Lokasi yang baik. Hotel berdekatan banyak makanan yang sedap. Waktu malam agak bising. Secara keseluruhannya bagus untuk perjalanan bajet. Akan memilih kapsul bawah lain kali kerana bahagian atas terlalu tinggi.

Untuk hotel butik, saya meletakkan hotel ini di atas jangkaan saya. Bilik dan bilik mandi bersih & cukup besar. Berus gigi, ubat gigi & peti keselamatan tidak disediakan. Tak apa bagi saya. Tempat letak kereta di ruang bawah tanah adalah percuma, saya perlu mengesahkan kad T&G di kaunter penerimaan tetamu sebelum keluar. Breakfast spread - sedap & agak banyak pilihan. Dapat Nasi Lemak, Mee Goreng, kacang panggang, mee sup, bubur, bahagian roti, kek, puding, buah-buahan, bijirin & susu, kopi teh & buah-buahan. Mendapat kolam kecil di flr ketiga, tetapi saya tidak melihat sesiapa yang berenang.

The capsule pod was clean and spacious enough to sit up straight while leaning against the wall. The aircon inside the pod is not as cooling as in the room though, so be mindful of that. Duvet is quite thick so some people might feel hot if they use it through the night. Also the common space was pretty dark and gloomy, contrary to the pictures put up by the owners. Also contrary to the pictures all the computers are off, and the LAN room was also shut, so I don't think guests can use them. Definitely feels like the place has seen better days Shower has heater also but hot water only comes out when the pressure is set low. If pressure is set all the way the water is cold for some reason. Location is convenient at the heart of mount Austin, so can cover most popular restaurants, convenience stores and even a Jaya grocer within a 5-10 minute walking distance Counter staff consists of an uncle and auntie, probably the owners. Their attitude was not very friendly, and give you a frowning face everytime they see you. Maybe that's just their default facial expression, but didn't feel very welcome nonetheless. But oh well, the location alone more than makes up for their hospitality shortcomings.

Ia adalah asrama kapsul bajet. Nilai untuk wang. Syorkan untuk sesiapa sahaja yang melancong bersendirian dengan sedikit atau tiada bagasi hanya ingin bermalam dan tidur dengan lena. Tidak disyorkan untuk orang tua. Ia adalah tempat yang lebih sesuai untuk pengembara atau pengembara yang lebih muda. Sudah tentu tidak sesuai untuk sesiapa yang sesak kerana kapsul di dalam ruang sangat terhad.

Very good location and very close to the mall and checkpoints. I booked a private single room inside have two beds. The beds not so clean gad a few hairs, and some of the rooms are long-term residence, the environment like dorm. No toilet paper provided in the toilet.

Nearby there are many nice restaurants. The room is very spacious. Unfortunately the aircon remote control is not working. Need to swift off entirely if too cold. Need to take stairs to go to our room on the 1st floor. Overall it was a good stay.

This is the first guest house I know that sits right in the centre of J.B.s Old Town if one can say so, just a few minutes on foot from Johor Bahru Sentral (train and local bus station), City Square shopping centre, ”Little India”. Reception is very friendly, security is well developed, the very comfortable bunk beds have roller blinds instead of curtains, of course plug and light that are standard in modern hostels. I liked the rack for drying laundry with an overhead fan that speeds up drying. The café in the ground floor is convenient but not budget, better value is had across the street. Private lockers in the dorms vary in size; for my second visit I did not get one large enough for my modest luggage. The kitchen on F2 is very convenient.

It's okay to stay for a short time. Located at busy road between Air Hitam - Batu Pahat routes. The UTHM is about 9 km from this hotel and another 15 km more to the city.
