The hotel environment is actually very good, but this is the first time I've encountered something like this! Around midnight, the hotel alarm blared, and everyone rushed downstairs, barely dressed. 1. There was no one at the front desk, and I couldn't reach anyone by phone. Even Trip.com couldn't get through to them. Although there was no actual incident... 2. ...it was actually other guests who called the fire department and security to investigate. The entire process lasted 50 minutes. No staff member came out to explain or reassure us. We were completely without service, and guests had to sort things out among themselves. Furthermore, there was no compensation or explanation given.

Staying for one night, I was able to sleep soundly until morning even in a 20-person female dorm. The bathroom and toilet are separate, so you rarely have to wait to use them. Breakfast is from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM, consisting of two slices of bread, two slices of ham, and a scoop of egg salad. Afternoon tea is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, perfect for a drink after a shower.

Solo travelers, you’re gonna love this! This hotel’s location is insane—literally right outside the subway station/scenic spot entrance, cutting down commute time big time. The room isn’t huge, but the layout’s so smart it never feels cramped. Super clean with no weird smells, and the bedding’s new and cozy—wake up totally refreshed! Amenities hit all the right notes: high-speed WiFi not good, AC that cools fast and stays quiet, and all the toiletries you need. Even the hair dryer has solid power (total game-changer!). Check-in and check-out are lightning-quick, and the staff gets back to you in a flash. The value for money is off the charts—10/10 recommend to all solo travelers wanting a stress-free stay!很好，符合这个价位👍

My mom and I stayed in Kansai for 6 nights and 7 days. Initially, after reading reviews, I was concerned about late check-in, specifically if there would be staff available after 11 PM. After landing, transferring through various subway lines took quite a while. Fortunately, a staff member was still on duty past 11 PM that day. His English was excellent, and we had a seamless check-in. That evening, we discovered an amazing Yakiniku restaurant nearby, and there was even a Takoyaki stand open quite late. The FamilyMart convenience store was also conveniently located! Even though it's a hostel, all the facilities felt incredibly warm and inviting. There are communal facilities and kitchens available on both the ground floor and the top floor, where you can also enjoy lovely views of Osaka. It was a truly pleasant memory and experience. The only minor drawback was that the room was genuinely a bit small – it was even a little difficult for two people to move around. However, everything else was absolutely satisfactory. I would definitely be willing to stay here again on my next visit!

Hostel isnt in middle of down town, however its close to a station, supermarket, restaurant and convenience store. Hostel was clean and not noisy. This hostel used to be a Japanese public bath. Owner renovated as a hostel. Hostel looked nostalsic and cute

Very close to Osaka Metro Doubutsumae station. Many shops and convenience store nearby as well. Room are okay, the only concern is the toilet are somehow broken. The public bathroom (onsen) is cool if you have no issue to be naked in public.

Was a good hostel with comfy beds and plenty of room. Common area is spacious with cooking appliances which is good. Staff are so so lovely! I read many reviews about the train running across it but do not take these lightly!! I’m pretty good at sleeping through snoring, parties etc but the train is so insanely loud and the entire hostel shakes. I would sleep solidly from 12-5 then wake up every couple of minutes as the trains started again.

[Not worth it if over 300 yuan per night] Hygiene: It's clean, but compared to hotels and hostels in Japan, I'd say the hygiene level is average. Environment: The overall space is quite small. The corridors and toilets are all quite tiny. The beds are bunk beds, and the ceiling height isn't very generous either. Service: The service was just so-so. The person who checked me in was *********, and their attitude was a bit cold.

The front desk can speak Chinese and the service is very good. The room and shower are on the same floor, which is very convenient. The soundproofing is average, but everyone is well behaved and does not make noise. There were some blunders due to personal reasons, and the hotel helped me deal with them properly. There are many choices for food near the hotel.

Amazing hostel! Very clean, nice staff. Free WiFi ! Was surprised by the fridge and whole kitchen free to use for those who stay. When you are not a tourist and need a place to stay and save up some money by ”cooking at home” it is sooooo handy! Also, loved the design of the place. My only concern was a horribly hard pillow, and even tho I have stayed only for 3 nights - my neck hurt like no joke. Of course, someone may like it, but for me it was a nightmare. Other than that - have nothing to brag about! Highly recommend.
