, dan 30 minit ke Dotonbori. Metro juga berada dalam jarak berjalan kaki. Asrama itu sendiri mempunyai kakitangan yang sangat baik, suasananya sangat mesra dan selesa. Bilik ini mempunyai semua yang anda perlukan - pengering rambut, produk kebersihan diri, banyak soket (terdapat juga satu penyambung USB). Katilnya sangat selesa, cermin penuh, penghawa dingin untuk panas dan sejuk. Di ruang dapur umum anda boleh menyediakan makanan anda sendiri dengan mudah (malah terdapat seterika wafel dan ketuhar mini), teh/kopi percuma. Kami tinggal di asrama ini selama 5 hari dan sangat berpuas hati. Lain kali kami di Osaka, kami hanya tinggal di hostel ini sahaja!!!

The location is great and convenient for transportation! The staff are very friendly and patient. Even though my English isn’t very good, they still answer my questions carefully. The room is clean and tidy, with fresh bedding. There’s no strange smell, and the facilities are complete—just unpack and move in. The shared kitchen is absolutely wonderful. The location is excellent, close to many attractions. The luggage storage service after check-out was a good experience.棒，下次去大阪还会再去。

The hostel is easy to access with nearby train station just 5mins walk. Also located near Namba area where you can find a lot of touristy stuff to do. The amenities are simple but well maintained. I can say it's worth what we paid for.

The room is okay. The amenities are quite enough. The front desk is also friendly to us. The environment is really comfortable. Will consider to stay one more time. It is very near to walk to Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi. Very convenient to stay here.

Very close to Osaka Metro Doubutsumae station. Many shops and convenience store nearby as well. Room are okay, the only concern is the toilet are somehow broken. The public bathroom (onsen) is cool if you have no issue to be naked in public.

The hotel has a great location, just about a 10-minute walk to Shinsaibashi and a half-hour walk to Umeda. There are convenience stores nearby, and the hotel breakfast is also quite good. On the first floor, there’s a microwave and hot water, and the lounge area is perfect for eating instant noodles. The hotel has separate floors for men and women, and the washrooms are very clean. The shower room is considered above average in size for Japanese hotels, and the soundproofing is decent. The hotel offers a Western-style breakfast, which meets the needs, and it’s convenient since there aren’t many breakfast spots in Japan. The front desk is very friendly, and you can store your luggage before and after check-in. This hotel was quite satisfactory during my trip, and I would choose to stay here again next time!

前台會講中文，服務很到位。房間和淋浴在同層很方便。隔音一般，但大家都好守規矩不會發出噪音。中間因為個人原因擺了一些烏龍，酒店也幫我妥善處理了。 酒店附近吃的選擇很多。

Was a good hostel with comfy beds and plenty of room. Common area is spacious with cooking appliances which is good. Staff are so so lovely! I read many reviews about the train running across it but do not take these lightly!! I’m pretty good at sleeping through snoring, parties etc but the train is so insanely loud and the entire hostel shakes. I would sleep solidly from 12-5 then wake up every couple of minutes as the trains started again.

여직원분 진짜 넘 친절 그자체 후결제로 넘어간지도 몰랏어서 숙소에서 결제하는데 어려움이 많앗는데 다 기다려주시고 어떻게든 해결해주려고 해주셔서 너무 좋앗음 나중에 외출하고 돌아와보니 이런 쪽지까지 남겨주셔서 감동햇어요 ㅠㅠ 만약 오사카에 또 한번 간다면 다시 이용하고싶어요 숙소도 깨끗하고 역에서 굉장히 가까워서 길찾는데 어려움도 없엇어요 완전 추천
